3. each large packaging bag filling device 3 finishes the bag taking, filling and sealing of the large packaging bag in sequence and sends out the finished product of the large packaging bag.
Because the finished count of small packaging bag is the detection of the rotating speed of the second servo motor for driving the rotating frame to rotate by the control device to the small packaging bag making and filling equipment, and the counting is obtained after the control device processes and analyzes, the traditional photoelectric detection mechanism is not needed, the control efficiency is higher, the components are reduced, the energy consumption is reduced, the production cost is effectively controlled, the working efficiency can be further improved, and the requirement of large-scale industrial production can be met.
Because the double-station counting conveying equipment 2 adopts the double-station counting temporary storage device to alternately complete the work of counting, storing (the counting equipment is arranged on the small packaging bag making and filling equipment) and discharging quantitative small packaging bag finished products by adopting the left temporary storage cavity and the right temporary storage cavity, the working efficiency can be greatly improved. And the large packaging bag filling equipment 3 adopts the rotating disc type bag clamping conveying mechanism 301, so that the interval time between adjacent processing steps can be greatly shortened, and the working efficiency is improved.
