Optionally, in 203, the order taking confirmation information is generated based on the order distribution information, and may be implemented as: and extracting target order information from the order distribution information and generating order receiving confirmation information corresponding to the target order information.
Optionally, the service end responds to a switching instruction of the service platform, and switches the working mode of the service end from the automatic order receiving mode to the manual order receiving mode. Similar to the switching method introduced above, the similarities are referred to above and are not described herein.
Optionally, displaying the working mode of the server in a display interface of the server; and responding to a control instruction of the service platform, pushing a reminding message in the display interface, wherein the reminding message is used for prompting the switching-in automatic order receiving mode. Therefore, the method is beneficial to timely switching to the working mode with higher order receiving success rate so as to improve the order receiving success rate.
In the automatic order receiving method provided by the embodiment, the server can timely confirm the target order through the automatic order receiving mode and automatically feed back order receiving confirmation information to complete order receiving operation, so that the order receiving process is greatly simplified, and the order receiving rate of service personnel and the order processing efficiency are improved.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of an automatic order receiving device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the automatic order receiving device includes a processing unit 11 and a transceiving unit 12, wherein
The processing unit 11 is used for judging whether the server is in an automatic order receiving mode; if the working mode of the server is judged to be the automatic order receiving mode, the target order is distributed to the server to generate order distribution information corresponding to the target order;
the receiving and sending unit 12 is configured to determine a target order matched with a server in response to order information and server information of a user, where the user is a client located at a user side, the server is a client located at a service staff side, and the server information includes a working mode in which the server is located; sending order distribution information corresponding to the target order to a server; and responding to order receiving confirmation information automatically fed back by the server, and determining that the order receiving of the server is successful.
Optionally, when the processing unit 11 determines the target order matched with the server, it is specifically configured to:
judging whether the server is matched with the order indicated by the order information or not according to the order information and the server information, wherein the order information comprises the indicated order, user demand information, an appointment time period and a user position, and the server information further comprises a service staff position, server order information and commuting route information; and if the server side is matched with the order indicated by the order information, determining the target order from the order indicated by the order information.
Optionally, when determining, according to the order information and the server information, whether the server matches the order indicated by the order information, the processing unit 11 is specifically configured to:
judging whether the type of the service personnel is consistent with the user requirement information or not; if the type of the service personnel is matched with the user demand information, judging whether the reservation time period of the order indicated by the order information is in the idle time period of the service personnel or not according to the order information of the service terminal and the order information; if the reserved time interval is in the idle time interval of the service personnel, judging whether the distance between the position of the user and the position of the service personnel is smaller than a first threshold value; judging whether the commuting time between each order is smaller than a second threshold value or not according to the commuting route information and the position of the user; and if the distance between the position of the user and the position of the service staff is smaller than a first threshold value and the commuting time between the orders is smaller than a second threshold value, judging that the service end is matched with the order indicated by the order information.
Optionally, after determining that the terminating service order is successful, the processing unit 11 is further configured to:
and updating the server order information and the commuting route information in the server information according to the order receiving confirmation information.
Optionally, after determining that the terminating service order is successful, the processing unit 11 is further configured to:
judging whether the idle time period of the service personnel meets the preset condition or not according to the service end order information in the service end information and the preset working time length; and if the idle time period of the service personnel does not meet the preset condition, switching the working mode of the service end from the automatic order receiving mode to the manual order receiving mode.
In the automatic order receiving device provided by the embodiment, the matched target orders are distributed to the server in the automatic order receiving mode, and the order receiving operation is completed based on the order receiving confirmation information automatically fed back by the server, so that the order receiving process is greatly simplified, and the order receiving rate of service personnel and the order processing efficiency are improved.
Fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of another automatic order receiving device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the automatic order receiving device includes a processing unit 11 and a transceiving unit 12, wherein

