本发明公开了一种润滑防腐耐极压涂料,包括石墨烯、PTFE细粉体、改性树脂、碳化硅、改性纳米二氧化硅、填充剂、玻璃纤维、丁苯橡胶、滑石粉和助剂,按照质量份数配比各成分重量份数如下:石墨烯10‑15份、PTFE细粉体3‑5份、改性树脂20‑25份、碳化硅1‑2份、改性纳米二氧化硅1‑2份、填充剂10‑15份、玻璃纤维1‑2份、丁苯橡胶30‑45份、滑石粉2‑3份和固化剂3‑5份和助剂1‑2份。本发明提供的一种润滑防腐耐极压涂料改变管道的表面抗压结构,致密的保护涂层能够大大的提高管道表面的耐压和耐磨能力,同时润滑防腐效果优良,尤其适用于石油运输管道。

技术领域
本发明涉及石油管道防腐耐压涂料技术领域,具体来说,涉及一种润滑防腐耐极压涂料。
背景技术
随着我国石油开采的推进,对于石油管道的耐腐蚀、挤压和耐磨性能有了更高的要求,因此提供一种润滑防腐耐极压涂料提高石油管道的使用寿命具有重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种润滑防腐耐极压涂料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种润滑防腐耐极压涂料,包括石墨烯、PTFE细粉体、改性树脂、碳化硅、改性纳米二氧化硅、填充剂、玻璃纤维、丁苯橡胶、滑石粉和助剂,按照质量份数配比各成分重量份数如下:石墨烯10-15份、PTFE细粉体3-5份、改性树脂20-25份、碳化硅1-2份、改性纳米二氧化硅1-2份、填充剂10-15份、玻璃纤维1-2份、丁苯橡胶30-45份、滑石粉2-3份和固化剂3-5份和助剂1-2份。
进一步的,所述改性树脂包括酚醛树脂和环氧树脂,所述酚醛树脂和环氧树脂的质量份数之比为1:3。
进一步的,所述助剂为流平剂、消泡剂和偶联剂的混合物,所述流平剂为聚醚改性有机硅BYK301流平剂,所述消泡剂为二甲基硅油,所述偶联剂为KH-560,质量比为1:1:1。
进一步的,所述固化剂为胺类固化剂。
一种润滑防腐耐极压涂料的制备方法,其具体步骤如下:按照质量份数称取各原料,将石墨烯、PTFE细粉体、改性树脂、碳化硅、改性纳米二氧化硅、玻璃纤维、丁苯橡胶、滑石粉混合均匀,然后将所得物料进行挤出造粒,加工温度为180~200摄氏度,获得颗粒料,然后进行冷冻磨粉获得原料A;
将流平剂、消泡剂和偶联剂充分混合得到原料B;
将原料A和原料B充分混合,然后加入固化剂充分混匀即可得到涂料。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明提供的一种润滑防腐耐极压涂料改变管道的表面抗压结构,致密的保护涂层能够大大的提高管道表面的耐压和耐磨能力,同时润滑防腐效果优良,尤其适用于石油运输管道,大大增加石油管道的使用寿命。

下面,结合具体实施方式,对本发明做出进一步的描述:
根据本发明实施例的一种润滑防腐耐极压涂料,包括石墨烯、PTFE细粉体、改性树脂、碳化硅、改性纳米二氧化硅、填充剂、玻璃纤维、丁苯橡胶、滑石粉和助剂,按照质量份数配比各成分重量份数如下:石墨烯10-15份、PTFE细粉体3-5份、改性树脂20-25份、碳化硅1-2份、改性纳米二氧化硅1-2份、填充剂10-15份、玻璃纤维1-2份、丁苯橡胶30-45份、滑石粉2-3份和固化剂3-5份和助剂1-2份,其中填充剂为高岭土。
具体实施如下:按照质量份数称取石墨烯15份、PTFE细粉体3份、改性树脂20份、碳化硅1份、改性纳米二氧化硅2份、填充剂10份、玻璃纤维1份、丁苯橡胶35份、滑石粉2份和固化剂3份和助剂2份,将石墨烯、PTFE细粉体、改性树脂、碳化硅、改性纳米二氧化硅、玻璃纤维、丁苯橡胶、滑石粉混合均匀,然后将所得物料进行挤出造粒,加工温度为180~200摄氏度,获得颗粒料,然后进行冷冻磨粉获得原料A;
将流平剂、消泡剂和偶联剂充分混合得到原料B;
将原料A和原料B充分混合,然后加入固化剂充分混匀即可得到涂料。

1.一种润滑防腐耐极压涂料,其特征在于,包括石墨烯、PTFE细粉体、改性树脂、碳化硅、改性纳米二氧化硅、填充剂、玻璃纤维、丁苯橡胶、滑石粉和助剂,按照质量份数配比各成分重量份数如下:石墨烯10-15份、PTFE细粉体3-5份、改性树脂20-25份、碳化硅1-2份、改性纳米二氧化硅1-2份、填充剂10-15份、玻璃纤维1-2份、丁苯橡胶30-45份、滑石粉2-3份和固化剂3-5份和助剂1-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种润滑防腐耐极压涂料,其特征在于,所述改性树脂包括酚醛树脂和环氧树脂,所述酚醛树脂和环氧树脂的质量份数之比为1:3。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种润滑防腐耐极压涂料,其特征在于,所述助剂为流平剂、消泡剂和偶联剂的混合物,所述流平剂为聚醚改性有机硅BYK301流平剂,所述消泡剂为二甲基硅油,所述偶联剂为KH-560,质量比为1:1:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种润滑防腐耐极压涂料,其特征在于,所述固化剂为胺类固化剂。
5.一种润滑防腐耐极压涂料的制备方法,其具体步骤如下:按照质量份数称取各原料,将石墨烯、PTFE细粉体、改性树脂、碳化硅、改性纳米二氧化硅、玻璃纤维、丁苯橡胶、滑石粉混合均匀,然后将所得物料进行挤出造粒,加工温度为180~200摄氏度,获得颗粒料,然后进行冷冻磨粉获得原料A;
将流平剂、消泡剂和偶联剂充分混合得到原料B;
将原料A和原料B充分混合,然后加入固化剂充分混匀即可得到涂料。
