本发明本发明涉及一种保温防寒水性服装革及其制备方法,主要原理是在于干法贴面工艺中选用中空微球材料作为主要保温材料,配合水性聚氨酯做成膜物质,来制成低导热的保温防寒水性聚氨酯服装革半成品;在制革过程添加8‑甲基‑N‑香草基‑6‑壬烯与远红外陶瓷粉,8‑甲基‑N‑香草基‑6‑壬烯在吸收水蒸气或者接触皮肤后升温2‑3℃,而远红外陶瓷粉可以当它吸收外界的热能后,能释放出波长为4‑14μm的远红外线,且易被人体吸收,达到保温防寒效果。

水性服装革经过近10年发展,生产工艺趋近成熟,但功能性产品缺乏,在特殊领域产品单一。传统的服装革存在透气性差、水汽不易挥发、出汗后明显发冷、穿着舒适性差的缺点,在低温的天气尤其在寒冷的冬天,消费者体验不好。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题为克服现有技术中传统服装革透气性差、水汽不易挥发、出汗后明显发冷、穿着舒适性差的不足之处,提供一种保温防寒水性服装革。
为了解决本发明的技术问题,所采取的技术方案为,一种保温防寒水性服装革的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:S1、选用固含量为29-31wt%、100%模量为5.0-6.0MPa的阴离子水性聚氨酯面层树脂,在该阴离子水性聚氨酯中添加中空微球填料、消泡剂、润湿剂和增稠剂,制得中空微球水性聚氨酯面料;
S2、选取固含量为40-50wt%、100%模量为0.5-2.0MPa的阴离子水性聚氨酯,在该阴离子水性聚氨酯发泡树脂中添加溶解聚合度为1700-2600的聚乙烯醇树脂即PVA树脂、乙二醇二甲酸酯、发泡剂,制得水汽吸收层浆料;
S3、选取固含量为29-31wt%、100%模量为1.0-2.0Mpa的水性聚氨酯粘合层树脂作为成膜物质,在该水性聚氨酯中添加消泡剂、润湿剂、增稠剂和远红外陶瓷粉,制得底层粘合层浆料;
S4、将步骤S1配置中空微球水性聚氨酯面料涂覆在离型纸上,涂覆厚度为0.1-0.18mm,经过100-140℃恒温干燥箱干燥,得到干燥后的面料,在干燥后的面料上涂敷步骤S2配制的水汽吸收层浆料,涂覆厚度为0.2-0.4mm,经过90-140℃恒温干燥箱干燥,得到吸湿保温层;在吸湿保温层上涂覆底层粘合层浆料,涂覆厚度为位0.13-0.18mm,然后用贴合机在底层粘合层浆料层上贴合无纺布,在100-149℃恒温干燥箱中干燥后冷却,制得半成品服装革,将半成品服装革从离型纸上剥离下来待用;
步骤二、将固含量为20wt%水性聚氨酯表处剂树脂作为成膜物质,在该水性聚氨酯中添加消泡剂、润湿剂、增稠剂和防水剂、8-甲基-N-香草基-6-壬烯,制得水性处理剂;
步骤三、通过网纹辊印刷方式将步骤二制得的水性处理剂印刷在步骤一制得的半成品服装革上,120-140℃干燥,即制得保透湿保温水性服装革;
其中,步骤一、二不分先后顺序,步骤S1、S2、S3不分先后顺序。

