considering the particularity of welding repair of ferrous metal cast iron materials of a water tank of an electric reciprocating pump body (1), uniformly preheating a V-shaped groove and two sides of the V-shaped groove to reach a preheating temperature, then welding a bottom layer, performing welding along the same direction of a crack from bottom to top, adopting a regular triangle strip conveying method for welding rods, forming an included angle of 60-90 degrees between the welding rods and a vertical surface of a welding seam, adopting arc extinguishing operation to achieve single-side welding and double-side forming, hammering the welding rods by using an air shovel after the welding of the bottom layer is finished, uniformly distributing small pits, and then detecting to ensure that the welding seam has no welding defects; the filling layer and the cover surface layer adopt a multilayer multi-pass welding method, in order to reduce heat loss and prevent an operator from being irradiated by high temperature, the rest parts except the welding part are covered by heat insulation materials, a welding rod is used for linear or small circle type conveying, welding is carried out by adopting a medium arc length of 5-8 mm, each section of welding line is not suitable for overlong, after each section is welded, a pneumatic shovel is used for hammering welding meat immediately to ensure that the welding meat is evenly distributed with small pockmarks, then the welding meat on the upper surface of the welding path is polished by a grinding wheel, the interlayer temperature is controlled to be not lower than 250 ℃, and then the next section is welded; each layer of the filling layer and the cover surface layer needs to be detected to ensure that no welding defect exists, after welding is completed, the temperature of a water tank of the electric reciprocating pump body (1) is uniformly raised to 650-900 ℃ at a speed of 150 DEG/h, then the box body is covered by a heat-preservation cotton bundle to be slowly cooled to room temperature, finally the box body which is welded is machined to meet the assembly size, and the box body is delivered for use after being detected to be qualified.
2. The process for repairing cracks in a water tank of a wheel dephosphorization electric reciprocating pump body according to claim 1, wherein an oxygen-acetylene flame, a coal gas heater or an electric heater is adopted for baking before the first layer of backing welding, and the two sides of a groove are preheated to 350 ℃.

The welding repair process for the cracks of the wheel dephosphorization electric reciprocating pump body water tank is characterized in that an upper pressure plate (3) and a back connection fixing steel plate (4) in the welding device for the cracks of the wheel dephosphorization electric reciprocating pump body water tank are fixedly connected with the upper ends of the two bevel face fixing pull plates (5), and a bottom plate (21) and the back connection fixing steel plate (4) and the lower ends of the two bevel face fixing pull plates (5) through bolts (6).

6. The welding repair process for the cracks of the water tank of the wheel dephosphorization electric reciprocating pump body according to claim 5, wherein the upper pressure plate (3) and the bottom plate (21) are further provided with a limiting hole (7) and/or a limiting groove (8).
