Abstract

Description

压缩机
本发明涉及一种带有轴向分开的外壳的压缩机,外壳包括多个外壳半体,其中的导向叶片以它们的根部固定在周边凹槽内。
这种类型的压缩机是已知的。通常在导向叶片之间设置有***件。当压缩机运转时,空气由于压缩而被加热。后缩的空气将热传送给***件和叶片材料使其膨胀。为了避免由热膨胀引起的在叶片根部区域内的应力,(这种应力可能导致材料缺陷),导向叶片和***件以其间留有间隙的方式***在外壳中。当叶片装入在外壳内时,叶片根部之间设置有纸衬垫以便使间隙均匀地分布在周边上。有些***件需用***在***件的底部的衬垫来予以固定。在压缩机运转时,纸衬垫可能会烧着。如果燃气轮机组停了又开,***件的固定可能由于振动而松驰。这样,导向叶片在冷却状态下可能会滑到一起。
叶片总是在压缩机建立的地点装入到轴向分开的外壳内的。在各单独零件制造公差总和以及由于纸衬垫间隙分布的结果所造成的不精确的条件下,位于外壳分隔平面处的元件只能在建立地点予以精确加工。为此,导向叶片用纸衬垫被装在外壳内,位于分隔平面处的突出的,封闭的元件经铣削,以及钻出小孔以备紧固封闭元件。为了消除碎屑和杂渣,所有的元件必须再拆开。清洁之后,元件又需按第一次装配步骤同样的方法再装入。这意味着人力消耗大,因此成本高。
因此,本发明的一个目的就是在本文开始时所提的那种类型压缩机中使导向叶片装在压缩机外壳内的工作更为简便化。
根据本发明,这目的是这样达到的,即采用分布在周边上锚定在周边凹槽槽底上的螺栓,这些螺栓最好是径向向内伸入周边凹槽内并且将导向叶片分成集合体和位于外壳分隔平面处的终端集合体。
本发明的优点特别在于螺栓的位置可以精确地得知,而且集合体的制造公差各个的和可以足够正确地确定。此外,螺栓将间隙均匀地分布在外壳的周边上。各个集合体的间隙可以很容易地调整。当集合体装在外壳内时,进一步的加工就不再需要,因而大大地降低了人力消耗。
如果位于外壳分隔平面处的终端集合体能预先在工厂内制成并且加工至所需的尺寸则将是特别合适的。
下面将结合附图对本发明一个实施例的轴向贯流压缩机予以说明。附图中:
图1是穿过一个压缩机外壳的示意横截面图;
图2是图1中细节部分II的放大图;
图3是在图1细节部分II区域内一排导向叶片的部分展开图。
图中只显示对理解本发明具有关键性的元件。装备中未经显示的有,例如,转子及其导流叶片。
参看图1,压缩机外壳21包括一个下外壳半体21a和一个上外壳半体21b,并带有一个轴向分隔平面20。根据图2,由叶片2和叶片根部3构成的导向叶片1被***在外壳21内的圆周周边凹槽10内。在导向叶片之间各设有***件4。***件4可以区分成不带凹口的***件4a和带有凹口11的***件4b。这些凹口11用于接纳螺栓8。通过锚固在外壳21内的肓孔5中的这些螺栓8,导向叶片和***件被分成集合体A1—A7。集合体A2—A5根据***件4和导向叶片1的数量而言是完全相同的。根据***件4的装置和安排,则集合体A2和A4及集合体A3和A5是完全相同的。
根据图3,毗邻分隔平面20的终端集合体A6和A7被设计成带有分开的***件6和7。为了使这分开的***件6和7紧固在周边凹槽10内,它们被用螺钉12和销钉(未显示)与毗连的导向叶片1和***件4b相连接。终端集合体A6和A7先在工厂内照此加工,因此在现场装配时就不再需要进一步的加工。在终端集合体A7的情况中,导向叶片1的叶片根部3a也需要改变。终端集合体A6和A7由锚固螺钉9的钉头将其固定在外壳21上。
为了将导向叶片1装在外壳21内,外壳将沿着分隔平面20通过未显示的凸缘予以打开。上外壳半体21b将朝着轴向的方向旋转一百八十度停靠在下外壳半体21a旁边。在外壳21旋转对称的情况下,集合体A1—A7的装入对两个外壳半体21a和21b来说都是相同的。因此,在下文中只对下外壳半体21a予以描述。首先,集合体A1的导向叶片1和***件4按照图1中的位置被***到周边凹槽10内。在两侧各有一个螺栓8压入到预先钻好的肓孔5中。然后,在集合体A1的两侧,各有一个带有凹口11的***件4b被***到周边凹槽10内,以及***属于集合体A2和A3的导向叶片1和***件4。于是又有各一个螺栓8锚定在位,然后集合体A4和A5***到周边凹槽内。然后又有各一个螺栓8锚定在外壳21a内。终端集合体A6和A7将作为一个统一体***并用锚固螺钉9固定在下外壳半体21a内。终端集合体A6和A7是以负公差制成的,因而它们并不突出于分隔平面20外。
可以有更多的图中未显示的导向叶片组都以这同样的方式装入,虽然其中导向叶片的数量可能有所不同。在所有导向叶片1和***件4都装入之后,未显示的转子连同导向叶片将装在下外壳半体21a内。上外壳半体21b将重新转回至其原来的位置并与下外壳半体21a相连。
当然本发明并不是仅限于所显示和描述的实施例。导向叶片也可以装入而不带***体,在这种情况下,用以接纳螺栓的凹口就必须设置在相应增大尺寸的叶片根部上。螺栓的数目和由此导向叶片集合体的数目都可以根据所要求有的间隙分布和以制造公差为基础而设定。螺栓的造型是随意的。集合体相互之间也可以有不同数目的导向叶片。很自然地外壳也可能分成更多的部分,从而使终端集合体的数目增多。终端集合体的连接除了通过螺钉和销钉外也可以用其它方法实现。

Claims (5)

1.一种带有轴向分开的外壳(21)的压缩机,外壳包括多个外壳半体(21a,21b),其中的导向叶片(1)以其根部(3)固定在周边凹槽(10)内,而且其中,采用分布在周边上锚定在周边凹槽(10)槽底上的螺栓(8),这些螺栓最好是径向向内伸入周边凹槽(10)内并且将导向叶片(1)分成集合体(A1-A5)和位于外壳(21)的分隔平面(20)处的终端集合体(A6,A7)。
2.如权利要求1中所述的压缩机,其特征在于靠近螺栓(8)的导向叶片根部(3)上设有凹口(11)用以接纳螺栓(8)。
3.如权利要求1中所述的压缩机,其特征在于在周边凹槽(10)内导向叶片根部(3)之间设置有***件(4),其中靠近螺栓(8)处的***件(4)设有凹口(11)以备接纳螺栓(8)。
4.如权利要求3中所述的压缩机,其特征在于终端集合体(A6,A7)包括至少一个导向叶片(1)和一个分开的***件(6,7),导向叶片和分开的***件(6,7)用紧固装置(12)连接在一起。
5.如权利要求1中所述的压缩机,其特征在于终端集合体(A6,A7)由锚固螺钉(9)紧固在外壳(21)上。