优选的,所述中空微球填料的粒径为12-20μm,壁厚为2-3μm,材质为热塑性塑料。
优选的,所述远红外陶瓷粉的粒径为2-10nm。

本发明在制备中空微球水性聚氨酯面料时,由于中空微球内部的稀薄空气与中空微球外壳材料的密度和导热系数均存在差异,降低了水性聚氨酯面料的导热系数,阻隔了服装革内外的温度交换,具有隔热的效果;待树脂中水蒸气挥发后,在中空微球粉体与树脂的结合处形成孔径微米级的毛细通道,有利于水蒸气通过,解决面料成膜致密不透气问题。
在制备水汽吸收层浆料时,添加乙二醇二甲酸酯和发泡剂,乙二醇二甲酯在受热后可以产生催化发泡剂发泡的甲酸,将发泡剂的发泡温度降低到90-130℃。另外乙二醇二甲酯受热分解产生的酸性物质可以使阴离子水性聚氨酯絮凝固化,防止出现分层等问题。
吸湿保温层通过PVA的亲水性,来吸收人体排出的水蒸气,提高体感温度。底层粘合浆料中添加8-甲基-N-香草基-6-壬烯与远红外陶瓷粉,8-甲基-N-香草基-6-壬烯主要是通过处理剂处理在皮革表面,改善冬季触感冰冷问题,8-甲基-N-香草基-6-壬烯在吸收水蒸气或者接触皮肤后升温2-3℃,而远红外陶瓷粉吸收外界的热能后,能释放出波长为2-18μm的远红外线,且易被人体吸收,达到保温防寒效果。
本发明提供了一种保温防寒水性服装革产品,应用在服装革、鞋里革等领域,丰富了产品类型。

S1、选用固含量为30wt%、100%模量为60MPa的阴离子水性聚氨酯,每100份水性聚氨酯中添加30份中空微球填料、0.1份消泡剂、0.3份润湿剂,0.1份增稠剂,制得中空微球水性聚氨酯面料;
S2、选取固含量为40wt%阴离子水性聚氨酯,每100份的阴离子水性聚氨酯中添加聚合度为1700的PVA树脂3份、乙二醇二甲酸酯2份、发泡剂1份,分散均匀,制得水汽吸收层浆料;
S3、选取固含量为30wt%的水性聚氨酯作为成膜物质,每100份水性聚氨酯中添加0.3份消泡剂、1份润湿剂、0.6份增稠剂和30份远红外陶瓷粉,制得底层粘合层浆料;
S4、选取固含量为20wt%的水性聚氨酯为成膜物质,每100份水性聚氨酯中添加0.5份消泡剂、2份润湿剂、1份增稠剂、3份防水剂、0.03份8-甲基-N-香草基-6-壬烯,制成水性处理剂;
S5、将步骤S1配置的中空微球水性聚氨酯面料涂覆在离型纸上,涂覆厚度为0.1mm,经过100℃恒温干燥箱干燥;然后将步骤S2配置的水汽吸收层浆料涂敷在干燥后的面料上,涂覆厚度为0.20mm,经过90℃恒温干燥箱干燥,得到吸湿保温层。在吸湿保温层上涂覆底层粘合层浆料,涂覆厚度为0.13mm,在贴合机贴合无纺布,然后在100℃恒温干燥箱中干燥3分钟,冷却,经过剥离机剥离得到水性服装革半成品;

S3、选取固含量为30wt%的水性聚氨酯作为成膜物质,每100份水性聚氨酯中添加0.3份消泡剂、1份润湿剂、0.6份增稠剂和30份远红外陶瓷粉,制得底层粘合层浆料;
S4、选取固含量为20wt%的水性聚氨酯为成膜物质,每100份水性聚氨酯中添加0.5份消泡剂、2份润湿剂、1份增稠剂、3份防水剂、0.03份8-甲基-N-香草基-6-壬烯,制成水性处理剂;

普通服装革的制备步骤参考实施例2,区别在于步骤S3中没有添加远红外陶瓷粉,其他步骤均和实施例2相同,制得普通服装革3。
对比例4
普通服装革的制备步骤参考实施例3,区别在于步骤S4中没有添加8-甲基-N-香草基-6-壬烯,其他步骤均和实施例2相同,制得普通服装革4。
将实施例1-4和对比例1-4制备的服装革做性能测试,结果如下表1:

