Abstract

本发明提供如下构造的接触件和具备该接触件的连接器:使压入部可靠地压入至壳体,而且抑制对方接触件的***所导致的影响传递至压接部。接触件(10)具有基部(20)、压接部(30)、悬垂部(40)以及接触部(50)。悬垂部(40)在压接部(30)的上端处向下折回并向下方延伸。而且,该悬垂部(40)具有压入至壳体的压入部(41)。该压入部(41)在比压接槽(31)更靠下方的位置,设于悬垂部(40)的左右两侧。在设有该压入部(41)的部位,未形成压接缝隙(31),经受压入时的强的反力而被可靠地压入。

接触件和连接器
技术领域
本发明涉及接触件和具备该接触件的连接器,该接触件具有压接电线的压接部。
背景技术
一直以来,已知具备接触件的连接器,该接触件具有压接部。例如,在专利文献1中公开了接触件,该接触件在基部的上方具有压接部,在基部的下方具有与对方接触件接触的接触部。在压接部,压接槽形成于左右的中央。该压接槽将被覆电线纳入而将其被覆切断,与其芯线接触。接触部将所***的阳型的对方接触件纳入至与基部之间,与对方接触件接触。该接触件在压接部的左右两侧具有压入至壳体的压入部。在将该接触件装入至壳体时,压入部被压入至壳体,该接触件被固定于壳体。

发明内容
发明要解决的课题
近年的小型化、轻质化的要求也涉及具备上述类型的接触件的连接器。因此,接触件也推行小型化、薄壁化,变得易于挠曲。
在此,在上文揭示的专利文献1的构造的接触件的情况下,在将接触件压入至壳体时,压入部从壳体受到反力,缩小压接槽的宽度的方向的力作用于压接部。因此,如果由于小型化、薄壁化的影响而接触件变得易于挠曲,则有可能压入部未被牢固地压入至壳体,不能发挥本来的效果。
另外,在将对方接触件纳入至接触部与基部之间时,接触部弹性变形。在此,在上文揭示的专利文献1的构造的接触件的情况下,压入部位于压接部的左右的位置。因此,由于对方接触件的***而接触部弹性变形的影响有可能涉及到压接部。如果由于小型化、薄壁化的影响而接触件变得易于挠曲,则有可能对压接部造成的影响大,压接部处的与芯线的接触压力变动。
本发明的目的在于,提供如下构造的接触件和具备该接触件的连接器:在将接触件装入至壳体时,使压入部可靠地压入至壳体,而且抑制对方接触件的***所导致的影响传递至压接部。
用于解决课题的方案
达成上述目的的本发明的接触件,其特征在于具有:基部;压接部,其从基部向上方延伸,形成有压接电线的压接槽;悬垂部,其在压接部的上端处向下折回并向下方延伸,在比压接槽更靠下方具有压入至壳体的压入部;以及接触部,其从悬垂部的下端延伸,在与基部之间纳入所***的阳型的对方接触件,与对方接触件接触。
在本发明的接触件的情况下,压入部形成于比压接槽更靠下方,即不存在压接槽的位置。因此,即使反力作用于压入部,也能够经受该反力而使压入部可靠地压入至壳体。
另外,在本发明的接触件的情况下,压入部设于压接部与接触部的中间。因此,对方接触件的***所导致的接触部的变形的影响在压入部的位置处被截断,可抑制该影响涉及到压接部。
在此,在本发明的接触件中,优选的是,压接部分别具有在基部的、对方接触件的***方向的前端部和后端部中的各个设置的第一压接部和第二压接部,悬垂部在第一压接部的上端处向下折回并向下方延伸。
如果具有第一压接部和第二压接部,则压接部和芯线以更高的可靠性电导通。
另外,达成上述目的的本发明的连接器,其特征在于具备壳体和本发明的任一个方式的接触件,压入部被压入至壳体。
依据本发明的连接器,实现可靠性高的连接器。
发明的效果
依据以上的本发明,实现如下的接触件和连接器:接触件被壳体稳定地支撑,而且即使对方接触件被***,也稳定地动作。

