The receiving module 240 is further configured to receive the return visit response information sent by the fourth terminal.
In some embodiments, the preset query conditions include: the first condition, the second condition and the third condition. Wherein the first condition includes at least one of the following options: time starting and stopping range, daily appointed time period, positioning region overlapping ratio and positioning region overlapping ratio based on daily appointed time period. The second condition includes at least one of the following options: age threshold, location range, known number set. The third condition includes at least one of the following options: family screening conditions, friend screening conditions, colleague screening conditions, neighbor screening conditions.
The return visit device provided by the embodiment of the invention can inquire the authorization information corresponding to the return visit object when the return visit object can not complete the return visit task, and inquire the communication object closely related to the return visit object based on the communication identification of the return visit object in the authorization information and the preset inquiry condition when the authorization information is inquired, and help the return visit object to complete the return visit flow by sending the assistance information to the communication object. The problem that the return visit object cannot independently finish the return visit flow can be solved, and the return visit success rate is improved.
It will be appreciated that the apparatus 200 for return visit according to the embodiment of the present invention may correspond to the execution body of the method for return visit in fig. 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention, and specific details of the operation and/or functions of each module/unit of the apparatus 200 for return visit may be referred to the description of the corresponding parts in the method for return visit in fig. 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention, which is not repeated herein for brevity.
Fig. 4 is a schematic hardware structure of a return visit device according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 4, the return visit device 300 in the present embodiment includes an input device 301, an input interface 302, a central processor 303, a memory 304, an output interface 305, and an output device 306. The input interface 302, the central processing unit 303, the memory 304, and the output interface 305 are connected to each other through a bus 310, and the input device 301 and the output device 306 are connected to the bus 310 through the input interface 302 and the output interface 305, respectively, and further connected to other components of the return visit device 300.
Specifically, the input device 301 receives input information from the outside, and transmits the input information to the central processor 303 through the input interface 302; the central processor 303 processes the input information based on computer executable instructions stored in the memory 304 to generate output information, temporarily or permanently stores the output information in the memory 304, and then transmits the output information to the output device 306 through the output interface 305; the output device 306 outputs the output information to the outside of the revisited device 300 for use by the user.
That is, the return visit device shown in fig. 4 may also be implemented to include: a memory storing computer-executable instructions; and a processor that, when executing the computer-executable instructions, can implement the method of revisiting described in connection with the example shown in fig. 1.
In one embodiment, the return visit apparatus 300 shown in FIG. 4 includes: a memory 304 for storing a program; the processor 303 is configured to execute a program stored in the memory, so as to execute the return visit method provided by the embodiment of the present invention.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide a computer readable storage medium having computer program instructions stored thereon; the computer program instructions, when executed by the processor, implement the return visit method provided by the embodiment of the invention.
It should be understood that the invention is not limited to the particular arrangements and instrumentality described above and shown in the drawings. For the sake of brevity, a detailed description of known methods is omitted here. In the above embodiments, several specific steps are described and shown as examples. However, the method processes of the present invention are not limited to the specific steps described and shown, and those skilled in the art can make various changes, modifications and additions, or change the order between steps, after appreciating the spirit of the present invention.
The functional blocks shown in the above-described structural block diagrams may be implemented in hardware, software, firmware, or a combination thereof. The code segments may be downloaded via computer networks such as the internet, intranets, etc.
It should also be noted that the exemplary embodiments mentioned in this disclosure describe some methods or systems based on a series of steps or devices. However, the present invention is not limited to the order of the above-described steps, that is, the steps may be performed in the order mentioned in the embodiments, or may be performed in a different order from the order in the embodiments, or several steps may be performed simultaneously.

