Description

Thick-wall glass product low-temperature spray paint and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of glass paint, in particular to thick-wall glass product low-temperature spray paint and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Along with the development of economy, people have higher and higher requirements on the appearance of glass products, and glass paint is produced at the same time. At present, the spraying process of glass products generally adopts water-based paint or solvent-based paint, the water-based paint uses water as a dispersing medium to replace a solvent in the traditional meaning of the solvent-based paint, the content of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) is greatly reduced, and a cosolvent with low toxicity can be selected, so that the spraying process has the advantages of environmental friendliness, health and safety compared with the common solvent-based paint.
Two types of aqueous coating materials are generally used, namely aqueous alkyd resin coating materials and aqueous acrylic resin coating materials. In the synthesis process of the water-based alkyd resin, an additional surfactant is required to be added for emulsifying the resin, so that the instability of mixed components is increased due to the existence of the emulsifier in a final system, and the basic performances of a formed coating film, such as water resistance, dryness and the like, are not ideal. The synthetic process of the water-based acrylic resin is simple and convenient, so the water-based acrylic resin is a kind of resin which is often selected in the current water-based paint.
The existing water-based glass paint needs to be baked at 180 ℃ after being sprayed, and because thick-wall glass products are not uniformly heated, the products are easy to crack in the high-temperature baking process. Meanwhile, the low-temperature glass paint sold in the market at present generally has the problems of poor adhesion, poor water resistance and alcohol resistance, easy paint dropping and color fading and the like, and the quality of the product is seriously influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to:
(1) the thick-wall glass product low-temperature spraying paint can be sprayed at low temperature and has a good spraying effect;
(2) the preparation method of the thick-wall glass product low-temperature spray paint is provided, and the prepared spray paint has the advantages of the thick-wall glass product low-temperature spray paint.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the low-temperature spraying paint for thick-wall glass products comprises the following components in parts by weight:
20-40 parts of high-hydroxyl acrylic resin, 40-60 parts of isocyanate curing agent, 30-50 parts of polyurethane, 4-6 parts of epoxy resin, 10-20 parts of alcohol ester, 3-7 parts of hydroxyethyl methacrylate, 0.6 part of benzoic acid, 3 parts of silane coupling agent, 10 parts of quick-drying assistant and 0.3 part of flatting agent.
The acrylic resin has the characteristics of low cost and environmental protection, and the water-based acrylic resin has good chemical properties, good appearance performance, less environmental pollution and less hazardous solvents. However, the water resistance and the weather resistance are poor, so that the industrial application is limited, the water-based acrylic resin is modified, the problem that the water resistance and the weather resistance of the water-based acrylic resin are poor is solved, and the composite paint with more excellent performances is prepared.
When the acrylic resin with high hydroxyl value and the curing agent are subjected to crosslinking reaction, the number of crosslinking sites is large, the resin and the curing agent can form a good compatible system more easily, the formed coating is more compact, and the performance of the coating is also improved.
The high-hydroxyl acrylic resin is mixed with an isocyanate curing agent, hydroxyl is tightly crosslinked with isocyanate, the performance of the paint is changed due to the change of the polymer molecular chain structure of the high-hydroxyl acrylic resin, and the adhesive force, the alcohol resistance and the toughness are enhanced. When the isocyanate curing agent is mixed with the high-hydroxyl acrylic resin, a film can be formed at normal temperature, the reaction temperature is low, the operation is simple, the film is easy to form, the roasting is not needed, and the coating is suitable for spraying thick-wall glass products.
The polyurethane is used for modifying acrylic resin, amino is introduced, the formed composite coating has good mechanical property and alcohol resistance, and the adhesive force is greatly improved. The isocyanate curing agent is added after the polyurethane is used for modifying the high-hydroxyl acrylic resin, so that the adhesive force, the alcohol resistance and other properties of the mixed paint are obviously improved, and the effect better than that of independently adding the polyurethane or the isocyanate can be achieved.
