Abstract

The invention provides an external prestress loading device of a positioning beam template system, which comprises: prestress connecting device and prestress adjusting device. The device is characterized in that the bottoms of two ends of a beam template (a beam template supports a steel beam) are connected by utilizing a prestress connecting device, the distance between the prestress connecting device and the bottom of the beam template is adjusted by a prestress adjusting device, and the external prestress loading of the bearing type beam template device is realized by the design of an external prestress loading device. The invention can improve the bearing capacity of the bearing type beam template device, increase the span of the bearing type beam template device, reduce the support of the bearing type beam template system and further simplify the work under the same cross section level.

Technical Field

Background
Currently, a cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure is a structural form widely applied in the field of buildings. The reinforced concrete structure can be divided into four projects, namely a reinforced concrete project, a template project and a supporting project, and the four projects are jointly made to complete the forming, positioning, connecting and stressing of the reinforced concrete member.
In the prior cast-in-place reinforced concrete engineering, template engineering and supporting engineering mainly adopt turnover templates and rod type supports, the turnover templates need to be turned over along with the pouring of reinforced concrete on site, the manual workload on site is large, the process is complex, the rod type supports are mainly supported by rod type scaffolds, the installation and the removal are difficult, the turnover is not generally carried out, and the construction conditions are greatly limited.
The bearing type beam formwork system is a metal beam formwork device suitable for a cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure, and comprises independent beam corner formworks, beam bottom formworks, beam side formworks and beam prestress supporting devices. The bearing type modular metal beam template device can quickly and accurately position the beam template device through combined positioning between the templates, and can directly carry out concrete pouring after the beam template device is assembled by combining the prestress loading device.
The prestress loading device is used for improving the bearing capacity of the bearing type beam template, compressive stress is constructed on the bearing type beam template in advance before construction, and the compressive stress pre-applied in the construction process can completely offset tensile stress caused by load so as to improve the bearing capacity of the bearing type beam template in the concrete pouring process.
The bearing type beam template can be repeatedly assembled and disassembled in the pouring of the reinforced concrete structure, and the position of the bearing type beam template can be continuously changed according to engineering requirements. The current external prestressing technology has the defect of poor turnover capacity, so that the prestressing technology is less applied to template engineering.

Wherein, the other end of the first section of connecting device 25 and the other end of the second section of connecting device are connected to the two ends of the beam formwork respectively, and the connection adjusting device 23 can shorten or prolong the distance between one end of the first section of connecting device 25 and one end of the second section of connecting device.
In one implementation, the connection adjusting device 23 can be connected to one end of the first segment connecting device 25 and one end of the second segment connecting device by a screw thread mode.
The above-described structure enables the connection adjustment device 23 and the two-stage connection device to be adjusted according to the size of the load-bearing beam formwork device 1 or the loading device 2 provided with the prestressed connection device 22 and the required stress thereof. The prestress loading device provided by the invention can be arranged on different loading points according to specific requirements, for example, the prestress loading points are arranged at stress weak positions of the beam formwork device 1. Therefore, the external prestress loading can be realized by fixing the prestress anchoring end through the structure and supporting the corresponding connecting adjusting device 23 and the prestress adjusting device 21 at the bottom of the loading device 2 through the manual loading of the prestress adjusting device 21.
In a specific implementation manner, the prestressed anchoring devices are respectively arranged at the two end parts of the prestressed connecting device 22, and the prestressed anchoring devices are respectively fixed at the top of the adjustable steel supporting device 3 arranged below the loading device 2. The pre-stressed connecting device 22 can be made of steel bar materials. Particularly, the prestress loading device can adopt prestress steel bars, the prestress steel bars have certain bearing capacity and rigidity, and the prestress loading device can have certain rigidity by adopting the prestress steel bars, so that the prestress loading device is convenient to mount and dismount.
In the process of removing the formwork and transferring the beam formwork device 1, the prestress loading device can firstly operate the prestress adjusting device 21 in a manual mode to remove prestress loading, then sequentially dismantle the prestress loading device, the prestress anchoring end and the adjustable steel supporting device 3, realize the dismounting of the whole loading device, and transfer the loading device to other positions for recycling.