具体实施方式
以下,对本发明的实施方式进行说明。
图1是作为本发明的一个实施方式的接触件的立体图。
该接触件10通过一块金属平板的冲裁加工和弯曲加工而形成。该接触件10具有基部20、压接部30、悬垂部40以及接触部50。
基部20具有平板形状,水平地扩展。
另外,压接部30从基部20向上方延伸。而且,在该压接部30,形成有压接被覆电线90(参照图5)的压接缝隙31。如果将被覆电线90装配于该压接部30,则在压接缝隙31的两侧的边缘处,被覆电线90的被覆被切断,其内侧的芯线与该接触件10电导通。该压接部分别具有第一压接部30A和第二压接部30B,其设于箭头S所示的对方接触件81(参照图5)的***方向的、基部20的前端部和后端部中的各个。通过将被覆电线90压接于第一压接部30A和第二压接部30B这两处,从而使芯线与接触件10之间的导通的可靠性提高。
另外,悬垂部40在压接部30的上端(具体地,在箭头S所示的***方向的前端部设置的第一压接部30A的上端)处向下折回并向下方延伸。而且,该悬垂部40具有压入至壳体的压入部41。该压入部41在比压接槽31更靠下方的位置,设于悬垂部40的左右两侧。在设有该压入部41的部位,未形成压接缝隙31,在左右的压入部41之间,不存在如压接缝隙31那样的空间。因此,即使施加使左右的压入部41彼此互相接近的方向(箭头F所示的方向)的力,左右的压入部41彼此的距离也被维持。与此相对的是,假设箭头F’所示的方向的力施加至形成有压接缝隙31的压接部30,则压接缝隙31向内侧挠曲,压接部30的左右的边缘32彼此的距离接近。在前文揭示的专利文献1的接触件的情况下,在与压接缝隙31并排的、箭头F’所示的位置,形成有压入部。因此,有可能压接缝隙31向内侧挠曲,压入部沿与壳体的壁分离的方向移动,未进行充分的压入、进而接触件的保持。与此相对的是,在该实施方式的情况下,在左右的压入部41之间,不存在如压接缝隙31那样的空间,即使压入部41从壳体60的壁61受到强的反力,也能够经受该反力,进行充分的压入。
另外,接触部50从悬垂部40的下端以悬臂梁形状延伸。而且,该接触部50将所***的阳型的对方接触件81纳入至与基部20之间,与对方接触件81接触且电导通。
图2是作为本发明的一个实施方式的连接器的立体图。
另外,图3是在图2中示出立体图的连接器的俯视图。
而且,图4是沿着图3所示的箭头A-A的放大截面图(A)、和沿着图3所示的箭头B-B的放大截面图(B)。
该图2所示的连接器100具备壳体60和装配于该壳体60的多个(在该图2所示的示例的情况下,13个)接触件10。图2所示的箭头S,其方向与图1所示的箭头S一致。即,在壳体60,以图1的箭头S与图2的箭头S的方向一致的方式装配有多个接触件10。
如图4(A)所示,如果将各接触件10装配于壳体60内,则压入部41以陷入的方式被压入至壳体60的壁61。由此,各接触件10被固定于壳体60内的各既定位置。
另外,在该壳体60,在与各接触件10对应的位置,形成有对方接触件81(参照图5)所***的***开口62。如图4(B)所示,该***开口62形成于与接触件10的基部20和接触部50之间的对方接触件81的纳入口51相连通的位置。而且,在该壳体60,形成有与各接触件10对应的容纳槽63。关于被覆电线90,其端部被接触件10的压接部30压接,与被压接的端部相连的部分容纳于壳体60的容纳槽63。但是,在图2至图4中未示出被覆电线90。
图5是示出本实施方式的连接器的沿着图3所示的箭头B-B的截面的立体图。在该图5中,还示出被覆电线90。但是,在此示出的被覆电线90未区分被覆和芯线,而作为一体的部件示出。另外,在图5(B)、(C)中,还示出在对应的部位处截面的对方连接器80的立体图。
如图5(A)所示,关于被覆电线90,其端部被接触件10的压接部30压接,与被压接的端部相连的部分容纳于壳体60的容纳槽63。
在图5(B)中,示出嵌合于该连接器100的方向和姿势的、嵌合之前的对方连接器80。
另外,在图5(C)中,示出嵌合于该连接器100的状态的对方连接器80。
对方连接器80具备与该连接器100的接触件10相同数量的阳型的对方接触件81。如果将对方连接器80嵌合于该连接器100,则各对方接触件81被从各***开口62***至连接器100内。然后,该***的对方接触件81被该连接器100的接触件10的接触部50和基部20夹持,与接触件10电导通。在对方接触件81的***时,接触部50弹性地挠曲。但是,该接触部50挠曲的影响在悬垂部40的形成有压入部41的部分被抑制,能够无视对压接部30造成的影响。因此,维持了压接部30与被覆电线90的芯线的稳定导通。
此外,在此对具备13个接触件10的连接器100进行了说明,但接触件10的数量也可以是一个以上的若干个。

Claims (3)

1.一种接触件,其特征在于,具有:
基部;
压接部,其从所述基部向上方延伸,形成有压接电线的压接槽;
悬垂部,其在所述压接部的上端处向下折回并向下方延伸,在比所述压接槽更靠下方具有压入至壳体的压入部;以及
接触部,其从所述悬垂部的下端延伸,在与所述基部之间纳入所***的阳型的对方接触件,与该对方接触件接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的接触件,其特征在于,
所述压接部分别具有在所述基部的、所述对方接触件的***方向的前端部和后端部中的各个设置的第一压接部和第二压接部,
所述悬垂部在所述第一压接部的上端处向下折回并向下方延伸。
3.一种连接器,其特征在于,具备壳体和根据权利要求1或2所述的接触件,所述压入部被压入至该壳体。