Claims (12)

1. A method of revisiting, the method comprising:
sending back visit task information to a first terminal used by a first object;
inquiring the authorization information corresponding to the first object when detecting that the reply time length of the first terminal replying to the return visit task information exceeds a preset reply time length threshold;
when the authorization information corresponding to the first object is queried, and the first communication identifier of the first terminal is consistent with the second communication identifier in the authorization information, determining a third communication identifier associated with the second communication identifier according to the second communication identifier and a preset query condition;
sending first assistance information to a second terminal corresponding to the third communication identifier, wherein the first assistance information is used for requesting a user of the second terminal to assist the first object to complete the reply of the return visit task information;
receiving return visit response information sent by the second terminal;
the communication identifier is a unique identifier of communication between users, and the preset query condition comprises: at least one of the first condition, the second condition, and the third condition;
the first condition includes at least one of the following options: time starting and stopping range, daily appointed time period, positioning region overlapping ratio and positioning region overlapping ratio based on daily appointed time period;
the second condition includes at least one of the following options: age threshold, location range, known communication identity set;
the third condition includes at least one of the following options: family screening conditions, friend screening conditions, colleague screening conditions, neighbor screening conditions.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining a third communication identifier associated with the second communication identifier according to the second communication identifier and a preset query condition comprises:
acquiring communication data corresponding to the second communication identifier;
and determining a third communication identifier associated with the second communication identifier according to the preset query condition and the communication data corresponding to the second communication identifier.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the first assistance information includes filling addresses of assistance event information and return visit response information.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after receiving the return visit response message sent by the second terminal, the method further comprises:
and sending display response information to the second terminal, wherein the display response information is used for notifying the user of the second terminal that the return visit is completed.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein when authorization information corresponding to the first object is queried and the first communication identifier of the first terminal is inconsistent with the second communication identifier in the authorization information, the method further comprises:
sending the return visit task information to a third terminal corresponding to the second communication identifier;
when detecting that the reply time length of the third terminal replying to the return visit task information exceeds the preset reply time length threshold, determining a fourth communication identifier associated with the second communication identifier according to the second communication identifier and the preset query condition;
sending second assistance information to a fourth terminal corresponding to the fourth communication identifier, wherein the second assistance information is used for requesting a user of the fourth terminal to assist the first object to complete the reply of the return visit task information;
and receiving the return visit response information sent by the fourth terminal.
6. A device for return visit, the device comprising:
the sending module is used for sending the return visit task information to the first terminal used by the first object;
the inquiring module is used for inquiring the authorization information corresponding to the first object when detecting that the reply time length of the first terminal replying the return visit task information exceeds a preset reply time length threshold;
the determining module is used for determining a third communication identifier associated with the second communication identifier according to the second communication identifier and a preset query condition when the authorization information corresponding to the first object is queried and the first communication identifier of the first terminal is consistent with the second communication identifier in the authorization information;
the sending module is further configured to send first assistance information to a second terminal corresponding to the third communication, where the first assistance information is used to request a user of the second terminal to assist the first object to complete a reply of the return visit task information;
the receiving module is used for receiving the return visit response information sent by the second terminal;
the communication identifier is a unique identifier of communication between users, and the preset query condition comprises: at least one of the first condition, the second condition, and the third condition;
the first condition includes at least one of the following options: time starting and stopping range, daily appointed time period, positioning region overlapping ratio and positioning region overlapping ratio based on daily appointed time period;
the second condition includes at least one of the following options: age threshold, location range, known communication identity set;
the third condition includes at least one of the following options: family screening conditions, friend screening conditions, colleague screening conditions, neighbor screening conditions.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the determining module is specifically configured to:
acquiring communication data corresponding to the second communication identifier;
and determining a third communication identifier associated with the second communication identifier according to the preset query condition and the communication data corresponding to the second communication identifier.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the first assistance information includes filling addresses of assistance event information and return visit response information.
9. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the means for transmitting is further configured to:
and after receiving the return visit response information sent by the second terminal, sending display response information to the second terminal, wherein the display response information is used for notifying the user of the second terminal that the return visit is completed.
10. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the device comprises a plurality of sensors,
the sending module is further configured to: when the authorization information corresponding to the first object is queried, and the first communication identifier of the first terminal is inconsistent with the second communication identifier in the authorization information, sending the return visit task information to a third terminal corresponding to the second communication identifier;
the determining module is further configured to: when detecting that the reply time length of the third terminal replying to the return visit task information exceeds the preset reply time length threshold, determining a fourth communication identifier associated with the second communication identifier according to the second communication identifier and the preset query condition;
the sending module is further configured to: sending second assistance information to a fourth terminal corresponding to the fourth communication identifier, wherein the second assistance information is used for requesting a user of the fourth terminal to assist the first object to complete the reply of the return visit task information;
the receiving module is further configured to: and receiving the return visit response information sent by the fourth terminal.
11. A return visit apparatus, the apparatus comprising: a processor and a memory storing computer program instructions;
the method of revisiting of any of claims 1-5 when executed by the processor.
12. A computer readable storage medium having stored thereon computer program instructions which when executed by a processor implement a method of revisiting according to any of claims 1-5.
