The groove 151 may surround the overlap region 18 from at least two sides. For example, the groove 151 may surround the overlap region 18 from three sides. Of course, in other embodiments, the groove 151 may have a straight stripe shape, i.e., the projection on the first inorganic layer 41 may have a rectangular shape.

In this embodiment, the boundary of the second inorganic layer 42 close to the bending region 12 is located between the groove 151 and the bending region 12, and since the second inorganic layer 42 contacts the first inorganic layer 41 in the groove 151, the contact portion between the two layers is dense, even if the boundary of the second inorganic layer 42 close to the bending region 12 is peeled, the peeling can be prevented from extending to the routing region 31 and the overlapping region 18, and the peeling can be prevented from occurring at the boundary of the second inorganic layer 42 close to the bending region 12, so that the bad influence on the routing between the display region 11 and the bending region 12 can be avoided, and the yield of the display panel can be improved.
In addition, it should be noted that the flexible film layer 110 is located in the bending region 12. The material of the flexible film layer 110 may be an organic material, and the material of the flexible film layer 110 may be the same as that of the pixel defining layer, or the same as that of the planarization layer 15.

In the present embodiment, in each groove 151, the second inorganic layer 42 is in contact with the first inorganic layer 41. Since the second inorganic layer 42 and the first inorganic layer 41 are both inorganic layers, the contact area therebetween is dense.
In this embodiment, the boundary of the second inorganic layer 42 close to the bending region 12 is located between the groove 151 and the bending region 12, and since the second inorganic layer 42 contacts the first inorganic layer 41 in the groove 151, the contact portion between the two is dense, even if the boundary of the second inorganic layer 42 close to the bending region 12 is peeled, the peeling can be prevented from extending to the trace region 31 and the lap joint region 18, and the peeling can be prevented from occurring to the boundary of the second inorganic layer 42 close to the bending region 12, therefore, the adverse effect on the traces between the display region 11 and the bending region 12 can be avoided, and the yield of the display panel can be improved.

The surface of the organic layer remote from the first inorganic layer 41 is planar. For example, the organic layer may be located in the display region 11, the trace region 31, the lap region 18 and the grooved region 32. Then, the organic layer is patterned using a mask, thereby obtaining the planarization layer 15.
In step 803, a touch layer is formed, where the touch layer includes a second inorganic layer 42, the second inorganic layer 42 is located on a side of the planarization layer 15 away from the first inorganic layer 41, the second inorganic layer 42 extends from the trace area 31 to the groove area 32, and is located in the trace area 31, the lap area 18 and at least a portion of the groove area 32, and the second inorganic layer 42 contacts the first inorganic layer 41 in the groove 151.
In this embodiment, since the planarization layer 15 includes the groove 151, the groove 151 is located in the groove area 32, the groove area 32 is located on one side of the trace area 31 and the overlapping area 18 close to the bending area 12, the second inorganic layer 42 in the touch layer is located on one side of the planarization layer 15 away from the first inorganic layer 41, the trace area 31 extends toward the groove area 32, the second inorganic layer 42 is located in the trace area 31, the overlapping area 18 and at least a part of the groove area 32, and in the groove area 32, the second inorganic layer 42 contacts with the first inorganic layer 41, and since the second inorganic layer 42 and the first inorganic layer 41 are both inorganic layers, the contact density between the two layers is good. When the boundary of the second inorganic layer 42 close to the bending region 12 is located between the groove 151 and the bending region 12, even if the boundary of the second inorganic layer 42 close to the bending region 12 is peeled off, the peeling can be prevented from extending to the routing region 31 and the overlapping region 18, and when the boundary of the second inorganic layer 42 close to the bending region 12 is located in the groove 151, the peeling can be prevented from occurring on the boundary of the second inorganic layer 42 close to the bending region 12, so that the bad influence on the routing between the display region 11 and the bending region 12 can be avoided, and the yield of the display panel can be improved.
