背景技术
足弓是人类脚的重要结构。有了足弓,使足富有弹性。即可吸收地面对脚的冲击力量,又可锁定中足关节,使脚变得坚硬,更好地推动人体活动。扁平足(平足)指的是正常足弓的缺失,或称为足弓塌陷。值得注意的是,平足不等于平足症,也不是所有的平足都需要治疗。如果平足者合并有疼痛等症状时,就被称为平足症,才可能需要治疗。平足可以是先天的,也可以是后天获得的。儿童的足弓常常在4~6岁形成,大部分儿童及青少年平足是先天性的。成人平足可以是儿童平足的延续,也可能是其他原因继发引起,导致足弓塌陷造成的。有症状的成年人继发性扁平足称为成人获得性平足症。引起继发性足弓塌陷的原因有很多如关节退变、创伤、糖尿病、类风湿关节炎、神经性病变、肿瘤、胫后肌腱功能不全等。因此需要人们对于扁平足要有足够的重视。
而人们长期在行走过程中,都要穿着鞋子,鞋子里安装有鞋垫,传统的鞋垫只起垫脚的作用,功能单一,有待进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种成长期扁平足矫治鞋的制备工艺。

一种成长期扁平足矫治鞋的制备工艺,所述矫治鞋包括鞋底、鞋面和鞋垫,鞋垫包括从上到下依次设置的无纺布、粘胶和鞋垫本体;

鞋底包括从上到下依次设置的上底与下底和设置在上底与下底之间的减震机构,减震机构包括上下相对设置的上安装块与下安装块、设置在上安装块与下安装块之间的减震弹簧、设置在上安装块上与下安装块相对的第一磁铁和设置在下安装块上与第一磁铁相对的第二磁铁,第一磁铁与第二磁铁为同性磁铁;
所述鞋垫本体由以下重量份的原料组成:乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物20-25份、负离子粉12-15份、改性共聚物25-35份、氰基丙烯酸酯2.5-3.5份、抗氧化剂1-2份、连二亚硫酸钠0.05-0.12份、滑石粉0.5-0.8份、硬脂酸0.5-0.8 份;
改性共聚物由玉米淀粉、乙烯丙烯酸、醋酸乙酯按质量比1:2:5聚合而成;
其制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,根据尺寸要求裁剪面料,缝制成型鞋面;
步骤二,通过注塑成型上底及下底,将减震机构的下安装块粘合在下底上,再将上底与下底及减震机构的上安装块粘合,干燥得鞋底;
步骤三,先成型鞋垫本体,然后根据鞋垫尺寸裁剪无纺布,再将裁剪后的无纺布通过粘胶粘合在鞋垫本体上,干燥形成所述鞋垫;
步骤四,对鞋底进行刷胶,将制得的鞋面与鞋底的刷胶处,粘合干燥;
步骤五,将步骤三制得的鞋垫装入鞋面内,并进行成鞋装饰与包装。
优选的,所述粘胶由以下重量份的原料组成:甲基丙烯酸丁酯50-60份、乙二醇2-6份、己二酸二辛脂8-15份、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛5-8份、滑石粉8-12 份、蛤粉3-5份、纳米瓷粉1-2份、对苯二酚5-10份、酚醛树脂1-4份、二甲基甲酰胺5-8份。

通过限定鞋垫本体的具体组成,以乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、改性共聚物为主成分,配合氰基丙烯酸酯、连二亚硫酸钠、滑石粉、硬脂酸、抗氧化剂、负离子粉配合,使鞋垫本体具有高弹的性能,减缓脚落地时受到的冲击力,有效保护扁平足;同时通过加入负离子粉,能够使鞋垫持续高效释放负离子,缓解人体脚部疲劳及吸收鞋内异味等多重功效;
通过在鞋垫本体上表面粘贴无纺布,以减少穿着过程中损坏鞋垫本体,保证鞋垫本体的使用寿命,通过限定粘胶的具体组成,以保证无纺布可以稳定粘附在鞋垫本体上,粘胶以甲基丙烯酸丁酯为主原料,配合乙二醇、己二酸二辛脂、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛、滑石粉、蛤粉、纳米瓷粉、对苯二酚、酚醛树脂、二甲基甲酰胺等辅助原料,使制得的粘胶性能稳定,粘性强;其中滑石粉与蛤粉、纳米瓷粉配合,作为填充剂,起骨架作用,与对苯二酚、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛配合,以提高粘胶的粘性,保证鞋垫的使用寿命。

