judging whether the server side is matched with an order indicated by the order information according to the order information and the server side information, wherein the order information comprises the indicated order, user demand information, a reservation period and a position of a user, and the server side information also comprises the position of a service person, the server side order information and commute route information; and if the server side is matched with the order indicated by the order information, determining the order indicated by the order information to be a target order.
Optionally, the processing unit 11 is specifically configured to, when determining, according to the order information and the server information, whether the server matches the order indicated by the order information:

The embodiment of the invention also provides an automatic order receiving device which comprises a memory and a processor. The memory stores a computer program that can be run on the processor, and when the processor executes the computer program, the automatic order receiving method shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2 is implemented.
The automatic order receiving device may perform the system or the method provided in the foregoing embodiments, and for the parts of this embodiment that are not described in detail, reference may be made to the description related to the foregoing embodiments, which are not repeated herein.
In one possible design, the automatic order receiving method shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2 may be implemented by an electronic device. As shown in fig. 5, the electronic device may include: a processor 21, and a memory 22. Wherein the memory 22 has stored thereon executable code which, when executed by the processor 21, at least causes the processor 21 to implement the automatic order taking method as provided in the previous embodiments. The electronic device may further include a communication interface 23 for communicating with other devices or a communication network.
In addition, embodiments of the present invention provide a non-transitory machine-readable storage medium having executable code stored thereon, which when executed by a processor of a wireless router, causes the processor to perform the automatic order taking method provided in the foregoing embodiments.
The systems, methods and apparatus of embodiments of the present invention may be implemented as pure software (e.g., a software program written in Java), as pure hardware (e.g., a special purpose ASIC chip or FPGA chip), or as a system that combines software and hardware (e.g., a firmware system with fixed code or a system with general purpose memory and a processor), as desired.
Another aspect of the invention is a computer readable medium having stored thereon computer readable instructions which, when executed, may implement the methods of the embodiments of the invention.

Claims (9)

1. An automatic order receiving method is characterized by being applied to a service platform and comprising the following steps:
Responding to order information of a user side and server side information, determining a target order matched with the server side, and comprising the following steps: the order information comprises an indicated order, user demand information, reservation time periods and positions of users, and the server information comprises a working mode of a server, positions of service personnel, server order information and commute route information; judging whether the service personnel type of the service side is matched with the user demand information according to the order information and the service side information, if yes, judging whether the reservation period of the order indicated by the order information is in the idle period of the service personnel indicated by the order information of the service side according to the order information of the service side and the order information, if yes, judging whether the distance between the position of the user and the position of the service personnel is smaller than a first threshold value, judging whether the commute duration between each order is smaller than a second threshold value according to the commute route information and the position of the user so as to avoid the overlength of the commute time between the upper order and the lower order, if yes, determining that the order indicated by the order information of the service side is matched with the order indicated by the order information, and if yes, taking the order indicated by the order information as a target order matched with the service side; the server reports server information to the server at regular time to update the server information of the server, or the server requests the server after receiving the order information of the user;
judging whether the working mode of the server is in an automatic order receiving mode or not;
If the working mode of the server side is determined to be an automatic order receiving mode, order allocation information corresponding to the target order is generated, wherein the order allocation information comprises: extracting order identification, user demand information, reservation period and user position from the order information of the target order, generating order introduction based on the user demand information, reservation period and user position, sending the order identification and the order introduction to the server as order distribution information, analyzing the order identification and the order introduction by the server, updating the server information by using the order identification and the order introduction, pushing the order introduction to a display interface by the server, displaying the order introduction to a service person or clicking related options by the service person as page content, and triggering display;
Responding to the order receiving confirmation information automatically fed back by the server side, and determining that the server side order receiving is successful; or after the order allocation information is sent to the server, if the order receiving confirmation information fed back automatically by the server is not received within the preset monitoring time, determining that the server fails to trigger the automatic order receiving process, and marking the server as an abnormal server.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after determining that the service termination ticket is successful, further comprising:
And updating the service side order information and the commute route information in the service side information according to the order receiving confirmation information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after determining that the service termination ticket is successful, further comprising:
judging whether the idle period of the service personnel accords with preset conditions or not according to the service side order information and the preset working time length in the service side information;
And if the idle period of the service personnel does not meet the preset condition, switching the working mode of the service end from an automatic order receiving mode to a manual order receiving mode.
4. The automatic order receiving method is characterized by being applied to a server, wherein the server is a client positioned at a service personnel side; the method comprises the following steps:
The server side reports the server side information to the server side at regular time to update the server side information of the server side, or the server side requests the server side for the server side information after receiving the order information of the user side and the server side sends the server side information to the server side;
The server side information is used for the service platform to determine a target order matched with the server side by combining order information of a user side, and the method comprises the following steps: the order information comprises an indicated order, user demand information, reservation time periods and positions of users, and the server information comprises a working mode of a server, positions of service personnel, server order information and commute route information; judging whether the service personnel type of the service side is consistent with the user demand information according to the order information and the service side information, if so, judging whether the reservation period of the order indicated by the order information is in the idle period of the service personnel indicated by the order information of the service side, if so, judging whether the distance between the position of the user and the position of the service personnel is smaller than a first threshold value, and judging whether the commute time length between each order is smaller than a second threshold value based on the commute route information and the position of the user so as to avoid overlong commute time between the upper order and the lower order, if so, determining that the service side is matched with the order indicated by the order information, and if so, determining the order indicated by the order information as a target order matched with the service side;
The user terminal is a client terminal positioned at the user side, the server terminal information comprises a working mode of the server terminal, and the working mode of the server terminal is an automatic order receiving mode; receiving order allocation information sent by the service platform, analyzing order identification and order introduction, updating service side information by using the order identification and the order introduction, and pushing the order introduction to a display interface to be displayed for service personnel or triggering the display after clicking relevant options by the service personnel with the order introduction as page contents;
the order allocation information of the service platform indicates that the target order is allocated to the service end;
The service platform extracts an order mark, user demand information, a reservation period and a position of a user from the order information of the target order, generates order introduction based on the user demand information, the reservation period and the position of the user, and takes the order mark and the order introduction as order distribution information;

and responding to the control instruction of the service platform, pushing a reminding message in the display interface, wherein the reminding message is used for prompting the cut-in automatic order receiving mode.
8. An electronic device, comprising: a memory, a processor; wherein the memory has stored thereon executable code which, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the automatic order taking method of any of claims 1 to 3.

A computer readable medium, characterized in that at least one instruction, at least one program, code set or instruction set is stored, said at least one instruction, at least one program, code set or instruction set being loaded and executed by a processor to implement the automatic order taking method according to any of claims 1 to 3.
