技术领域
本发明涉及电动汽车的驱动传动***,具体涉及一种汽车用双驱动源与双排行星轮系多模式耦合驱动***。
背景技术
目前电动汽车的驱动***通常由一台电机和1挡或2挡变速器组成,为了满足车辆在不同工况下的行驶性能要求,对电机的转矩、功率容量要求较高,而大容量电机在轻载工况下效率较低,与其最高效率相差20%~30%。
申请号为201310633682.5的中国专利公开了一种电动汽车双电机耦合驱动***,由两台驱动电机、三个离合器、一个锁止器、一排行星齿轮机构、一组齿轮传动机构组成。通过控制离合器和锁止器的工作状态能够实现两个电机分别单独驱动模式、转速耦合驱动模式、转矩耦合驱动模式。该方案缺点是执行元件多,需要同时控制三个离合器和一个锁止器,对控制***的要求较高;且由于主驱动电机通过一组齿轮传动连接到行星齿轮的齿圈上,造成***径向尺寸较大。
申请号为201410584883.5的中国专利公开了一种双电机双行星排动力耦合驱动结构,主要由两台驱动电机、两排行星齿轮机构、三个制动器、两个减速器组成。汽车低速时通过两个电机转矩耦合或单个电机通过两级行星减速,输出大扭矩;汽车高速时两个电机能够通过转速耦合,输出高转速。该方案缺点在于执行元件多;两台电机平行布置,结构不够紧凑。
综上,现有的技术方案中,为了驱动***能够实现单电机驱动、转速耦合和转矩耦合三种驱动模式,至少需要控制三个执行元件(离合器或者制动器);并且在转速耦合模式下,两个电机通常分别连接到行星齿轮的太阳轮和齿圈,为了降低对电机性能的要求,连接到齿圈的电机需要先经过一级减速再连接到齿圈上,导致***体积不够紧凑。
发明内容
为解决上述背景技术中存在的问题,本发明提出一种汽车用双驱动源与双排行星轮系多模式耦合驱动***,具有结构紧凑、控制简单的特点,具有多种工作模式,根据路况的变化来选择工作模式,使两台电机始终工作在高效区间,提高驱动***的效率,延长电动汽车的续驶里程。
本发明实现上述功能的技术方案是:一种汽车用双驱动源与双排行星轮系多模式耦合驱动***,其特殊之处在于:

所述第一排行星齿轮机构包括第一行星架3、第一行星轮6和第一太阳轮13。所述第二排行星齿轮机构包括第二行星架7、第二行星轮8和第二太阳轮11,第一排行星齿轮机构与第二排行星齿轮机构共用齿圈4,第一太阳轮14和第二太阳轮11通过超越离合器12连接。主驱动电机1驱动第一太阳轮14运动,辅驱动电机10驱动第二太阳轮11运动;所述主驱动电机1、辅驱动电机10的动力输出轴与第二太阳轮11、第一太阳轮14的轴心同轴。
第一制动器5用于对齿圈4进行制动,第二制动器9用于对第二行星架8进行制动;第一排行星齿轮机构的第一行星架3是动力的输出端。还包括差速器15,所述第一行星架3将动力通过第一传动齿轮2和第二传动齿轮13传递到差速器15上。
由于超越离合器12的工作特性,只有当第二排行星齿轮机构的第二太阳轮11和第一排行星齿轮机构的第一太阳轮14的转向和转速相同时,超越离合器12才能将辅驱动电机9的动力传递到第一太阳轮14,否则均处于相对滑动状态,利用超越离合器的这个特性,能够实现自动离合功能,因此***中只有两个需要控制的执行元件,即第一制动器5和第二制动器9,通过控制这两个制动器,能够使***工作在单电机驱动模式、双电机转矩耦合工作模式,双电机转速耦合工作模式。
以实施例1为例,对单电机驱动、双电机转速耦合驱动、双电机转矩耦合驱动三种工作模式进行说明。
1)单电机驱动模式
当第一制动器5接合,即齿圈4被制动时,***处于单电机驱动模式,此时由主驱动电机1单独驱动车辆,主驱动电机1驱动第一太阳轮14,再传递到第一排行星齿轮机构的第一行星架3,再通过一级齿轮减速机构将动力传递到差速器15。动力传递路径如图2所示。
2)双电机转矩耦合模式
当第一制动器5接合,第二制动器9断开时,***工作在双电机转矩耦合模式,此时通过控制主驱动电机1和辅驱动电机10的转向和转速相同,两个电机的输出转矩叠加到第一太阳轮14上,然后通过第一排行星齿轮机构的第一行星架3输出动力。此工作模式能够直接由单电机驱动模式切换而来,当***处于单电机驱动模式,且第二制动器9断开时,启动辅驱动电机10,调节辅驱动电机10的转速使它的转向转速与主驱动电机1相同,此时超越离合器接合,***进入转矩耦合模式。动力传递路径如图3所示。
3)双电机转速耦合模式
当第一制动器5断开,第二制动器9接合时,***处于双电机转速耦合模式,此时主驱动电机1驱动第一太阳轮14,由于第二排行星齿轮机构的第二行星架7被制动,辅驱动电机能够通过第二太阳轮11来驱动齿圈4,动力通过第一排行星齿轮机构的第一行星架3输出。此时第一行星架3的转速是主驱动电机1和辅驱动电机10转速的线性函数。并且由于行星齿轮机构的运动关系,此时主驱动电机1和辅驱动电机10的转向相反,因此超越离合器12处于断开状态。动力传递路径如图4所示。
以上三种不同工作模式及零部件的工作状态如表1所示。