实施例3
鞋垫本体33由以下重量份的原料组成:乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物22份、负离子粉13份、改性共聚物30份、氰基丙烯酸酯3份、抗氧化剂1.5份、连二亚硫酸钠0.08份、滑石粉0.65份、硬脂酸0.7份,进一步的,改性共聚物由玉米淀粉、乙烯丙烯酸、醋酸乙酯按质量比1:2:5聚合而成;抗氧化剂由抗氧化剂BHT和抗氧化剂2246按质量比1:2的比例组成;通过限定抗氧化剂的组成,以提高鞋垫本体的性能,延长鞋垫本体的使用寿命。
粘胶32由以下重量份的原料组成:甲基丙烯酸丁酯55份、乙二醇4份、己二酸二辛脂12份、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛6份、滑石粉10份、蛤粉4份、纳米瓷粉1.5份、对苯二酚8份、酚醛树脂3份、二甲基甲酰胺6份,通过限定粘胶 32的具体组成,以保证无纺布31可以稳定粘附在鞋垫本体33上。

Claims (6)

1.一种成长期扁平足矫治鞋的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述矫治鞋包括鞋底、鞋面和鞋垫,鞋垫包括从上到下依次设置的无纺布、粘胶和鞋垫本体;
鞋垫本体的上表面向上凸出有用于与脚的的足弓区相匹配的足弓托;
鞋底包括从上到下依次设置的上底与下底和设置在上底与下底之间的减震机构,减震机构包括上下相对设置的上安装块与下安装块、设置在上安装块与下安装块之间的减震弹簧、设置在上安装块上与下安装块相对的第一磁铁和设置在下安装块上与第一磁铁相对的第二磁铁,第一磁铁与第二磁铁为同性磁铁;
所述鞋垫本体由以下重量份的原料组成:乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物20-25份、负离子粉12-15份、改性共聚物25-35份、氰基丙烯酸酯2.5-3.5份、抗氧化剂1-2份、连二亚硫酸钠0.05-0.12份、滑石粉0.5-0.8份、硬脂酸0.5-0.8份;
改性共聚物由玉米淀粉、乙烯丙烯酸、醋酸乙酯按质量比1:2:5聚合而成;
其制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,根据尺寸要求裁剪面料,缝制成型鞋面;
步骤二,通过注塑成型上底及下底,将减震机构的下安装块粘合在下底上,再将上底与下底及减震机构的上安装块粘合,干燥得鞋底;
步骤三,先成型鞋垫本体,然后根据鞋垫尺寸裁剪无纺布,再将裁剪后的无纺布通过粘胶粘合在鞋垫本体上,干燥形成所述鞋垫;
步骤四,对鞋底进行刷胶,将制得的鞋面与鞋底的刷胶处,粘合干燥;
步骤五,将步骤三制得的鞋垫装入鞋面内,并进行成鞋装饰与包装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种成长期扁平足矫治鞋的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述粘胶由以下重量份的原料组成:甲基丙烯酸丁酯50-60份、乙二醇2-6份、己二酸二辛脂8-15份、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛5-8份、滑石粉8-12份、蛤粉3-5份、纳米瓷粉1-2份、对苯二酚5-10份、酚醛树脂1-4份、二甲基甲酰胺5-8份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种成长期扁平足矫治鞋的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述上底的底面设置有用于安装上安装块的上安装槽,所述下底的顶面设置有与上安装槽相对用于安装下安装块的下安装槽。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种成长期扁平足矫治鞋的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述上安装块与下安装块的相对面形成有供减震弹簧嵌入的上嵌入槽,所述下安装块与上安装块的相对面形成有供减震弹簧嵌入的下嵌入槽,所述第一磁铁设置在上嵌入槽中,所述第二磁铁设置在下嵌入槽中。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种成长期扁平足矫治鞋的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述下底的顶面设置有用于安装上底的定位槽,所述下安装槽设置在定位槽中。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种成长期扁平足矫治鞋的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述抗氧化剂由抗氧化剂BHT和抗氧化剂2246按质量比1:2的比例组成。
