1. A5G message service platform based on a cloud platform and multiple tenants is characterized by comprising:
a console;
the 5GRCSchatbot management module is used for newly adding chatbot management, and managing channel sources, names and operator accounts;
5GRCS template management module, used for material and template management, used for card message, text message, multimedia message to carry on card edit and check and management;
5GRCS message management module, for sending record query, ascending record filtering query;
the 5GRCS reply management module is used for managing according to the chatbot account number level and distinguishing keyword reply and received message template reply;
the 5GRCS user management module is used for managing the chatbot account;
the 5GRCS menu management module is used for managing the issued message of the chatbot account;
the voice notification module is used for client access management, content management auditing, task management and issuing, and corresponding sending state recording and query functions;
and the cloud seat module is used for customer seat management, call record query, customer crm management, and online seat purchase, charge renewal, query expiration time and management.
2. The platform of claim 1, wherein the console comprises a product overview sub-module for a user to recharge and view business balances, my products, help centers, a financial management sub-module, and an account management sub-module;
the financial management submodule is used for managing account overview, income and expenditure details, consumption details and invoice management;
the account management submodule is used for managing account information, user account management and password security setting.
3. The platform of claim 1, wherein the 5GRCS template management module comprises a material management submodule and a template management submodule, the material management submodule being configured to manage picture material, video material or voice material;
the template management submodule is used for editing, reviewing and managing the card information, the text information or the multimedia information.
4. The platform of claim 1, wherein the 5GRCS message management module comprises a message sending sub-module, a sending record sub-module, and an uplink record sub-module, and the message sending sub-module is configured to send a task management status query and a new task management;
the sending recording submodule is used for inquiring the contents of a corresponding task name, a pushing channel, a message type, a mobile phone number, a template ID, sending time, a sending state and the like;
and the uplink recording submodule is used for inquiring the corresponding mobile phone number or the corresponding keyword according to the chatbot to filter the uplink message.

The platform of claim 1, wherein the 5GRCS reply management module further comprises an intelligent reply template matching management sub-module, and the intelligent reply template matching management sub-module is configured to distinguish reply contents corresponding to different keywords, reply template addition, and template content management.
6. The platform of claim 1, wherein the 5GRCS user management module comprises a user list and a blacklist.
7. The platform of claim 1, wherein the 5GRCS menu management module comprises an editing submodule configured to manage, edit, and preview effects on a message template bottom hover menu issued by the chatbot account.

The platform of claim 1, wherein the voice notification module comprises a product overview sub-module, an upload ring tone sub-module, a variable template sub-module, a task management sub-module, and a call log management sub-module, the product overview sub-module is used for interface parameter information, product introduction, product protocols, charging rules and interface documents, the uploading ring tone sub-module is used for the user to send the uploading management inquiry and the trial listening and deletion of the ring tone, the variable template submodule is used for performing templated management, query, addition, deletion, audit and state management on voice messages containing variables, the task management submodule is used for carrying out time and task execution, deletion and failure recall management on the batch sending of the voice messages, and the call record management submodule is used for inquiring and retrieving the record state sent by a client.

The platform of claim 1, wherein the cloud agent module comprises a cloud agent management sub-module and a call record sub-module, the cloud agent management sub-module is used for managing a saas login account number path, a paasapi interface account number key and an access path, inquiring and managing user agent online purchase, renewal and expiration time, and the call record sub-module is used for inquiring and checking a user call ticket.
10. A5G message management method applied to the cloud platform multi-tenant based 5G message service platform of any one of claims 1 to 9, the method comprising:
the registered user is registered as a member user through the online service platform;
the registered user submits authentication information of the enterprise user to carry out enterprise real-name information verification;
the enterprise user creates a 5GRCS chatbot robot through a 5GRCSchatbot management module, and opens a corresponding account and a channel;
utilizing a 5GRCS template management module to provide picture, video or voice material management for the enterprise user creation template;
setting reply contents of the 5GRCS chatbot robot aiming at the uplink message, wherein the reply contents comprise intention intelligent matching reply text messages, multimedia messages or message templates;
the enterprise user sets and edits the menu at the bottom of the 5G message template through the 5GRCS menu management module;
the enterprise user adds and imports the client information needing downlink transmission, and sets a corresponding blacklist and corresponding user group management at the same time;
the enterprise user creates a sending task to associate the template information created by the enterprise user and the user group information, and checks the message sending record and the uplink message sending record;
the enterprise user manages the new establishment, starting and suspension setting of the sending ring tone, the variable template and the task, and inquires the state and information of the call record;
and the enterprise user seamlessly performs client service return visit and message follow-up on the system aiming at the user of the uplink feedback message.
