Forming paste: coating the mesh cloth on the outer surface of the whole gypsum board, mixing and uniformly stirring No. 425 white cement and water to obtain paste, uniformly stirring and uniformly mixing the mixture III and the paste according to the weight ratio of 4:1, and then coating the mixture on the mesh cloth to obtain the gypsum board coating.

Forming paste: coating the mesh cloth on the outer surface of the whole gypsum board, mixing and uniformly stirring No. 425 white cement and water to obtain paste, uniformly stirring and uniformly mixing the mixture III and the paste according to the weight ratio of 4:1, and then coating the mixture on the mesh cloth to obtain the gypsum board coating.
Test example 1
Six gypsum boards produced in the same batch were taken, the gypsum board coatings produced in examples 1 to 5 were uniformly applied to five gypsum boards, and the gypsum boards without coating were designated as comparative examples, and the six gypsum boards were completely immersed in water at the same time, and after 60 minutes, the six gypsum boards were taken out and observed for the presence or absence of skinning, wherein 5 minutes showed almost no skinning and 0 minutes showed severe skinning, and then the six gypsum boards were cut open and observed for the interior thereof, wherein 5 minutes showed almost no and 0 minutes showed severe skinning, and the results were as shown in table 1.

As shown by the results in Table 1, the gypsum boards coated with the gypsum board coatings of examples 1-5 exhibited significantly better skinning and moisture pick-up than the comparative examples, and it can be concluded that the gypsum board coatings produced in examples 1-5 exhibited significant water and moisture resistance.
Test example 2
Six gypsum boards produced in the same batch were taken, the gypsum board coatings produced in examples 1 to 5 were uniformly applied to five gypsum boards, and the uncoated gypsum boards were designated as comparative examples, and the six gypsum boards were simultaneously placed thereon with weights of 10kg, 20kg, 30kg, 40kg and 50kg in this order, and the weighing of the six gypsum boards was observed, and the results are shown in Table 2.

As shown by the results in Table 2, the gypsum boards coated with the gypsum board coatings of examples 1-5 are significantly better in load bearing than the comparative examples, and examples 1-5 are significantly better in weighing than examples 1-3 than examples 4 and 5, so it can be concluded that the gypsum board coatings produced by examples 1-5 significantly increase the compressive strength of the gypsum board.
Test example 3
Six gypsum plasterboards produced in the same batch were taken, the gypsum board coatings produced in examples 1 to 5 were uniformly applied to five gypsum plasterboards, and the gypsum plasterboard without the coating was designated as comparative example 1, and a commercially available waterproof gypsum board was taken and designated as comparative example 2, and the water absorption of the seven gypsum plasterboards was measured according to the ASTM standard in the united states, and the results are shown in table 3.

