本发明属于材料科学与法庭科学领域,公开了一种显现现场手印的环保粉末。本发明由金属盐偶氮颜料和铁粉混合组成;金属盐偶氮颜料和铁粉研磨成小于8000目的粉体,混合的质量比例为1:0.5~2。本发明的优点是粉末物质制造方便、且在使用过程中具有良好的显现效果,具有高着色强度与鲜艳度,无毒性,更环保。

技术领域
本发明属于材料科学与法庭科学领域,尤其涉及一种显现现场手印的环保粉末。
背景技术
粉末法显现汗潜手印是一种传统有效、应用广泛的手印显现方法,是利用粉末和手印汗液、油质之间的静电吸附力(亲和力)来显现的,被应用在众多现场勘查中。特别是“金粉”、“银粉”长期来一直是老技术人员的最爱。但是随着人们环保意识的增强,“金粉”、“银粉”易飞扬漂浮被技术员吸入体内影响健康,附着力强,粘性大,不环保的特点越来越受到包括技术人员在内的人士诟病,不易扬尘磁性粉的使用基本上取代了“金粉”、“银粉”成为主要使用的粉末。磁性粉末是用含铁磁性物质,能够被磁力吸引的合成粉末,由于其易携带、操作简单、显现率高、不易漂浮、毒性低等优点被广泛应用于案件现场痕迹显现,已成为现场勘查箱必配工具,是基层技术人员现场提取痕迹的重要手段。
手印显现技术作为法庭科学的重要分支,经过上百年的发展,已发展成为一种集物理、化学、生物、光学为一体的科学,并且显现技术日趋成熟。但仍存在一系列的问题有待解决。首先,许多客观条件不理想的手印样品的显现方法尚有待完善;其次,已有的显现试剂和显现方法仍存在安全隐患,如采取刷显法时悬浮于空气中的小粒度粉尘、某些有致癌作用的荧光染料以及用熏显法时物质分解反应产生的有毒有害气体,对专业技术人员的身体健康造成严重危害。除此之外,某些有色试剂的使用会破坏物证的原始状态;某些显现试剂(如DFO等)由于成本较高而无法在实际工作中广泛推广;某些本身残缺不全的潜在手印在显现之后仍然需要保持手印印痕的生物活性,以便进行深入的DNA检验等,这些都成为法庭科学工作人员必须面对的问题。
我国目前所使用公开的技术方案中,有如中国地质大学(武汉)的申请专利,申请号201510054494.6、湖北警官学院申请的申请号200910063215.7专利,均为稀土元素的物质,制造过程复杂,且成本也相对较高,不具有环保性。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中的不足,提出一种更环保、生产制造过程更便捷的方法,可以制造用于显现现场手印的环保粉末。
本发明是通过下述技术方案得以实现的:
一种显现现场手印的环保粉末,是一种偶氮色淀颜料,分子式为C27H17N3O8S2Ba,又称为金属盐偶氮颜料,含有磺酸基、或羧酸基中的一种基团。该物质本身是属于一种有机颜料,其中含有的磺酸基或羧酸基的偶氮染料与金属离子作用,生成不溶性的偶氮色淀颜料,它具有高着色强度与鲜艳度,无毒性。用指纹刷或软毛刷沾少许该环保粉末,轻弹刷柄,使粉末均匀地散落在疑留有手印的物体表面,然后弹去毛刷上多余的粉末,用毛刷尖在物体表面轻刷,就可以显现手印轮廓,再顺着纹线的流向可刷至手印全部显出,最后刷去多余的粉末即可。
作为优选,一种显现现场手印的环保粉末,其特征在于由上述金属盐偶氮颜料和铁粉混合组成;金属盐偶氮颜料和铁粉研磨成小于8000目的粉体,混合的质量比例为

所述铁粉为Fe3O4粉末。作为优选,金属盐偶氮颜料和铁粉的质量比按照1:1的比例分别称取,偶氮色淀粉末(紫色、8000目)与铁粉(8000目)混合成新型磁性粉,这里的铁粉主要是作为载体用。可用专门的磁性刷吸附该环保粉末后,在疑有手印的部位轻轻刷动,手印的部分粉末被粘附,用干净的磁性刷顺纹线流向吸去散落的粉末,使纹线清晰,环保不浪费粉末。
有益效果:
本发明的粉末物质制造方便、且在使用过程中具有良好的显现效果,具有高着色强度与鲜艳度,无毒性,更环保。

下面结合附图,对本发明的实施作具体说明:
实施例1
首先制造一种显现现场手印的环保粉末,是由金属盐偶氮颜料和铁粉混合组成;金属盐偶氮颜料和铁粉研磨成小于6000目的粉体其中金属盐偶氮颜料是偶氮色淀,分子式为C27H17N3O8S2Ba;充分混合均匀;其中金属盐偶氮颜料和铁粉配料时的质量比例为1:1。
实施例2
将实施例1中所制备的粉末用于现场手印的测定:根据手印所留有场所的不同、遗留时间的不同,分别制作留痕。

1.一种显现现场手印的环保粉末,其特征在于:环保粉末是由金属盐偶氮颜料和铁粉混合组成;其中,金属盐偶氮颜料的分子式为C27H17N3O8S2Ba;其中含有磺酸基;金属盐偶氮颜料和铁粉研磨成小于8000目的粉体,混合的质量比例为1:0.5—2;所述铁粉为Fe3O4 粉末。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种显现现场手印的环保粉末,其特征在于金属盐偶氮颜料和铁粉配料时的质量比例为1:1。
