when any telephone terminal dials back the number identification,
judging whether the number identification is in the validity period, if so, determining the request client corresponding to the number identification, calling the request client, and establishing communication connection between the request client and a telephone terminal for dialing back the number identification after the request client is connected.
3. Communication method for moving vehicles according to claim 1,
determining at least one relevant telephone number of the target vehicle according to the license plate number comprises:
determining the owner of the target vehicle according to the license plate number;
determining at least one friend of the owner of the vehicle;
determining a second driving track of each friend in the last m days;
determining a current location of a user of the requesting client;
for each of the second trajectories, performing: and judging whether a second intersection area exists between the current second driving track and the current position, if so, determining the friend telephone number of the friend corresponding to the current second driving track, and taking the friend telephone number as the related telephone number.

further comprising:
presetting a vehicle insurance information base, wherein the vehicle insurance information base comprises: the registered mobile phone contact number and the fixed phone number corresponding to each vehicle purchasing the car insurance, the contact phone number in the car insurance purchasing process and the contact phone number in the return visit process;
determining at least one relevant telephone number of the target vehicle according to the license plate number comprises:
searching the registered mobile phone contact number and fixed phone number corresponding to the target vehicle, the contact phone number in the vehicle insurance purchasing process and the contact phone number in the return visit process in the vehicle insurance information base;
and taking the registered mobile phone contact number and fixed phone number corresponding to the target vehicle, the contact phone number in the car insurance purchasing process and the contact phone number in the return visit process as at least one related phone number of the target vehicle.
5. Communication method for moving vehicles according to one of claims 1 to 4,
the determining a dialing order of the at least one associated phone number comprises:
determining the number of times of connection of the at least one related telephone number in the last k days;
and taking the order of the connection times of the at least one related telephone number of the last k days as the dialing order.
6. A communication device for moving a vehicle, comprising:
the receiving unit is used for receiving the license plate number of the target vehicle to be stolen sent by the request client;

the display unit is used for displaying the number identification on the telephone terminal of each dialed relevant telephone number;
and the call-back unit is used for judging whether the number identifier is in the validity period or not when any telephone terminal calls back the number identifier, if so, determining the request client corresponding to the number identifier, calling the request client, and establishing communication connection between the request client and the telephone terminal calling back the number identifier after the request client is connected.
8. Computer device comprising a memory and a processor, in which memory computer-readable instructions are stored which, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to carry out the steps of the communication method for moving vehicles as claimed in one of claims 1 to 5.
9. A storage medium storing computer-readable instructions which, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to carry out the steps of the communication method for moving vehicles as claimed in any of claims 1 to 5.