As shown in the results of Table 3, the gypsum boards painted with the gypsum board coatings obtained in examples 1 to 5 have water absorption rates substantially lower than those of ordinary gypsum boards, and the difference between the water absorption rate of the painted gypsum boards and that of ordinary water-absorbent gypsum boards is small, so it can be concluded that the gypsum board coatings obtained in examples 1 to 5 have excellent waterproof effects.
In summary, the embodiments of the present invention provide a gypsum board coating, a preparation method and an application thereof, and have the following advantages and beneficial effects:
the embodiment of the application provides a gypsum board coating, the gypsum board coating is composed of elastic emulsion, glass beads, a silane coupling agent, calcium powder, titanium dioxide, white cement, a wetting dispersant, cellulose, a defoaming agent and water, the gypsum board can be isolated from outside air, water molecules in the air are prevented from entering the gypsum board, and therefore the gypsum board is prevented from peeling, yellowing, cracking and pulverization, the gypsum board can be reinforced, the durability and the pressure resistance of the gypsum board are improved, in addition, the gypsum board coating is directly coated on the outer surface of the gypsum board when in use, and the gypsum board coating is suitable for various gypsum boards, is simple and convenient to use and wide in application range. And when in actual use, the setting rate of the gypsum board can be slowed down after the preservative is added, and the gypsum board is suitable for long-term storage and standby. Through combining 500 mesh coarse whiting powder and 300 mesh coarse whiting powder to use in proportion, can also promote the granular sensation and the whiteness degree of gypsum board coating when both guaranteeing gypsum board coating hardness, make the area of combining of putty and gypsum board bigger, more be difficult to drop, acrylic acid emulsion also can increase the adsorption strength of coating and putty simultaneously, prevents that putty from droing.
The embodiment of the application further provides a preparation method of the gypsum board coating, the preparation method is simple and easy to implement through stirring and uniformly mixing different raw materials, the operation difficulty of operators is greatly reduced, the preparation efficiency of the gypsum board coating is improved, and the preparation of the gypsum board coating is enabled to be rapid and efficient. The mixture III is combined with the paste body according to the weight ratio of 4:1, so that the mixture III is uniformly and fully distributed in the paste body, the prepared gypsum board coating has excellent waterproof, moistureproof, tensile and compressive effects and other beneficial effects in every place after the gypsum board coating is coated on the surface of a gypsum board, and the situation that the waterproof, moistureproof, tensile and compressive effects are weak in a certain place due to uneven distribution of the gypsum board coating is avoided. And each stirring adopts different stirring speeds and stirring time according to different physical properties and chemical properties of the added raw materials, so that the raw materials can be uniformly mixed according to different physical properties of different raw materials, and the raw materials are treated in a targeted manner.

The gypsum board coating of claim 1, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 50 parts of elastic emulsion, 10 parts of glass beads, 0.75 part of silane coupling agent, 35 parts of calcium powder, 5 parts of titanium dioxide, 10 parts of white cement, 1.2 parts of wetting dispersant, 0.3 part of cellulose, 1.3 parts of defoaming agent and 5 parts of water.
3. The gypsum board coating of claim 2, wherein the calcium powder comprises 500 mesh heavy calcium powder and 300 mesh heavy calcium powder, and the weight ratio of the 500 mesh heavy calcium powder to the 300 mesh heavy calcium powder is 4: 3.
4. The gypsum board coating of claim 3, further comprising a scrim.
5. Use of a gypsum board coating according to any one of claims 1 to 4 for the production of water-and moisture-resistant, pressure-resistant and/or durable gypsum boards.
6. A method of making a gypsum board coating according to any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising the steps of:
mixing raw materials: mixing cellulose and water, standing to obtain a first mixture, mixing the elastic emulsion, the glass beads, the wetting dispersant and the silane coupling agent, stirring for the first time, adding calcium powder and titanium dioxide, stirring for the second time to obtain a second mixture, mixing the first mixture and the second mixture uniformly, stirring for the third time, and adding a defoaming agent to obtain a third mixture;
forming paste: coating the mesh cloth on the surface of the gypsum board, mixing and uniformly stirring the white cement and the water to obtain paste, stirring and uniformly mixing the mixture III and the paste according to the weight ratio, and brushing the mixture III on the surface of the mesh cloth to obtain the gypsum board coating.
7. The gypsum board coating of claim 6, wherein said raw material mixing step further comprises adding a preservative, said adding a preservative comprising the step of adding a preservative to said mixture three and stirring four times.
8. The gypsum board coating of claim 7, wherein the weight ratio of mixture three to the paste is 4: 1.
9. The gypsum board coating of claim 8, wherein the second stirring comprises stirring at 500rpm for 8-12min at 300-.
10. The gypsum board coating according to claim 9, wherein the rotation speed of the first stirring is 800-1200rpm, the time of the first stirring is 8-12min, the rotation speed of the third stirring is 300-500rpm, the time of the third stirring is 8-12min, the rotation speed of the fourth stirring is 500-700rpm, and the time of the fourth stirring is 18-22 min.
