In some embodiments, the two second adjusting members 414 are rotatably connected to two ends of the second positioning plate 412 through third rotating shafts, respectively, a third driving motor is disposed at two ends of the second positioning plate 412, the two third driving motors are respectively connected to the two third rotating shafts, and the second adjusting members 414 are respectively driven to rotate by controlling forward rotation and reverse rotation of the third driving motors, so that the rotating structure of the second adjusting members 414 is simpler.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the negative pressure member 213 includes a blower 2131, and a plurality of negative pressure holes 2111 are spaced on a side of the avoiding groove 211 facing the first box plate 31, and the plurality of negative pressure holes 2111 are respectively communicated with an air inlet of the blower 2131. It can be understood that, by making the air inlet of the blower 2131 communicate with the plurality of negative pressure holes 2111, when the blower 2131 operates, the plurality of negative pressure holes 2111 generate suction, so that the connection box board 321 is absorbed in the avoiding groove 211, thereby positioning the connection box board 321.

Claims (10)

1. The full-automatic box pasting machine is characterized by comprising a hot pressing mechanism, wherein the hot pressing mechanism comprises a box body;
a housing having an operating space therein;
the supporting component is arranged in the operation space and comprises a first supporting plate and a second supporting plate which are oppositely arranged, an avoiding groove which is arranged towards a box body is formed in the first supporting plate, the box body is arranged around the first supporting plate and the second supporting plate, the box body is provided with a first box plate, a second box plate and a third box plate, one side of the second box plate is rotatably connected to the third box plate, the other side of the second box plate is rotatably connected with a connecting box plate, at least one part of the first box plate is oppositely arranged with the connecting box plate to define a matching part, and connecting glue is coated on one side, facing the connecting box plate, of the matching part;
the positioning assembly comprises a first positioning part, a second positioning part and a third positioning part which are movably arranged, the first positioning part moves to push the third box plate to move towards the second supporting plate, the second positioning part moves to push the first box plate to move towards the first supporting plate, and the third positioning part moves to push one end, close to the first box plate, of the second box plate to move towards the first supporting plate;
the first supporting plate is internally provided with a heating element for heating the inner wall surface of the avoiding groove, the avoiding groove faces the side surface of the first box plate and is provided with a negative pressing element, and the negative pressing element is used for adsorbing the connecting box plate in the avoiding groove.
2. The full-automatic box pasting machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the box body is provided with a fourth box plate, one end of the fourth box plate is rotatably connected to the first box plate, and the other end of the fourth box plate is rotatably connected to the third box plate;
the first supporting plate comprises a first vertical plate and a second vertical plate which are arranged at intervals along the width direction of the first box plate, and the first vertical plate is provided with a first side surface supported on the first box plate and a second side surface supported on the fourth box plate;

The full-automatic box pasting machine according to claim 2, wherein the second positioning element comprises a second driving cylinder and a first positioning plate, the second driving cylinder is arranged on the casing, the first positioning plate is connected to a push rod of the second driving cylinder, two second positioning blocks are arranged on one side of the first positioning plate facing the first supporting plate at intervals, and the two second positioning blocks are arranged opposite to the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
6. The full-automatic box pasting machine of claim 5, wherein a first adjusting member is rotatably connected to the first positioning plate on one side of the fourth box plate, and the first adjusting member rotates to push the fourth box plate to move towards the second side surface.

The full-automatic box pasting machine of claim 2, wherein the second supporting plate comprises a third vertical plate and a fourth vertical plate spaced apart along a width direction of the third box plate, the third vertical plate having a fifth side supported on the third box plate and a sixth side supported on the fourth box plate, the fourth vertical plate having a seventh side supported on the third box plate and an eighth side supported on the second box plate.

The full-automatic box pasting machine according to claim 7, wherein the first positioning member comprises a third driving cylinder and a second positioning plate, the third driving cylinder is disposed on the housing, the second positioning plate is connected to a push rod of the third driving cylinder, two third positioning blocks are disposed on one side of the second positioning plate facing the second supporting plate at intervals, and the two third positioning blocks are disposed opposite to the third vertical plate and the fourth vertical plate in a one-to-one correspondence manner.

The automatic box pasting machine of claim 8, wherein a second adjusting member is rotatably connected to each of two sides of the second positioning plate, and the two second adjusting members rotate to respectively push the fourth box plate to move towards the sixth side and the second box plate to move towards the eighth side.

The full-automatic box pasting machine according to claim 1, wherein the negative pressure part comprises a blower, and a plurality of negative pressure holes are formed in the side surface of the avoiding groove facing the first box plate at intervals and are respectively communicated with an air inlet of the blower.