The invention also uses the epoxy resin to modify the acrylic resin, which not only can improve the adhesive force of the coating, but also can greatly improve various resistances of the resin. After the epoxy resin is added, the alcohol resistance of the coating film is greatly improved, but the alcohol resistance of the coating film is also reduced and the coating film becomes brittle when the dosage of the epoxy resin is too large. Therefore, the limitation of the amount of the epoxy resin is also important.
The hydroxyl functional group in hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) has good synergistic effect with acrylic acid. The addition of HEMA enhances the hydrophilicity, chemical resistance and weather resistance of the acrylic resin.
The use of benzoic acid can reduce the oil content, improve the water resistance of the coating film, and shorten the surface drying time, but the excessive amount increases the brittleness of the coating film, and the impact resistance is poor.
According to the invention, the proper weight ratio range of the components is selected, so that the components are matched for use, the components are ensured to play a synergistic effect under a certain proportion, a better effect than that of a single functional component is obtained, and the integral property of the mixed paint is improved.
Further, the paint comprises the following components in parts by weight:
30 parts of high-hydroxyl acrylic resin, 50 parts of isocyanate curing agent, 40 parts of polyurethane, 5 parts of epoxy resin, 15 parts of alcohol ester, 5 parts of hydroxyethyl methacrylate, 0.6 part of benzoic acid, 3 parts of silane coupling agent, 10 parts of quick-drying assistant and 0.3 part of flatting agent.
The structural composition of the molecular chain of the high-hydroxyl acrylic resin and the proportion of each functional component have great influence on the performance of the composite paint, and the proper proportion can ensure that the mixed paint has the best performance in all aspects.
Further, the epoxy resin is E-20.
E-20 has good flexibility, easy dissolution and low film brittleness, so E-20 epoxy resin is selected.
Further, the silane coupling agent is KH550, KH560 or KH 570.
The coupling agents KH550, KH560 and KH570 can obviously improve the water resistance of the coating, and the KH550 and KH560 have good effect of improving the alcohol resistance of the coating, and the silane coupling agent KH560 is preferably selected.
Further, the quick-drying auxiliary agent is ethylene glycol monopropyl ether, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether or propylene glycol monopropyl ether.
The quick-drying auxiliary agent can accelerate the film forming speed, so that the mixed paint can form a film at a lower temperature, and high-temperature baking is not needed, thereby causing uneven heating and cracking of thick-wall glass.
Further, the silane coupling agent is one or a mixture of more of gamma- (2, 3-epoxypropane) propyl trimethoxy silane, gamma- (2, 3-epoxypropane) propyl triethoxy silane, gamma-aminopropyl trimethoxy silane and gamma-aminopropyl triethoxy silane.
Preferably, gamma- (2, 3-epoxypropane) propyl trimethoxy silane and gamma-aminopropyl trimethoxy silane are mixed as the silane coupling agent.
Further, the isocyanate is one or a mixture of hexamethylene diisocyanate and isophorone diisocyanate.
The isocyanate curing agent mainly comprises two major systems of Hexamethylene Diisocyanate (HDI) and isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI). The two systems are hydrophilic systems with higher polarity, can be directly mixed with high hydroxyl value acrylic resin, and can form a composite coating with a cross-linked structure under the condition of normal-temperature stirring.
The preparation method of the thick-wall glass product low-temperature spray paint comprises the steps of feeding the components of the thick-wall glass product low-temperature spray paint in proportion, mixing uniformly, packaging and discharging.
The low-temperature spray paint can be prepared by adding the components according to the formula in corresponding amount and stirring, and the preparation method is simple. It is noted that the isocyanate curing agent is added last so as not to interfere with the combination of the other components.
The technical scheme of the invention at least has the following advantages and beneficial effects:
(1) the thick-walled glass product prepared by the invention is sprayed with ink at low temperature, and has good water resistance and alcohol resistance, strong adhesive force and good performances;
(2) the thick-walled glass product prepared by the invention is coated with the ink at low temperature, does not need to be baked at high temperature of 180 ℃ like the traditional water-based acrylic resin, can be formed into a film after being baked at low temperature of 70 ℃, and is suitable for being sprayed on thick-walled glass products such as wine bottles;
(3) the preparation method of the thick-wall glass product low-temperature ink spraying ink provided by the invention has a simple preparation process.