and the processing unit 11 is configured to generate order taking confirmation information based on the order distribution information, where the order taking confirmation information is used to indicate that the order taking of the service terminal is successful.
Optionally, when the processing unit 11 generates the order taking confirmation information based on the order distribution information, it is specifically configured to: and extracting target order information from the order distribution information and generating order receiving confirmation information corresponding to the target order information.
Optionally, the apparatus further includes a switching unit, where the switching unit is specifically configured to: and responding to a switching instruction of the service platform, and switching the working mode of the service end from the automatic order receiving mode to the manual order receiving mode.
Optionally, the apparatus further includes a display unit, and the display unit is specifically configured to: displaying the working mode of the server in a display interface of the server; and responding to a control instruction of the service platform, pushing a reminding message in the display interface, wherein the reminding message is used for prompting the switching-in automatic order receiving mode. Therefore, the method is beneficial to timely switching to the working mode with higher order receiving success rate so as to improve the order receiving success rate.
In the automatic order receiving device provided by the embodiment, the server can timely confirm the target order through the automatic order receiving mode, and automatically feed back order receiving confirmation information to complete order receiving operation, so that the order receiving process is greatly simplified, and the order receiving rate of service personnel and the order processing efficiency are improved.
The embodiment of the invention also provides an automatic order receiving device which comprises a memory and a processor. The memory stores a computer program that can run on the processor, and the processor executes the computer program to implement the automatic order receiving method shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2.
The automatic order receiving device may execute the systems or methods provided in the foregoing embodiments, and details of the embodiments may refer to related descriptions of the foregoing embodiments, which are not described herein again.
In one possible design, the automatic order receiving method shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2 may be implemented by an electronic device. As shown in fig. 5, the electronic device may include: a processor 21 and a memory 22. Wherein the memory 22 has stored thereon executable code which, when executed by the processor 21, at least makes the processor 21 capable of implementing the automatic order taking method as provided in the previous embodiments. The electronic device may further include a communication interface 23 for communicating with other devices or a communication network.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention provides a non-transitory machine-readable storage medium, which stores executable code thereon, and when the executable code is executed by a processor of a wireless router, the processor is caused to execute the automatic order taking method provided in the foregoing embodiments.
The system, method and apparatus of the embodiments of the present invention can be implemented as pure software (e.g., a software program written in Java), as pure hardware (e.g., a dedicated ASIC chip or FPGA chip), or as a system combining software and hardware (e.g., a firmware system storing fixed code or a system with a general-purpose memory and a processor), as desired.
Another aspect of the invention is a computer-readable medium having computer-readable instructions stored thereon that, when executed, perform a method of embodiments of the invention.
While various embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the above description is intended to be illustrative, not exhaustive, and not limited to the disclosed embodiments. Many modifications and variations will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art without departing from the scope and spirit of the described embodiments. The scope of the claimed subject matter is limited only by the attached claims.

Claims (11)

1. An automatic order receiving method is applied to a service platform and comprises the following steps:
responding to order information of a user side and server side information, and determining a target order matched with the server side, wherein the user side is a client side located at a user side, the server side is a client side located at a service staff side, and the server side information comprises a working mode of the server side;
judging whether the server is in an automatic order receiving mode or not;
if the working mode of the server is judged to be the automatic order receiving mode, generating order distribution information corresponding to the target order and sending the order distribution information to the server;
and responding to the order receiving confirmation information fed back automatically by the server, and determining that the order receiving of the server is successful.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the target order matching the server comprises:
judging whether the server is matched with the order indicated by the order information or not according to the order information and the server information, wherein the order information comprises the indicated order, user demand information, an appointment time period and a user position, and the server information further comprises a service staff position, server order information and commuting route information;
and if the server side is matched with the order indicated by the order information, determining the order indicated by the order information into the target order.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the determining whether the server matches the order indicated by the order information according to the order information and the server information comprises:
judging whether the type of the service personnel is consistent with the user requirement information or not;
if the type of the service personnel is matched with the user demand information, judging whether the reservation time period of the order indicated by the order information is in the idle time period of the service personnel according to the order information of the service end and the order information;
if the reserved time interval is in the idle time interval of the service personnel, judging whether the distance between the position of the user and the position of the service personnel is smaller than a first threshold value; and are
Judging whether the commuting time between each order is smaller than a second threshold value or not according to the commuting route information and the position of the user;
and if the distance between the position of the user and the position of the service staff is smaller than a first threshold value and the commuting time between the orders is smaller than a second threshold value, judging that the service end is matched with the order indicated by the order information.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after determining that the service termination order is successful, further comprising:
and updating the server order information and the commuting route information in the server information according to the order receiving confirmation information.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein after determining that the service termination order is successful, further comprising:
judging whether the idle time period of the service personnel meets the preset condition or not according to the server order information in the server information and the preset working time length;
and if the idle time period of the service personnel does not meet the preset condition, switching the working mode of the service end from the automatic order receiving mode to the manual order receiving mode.
6. An automatic order receiving method is characterized by being applied to a server side, wherein the server side is a client side located on a service staff side; the method comprises the following steps:
sending server information to a service platform, wherein the server information is used for the service platform to determine a target order matched with a server by combining order information of a user side, the user side is a client side located at a user side, the server information comprises a working mode of the server, and the working mode of the server is an automatic order receiving mode;
receiving order distribution information sent by the service platform, wherein the order distribution information is used for indicating that the target order is distributed to the service end;
and generating order receiving confirmation information based on the order distribution information, and automatically feeding back the order receiving confirmation information to the service platform, wherein the order receiving confirmation information is used for indicating that the order receiving of the service terminal is successful.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein generating order taking confirmation information based on the order allocation information comprises:
and extracting target order information from the order distribution information and generating order receiving confirmation information corresponding to the target order information.
8. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
and responding to a switching instruction of the service platform, and switching the working mode of the service end from an automatic order receiving mode to a manual order receiving mode.
9. The method of claim 8, further comprising:
displaying the working mode of the server in a display interface of the server;
and responding to a control instruction of the service platform, pushing a reminding message in the display interface, wherein the reminding message is used for prompting the switching-in automatic order receiving mode.
10. An electronic device, comprising: a memory, a processor; wherein the memory has stored thereon executable code which, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the method of automated order taking as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5.
11. A computer readable medium having stored thereon at least one instruction, at least one program, set of codes, or set of instructions, which is loaded and executed by a processor to implement the method of automated order taking according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
