The clamping handle rod 1 and the angle plate 2 are made of tool steel materials; the size of the clamping handle rod is 16X16X190 (unit mm); the connection of the clamping handle rod and the angle plate adopts a fixed bolt, and the whole size is 80X245X16 (unit mm). When the tool is applied to a lathe, the tool can be used for aligning the axis and the end face of a workpiece by clamping and sleeving the tool on a tailstock through a chuck, and the traditional scratch-pin alignment and dial indicator marking alignment can be replaced (as shown in figure 3).
When the tool is applied to a lathe, the tool is clamped to a tool rest so that the axis of a spindle and the center height of the tool coincide with each other, and the coaxiality correction of a workpiece can be detected (shown in fig. 4).
