8. opening the exhaust pipe 8 and the filling pipe 9, installing a filling nozzle 17 at the tail end of the filling pipe 9, injecting the sealing expansion agent 12 from the filling pipe 9 by using a pressure gun, stopping filling when the sealing expansion agent 12 flows out from the tail end opening of the exhaust pipe 8, and curing the whole leak repairing device and the online pipeline 1 into a whole after a few minutes to realize a permanent sealing state, namely realizing third deep leak repairing.