实施例2
一种汽车用双驱动源与双排行星轮系多模式耦合驱动***,包括主内燃机、辅内燃机、第一排行星齿轮机构、第二排行星齿轮机构、第一制动器5,第二制动器9、超越离合器12。
所述第一排行星齿轮机构包括第一行星架3、行星轮6和第一太阳轮14。所述第二排行星齿轮机构包括第二行星架7,第二太阳轮11,第一排行星齿轮机构与第二排行星齿轮机构共用齿圈4,第一太阳轮14和第二太阳轮11通过超越离合器12连接。主内燃机驱动第一太阳轮14运动,辅内燃机驱动第二太阳轮11运动;所述主驱动电机1、辅驱动电机10的动力输出轴与第二太阳轮11、第一太阳轮14的轴心同轴。
第一制动器5用于对齿圈4进行制动,第二制动器9用于对第二行星架7进行制动;第一排行星齿轮机构的第一行星架3是动力的输出端。还包括差速器15,所述第一行星架3将动力通过第一传动齿轮2和第二传动齿轮12传递到差速器15上。
本实施例可实现与实施例1相同的功能,此处不再赘述。
实施例3
一种汽车,包括上述实施例1或实施例2的汽车用双驱动源与双排行星轮系多模式耦合驱动***。
该汽车由于包括了上述实施例1或实施例2的汽车用双驱动源与双排行星轮系多模式耦合驱动***,因此,也具备其具有的功能,此处不再赘述。
本发明只需要两个执行元件,就能实现单电机驱动、转速耦合驱动、转矩耦合驱动三种工作模式,控制简单;并且两个电机和行星齿轮机构同轴布置,结构紧凑。

1.一种汽车用双驱动源与双排行星轮系多模式耦合驱动***,其特征在于:
包括主驱动源、辅驱动源、第一排行星齿轮机构、第二排行星齿轮机构、第一制动器(5)、第二制动器(9)、超越离合器(12);
所述第一排行星齿轮机构包括第一行星架(3)、第一行星轮(6)和第一太阳轮(14),
所述第二排行星齿轮机构包括第二行星架(8),第二行星轮(7),第二太阳轮(11),第一排行星齿轮机构与第二排行星齿轮机构共用齿圈(4),第一太阳轮(14)和第二太阳轮(11)通过超越离合器(12)连接;
主驱动源驱动第一太阳轮(14)运动,辅驱动源驱动第二太阳轮(11)运动;
第一制动器(5)用于对齿圈(4)进行制动,第二制动器(9)用于对第二行星架(8)进行制动;
第一排行星齿轮机构的第一行星架(3)是动力的输出端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车用双驱动源与双排行星轮系多模式耦合驱动***,其特征在于:
还包括差速器(15),所述第一行星架(3)将动力通过第一传动齿轮(2)和第二传动齿轮(13)传递到差速器(15)上。