由测试结果可知:实施例1添加空心微球的保透湿保温水性服装革在表面传热系数上低于对比样1,传热性更低、透湿性更好;空心微球、远红外陶瓷粉会对保温克罗值产生影响,直接导致产品保温效果差异;透湿率方面,空心微球添加量、中层保湿层的PVA添加量直接影响了透视率,造成产品透湿效果差异;8-甲基-N-香草基-6-壬烯的添加与否对表面传热系数、透湿率和克罗值影响不大。
本领域的技术人员应理解,以上所述仅为本发明的若干个具体实施方式,而不是全部实施例。应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,还可以做出许多变形和改进,所有未超出权利要求所述的变形或改进均应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种保温防寒水性服装革的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:S1、选用固含量为29-31wt%、100%模量为5.0-6.0MPa的阴离子水性聚氨酯面层树脂,在该阴离子水性聚氨酯中添加中空微球填料、消泡剂、润湿剂和增稠剂,制得中空微球水性聚氨酯面料;
S2、选取固含量为40-50wt%、100%模量为0.5-2.0MPa的阴离子水性聚氨酯,在该阴离子水性聚氨酯发泡树脂中添加溶解聚合度为1700-2600的聚乙烯醇树脂即PVA树脂、乙二醇二甲酸酯、发泡剂,制得水汽吸收层浆料;
S3、选取固含量为29-31wt%、100%模量为1.0-2.0Mpa的水性聚氨酯粘合层树脂作为成膜物质,在该水性聚氨酯中添加消泡剂、润湿剂、增稠剂和远红外陶瓷粉,制得底层粘合层浆料;
S4、将步骤S1配置的中空微球水性聚氨酯面料涂覆在离型纸上,涂覆厚度为0.1-0.18mm,经过100-140℃恒温干燥箱干燥,得到干燥后的面料,在干燥后的面料上涂敷步骤S2配制的水汽吸收层浆料,涂覆厚度为0.2-0.4mm,经过90-140℃恒温干燥箱干燥,得到吸湿保温层;在吸湿保温层上涂覆底层粘合层浆料,涂覆厚度为位0.13-0.18mm,然后用贴合机在底层粘合层浆料层上贴合无纺布,在100-149℃恒温干燥箱中干燥后冷却,制得半成品服装革,将半成品服装革从离型纸上剥离下来待用;
步骤二、将固含量为20wt%水性聚氨酯表处剂树脂作为成膜物质,在该水性聚氨酯中添加消泡剂、润湿剂、增稠剂和防水剂、8-甲基-N-香草基-6-壬烯,制得水性处理剂;
步骤三、通过网纹辊印刷方式将步骤二制得的水性处理剂印刷在步骤一制得的半成品服装革上,120-140℃干燥,即制得保透湿保温水性服装革;
其中,步骤一、二不分先后顺序,步骤S1、S2、S3不分先后顺序。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温防寒水性服装革的制备方法,其特征在于,所述中空微球填料的粒径为12-20μm,壁厚为2-3μm,材质为热塑性塑料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温防寒水性服装革的制备方法,其特征在于,所述远红外陶瓷粉的粒径为2-10nm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温防寒水性服装革的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中所述阴离子水性聚氨酯与中空微球填料、消泡剂、润湿剂和增稠剂的混合质量比为100:(30-80):(0.1-0.3):(0.3-2):(0.1-0.5)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温防寒水性服装革的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中所述阴离子水性聚氨酯与PVA树脂、乙二醇二甲酸酯、发泡剂的混合质量比为100:(3-6):(2-4):(1-3)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温防寒水性服装革的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中所述水性聚氨酯与消泡剂、润湿剂、增稠剂和远红外陶瓷粉的混合质量比例为100:(0.2-0.5):(0.5-2.0):(0.3-1.0):(20-30)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温防寒水性服装革的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤二中所述水性聚氨酯与消泡剂、润湿剂、增稠剂和防水剂、8-甲基-N-香草基-6-壬烯的混合质量比为(100):(0.2-0.6):(1.0-3.0):(0.5-2.0):(1-5):(0.02-0.05)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温防寒水性服装革的制备方法,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为矿物油、有机硅中的一种;所述润湿剂为有机硅表面活性剂中的一种;所述增稠剂为聚氨酯缔合型增稠剂中的一种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温防寒水性服装革的制备方法,其特征在于,所述PVA树脂的醇解度为98-99%,聚合度为1700-2600。
10.一种权利要求1-9任意一项的制备方法制得的保温防寒水性服装革。
