本发明涉及光缆的技术领域,特别是涉及一种防鼠光电复合缆,其具有防鼠功能、良好的机械性能和耐环境性能;包括外护套、内护套、阻水带、蝶缆护套、光纤、铠装钢管和若干组填充绳,所述铠装钢管套设在光纤的外部,所述光纤可活动外于铠装钢管内部,所述蝶缆护套固定紧套在铠装钢管的圆周外壁上,所述蝶缆护套的内部对称设置有两组非金属加强件,两组所述非金属加强件的轴线均与铠装钢管的轴线平行,若干组所述填充绳以铠装钢管轴线为参考轴均匀圆周阵列在蝶缆护套的外部,所述阻水带固定紧套在若干组填充绳组合而成的圆柱体的圆周外壁上,所述内护套固定紧套在阻水带的圆周外壁上,所述外护套套设在内护套的外部。

技术领域
本发明涉及光缆的技术领域,特别是涉及一种防鼠光电复合缆。
背景技术
随着中国网络建设的不断深入,推动着新型光缆的研究与开发,以满足市场提出的环境要求、线路安全和维护方便等特点的要求。
现阶段光电混合缆的结构比较简单,大多数单护加一层钢带或者铝带铠装,只适用于良好的敷设环境,不适用比较恶劣复杂的环境,比如偏远山区,隧道,旧城区等地方,以上环境可能会出现积水,塌方,鼠患猖獗等现象,现有的光电混合缆不能完全满足上述复杂环境的要求。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种具有防鼠功能、良好的机械性能和耐环境性能的防鼠光电复合缆。
本发明的一种防鼠光电复合缆,包括外护套、内护套、阻水带、蝶缆护套、光纤、铠装钢管和若干组填充绳,所述铠装钢管套设在光纤的外部,所述光纤可活动外于铠装钢管内部,所述蝶缆护套固定紧套在铠装钢管的圆周外壁上,所述蝶缆护套的内部对称设置有两组非金属加强件,两组所述非金属加强件的轴线均与铠装钢管的轴线平行,若干组所述填充绳以铠装钢管轴线为参考轴均匀圆周阵列在蝶缆护套的外部,所述阻水带固定紧套在若干组填充绳组合而成的圆柱体的圆周外壁上,相邻两组所述填充绳之间均设置有电单元,所述内护套固定紧套在阻水带的圆周外壁上,所述外护套套设在内护套的外部,所述外护套的圆周内壁与内护套圆周外壁之间设置有铠装层。
本发明的一种防鼠光电复合缆,所述阻水带与若干组填充绳之间填充有pp填充。
本发明的一种防鼠光电复合缆,所述内护套采用低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃原料。
本发明的一种防鼠光电复合缆,所述pp填充内部设置有阻水纱。
本发明的一种防鼠光电复合缆,所述外护套采用黑色高密度聚乙烯;所述蝶缆护套采用白色无卤阻燃材料。
本发明的一种防鼠光电复合缆,其中铠装层采用若干根电镀锌钢丝贴附在内护套圆周表面绞制而成。
与现有技术相比本发明的有益效果为:通过上述设置,在蝶缆护套内部套装铠装钢管,使光缆具有良好的防鼠性能,有效保障光缆在各种恶劣环境下的通信畅通;在外护套与内护套之间设置铠装层使光缆具有更好的机械性能,能够满足入户敷设的各种复杂环境;铠装层的设置使光缆剥离方式与常规光缆有差异,但同时光缆能够适应更加复杂的环境,该光电复合缆相比常规光电复合缆更能适应环境需求,恶劣环境条件下也能保障使用时间,有利于节约维修成本,提高实用性。

如图1所示,本发明的一种防鼠光电复合缆,包括外护套1、内护套3、阻水带4、蝶缆护套7、光纤8、铠装钢管9和若干组填充绳11,所述铠装钢管9套设在光纤8的外部,所述光纤8可活动外于铠装钢管9内部,所述蝶缆护套7固定紧套在铠装钢管9的圆周外壁上,所述蝶缆护套7的内部对称设置有两组非金属加强件6,两组所述非金属加强件6的轴线均与铠装钢管9的轴线平行,若干组所述填充绳11以铠装钢管9轴线为参考轴均匀圆周阵列在蝶缆护套7的外部,所述阻水带4固定紧套在若干组填充绳11组合而成的圆柱体的圆周外壁上,相邻两组所述填充绳11之间均设置有电单元5,所述内护套3固定紧套在阻水带4的圆周外壁上,所述外护套1套设在内护套3的外部,所述外护套1的圆周内壁与内护套3圆周外壁之间设置有铠装层2;通过上述设置,在蝶缆护套7内部套装铠装钢管9,使光缆具有良好的防鼠性能,有效保障光缆在各种恶劣环境下的通信畅通;在外护套1与内护套3之间设置铠装层2使光缆具有更好的机械性能,能够满足入户敷设的各种复杂环境;铠装层2的设置使光缆剥离方式与常规光缆有差异,但同时光缆能够适应更加复杂的环境,该光电复合缆相比常规光电复合缆更能适应环境需求,恶劣环境条件下也能保障使用时间,有利于节约维修成本,提高实用性。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述阻水带4与若干组填充绳11之间填充有pp填充12;通过上述设置,保证光缆的圆整度,提升光缆的抗压强度,提高稳定性。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述内护套3采用低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃原料;通过上述设置,利用低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃原料防水防霉,耐环境应力开裂的特点,提升光缆的自身性能,提高实用性。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述pp填充12内部设置有阻水纱10;通过上述设置,使阻水纱10与阻水带4相互补充有利于保证光缆的阻水性能,提高实用性。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述外护套1采用黑色高密度聚乙烯;所述蝶缆护套7采用白色无卤阻燃材料;外护套采用黑色高密度聚乙烯,可以满足室外管道、架空敷设等恶劣环境的要求,蝶缆护套采用白色无卤阻燃材料,可以确保入户后蝶缆满足单根垂直燃烧,提高实用性。
作为上述技术方案的优选,其中铠装层2采用若干根电镀锌钢丝贴附在内护套3圆周表面绞制而成;通过上述设置,加强了光缆的抗拉伸、压扁、冲击等物理性能指标,同时钢丝铠装具有良好的防鼠性能,提高实用性。
本发明的一种防鼠光电复合缆,其安装方式、连接方式或设置方式均为常见机械方式,只要能够达成其有益效果的均可进行实施。

5.如权利要求1所述的一种防鼠光电复合缆,其特征在于,所述外护套(1)采用黑色高密度聚乙烯;所述蝶缆护套(7)采用白色无卤阻燃材料。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种防鼠光电复合缆,其特征在于,其中铠装层(2)采用若干根电镀锌钢丝贴附在内护套(3)圆周表面绞制而成。
