针对上述中的相关技术,发明人认为导电纤维的材质大多为金属,在布料中加入导电纤维,布料经过多次的洗涤之后,不可避免地会损坏布料中的导电纤维,造成导线纤维断裂而从布料上脱落,而影响布料防静电性能的缺陷。
发明内容
为了改善导电纤维易从布料上脱落的问题,本申请提供一种防静电纺织布料。
本申请提供一种防静电纺织布料,采用如下的技术方案:
一种防静电纺织布料,包括里层、面层及设置在里层与面层之间的抗静电层,所述抗静电层由包含以下重量份的原料制成:聚酯纤维38-49份、导电纤维0.5-2份、竹炭黏胶纤维2-4份
及聚酰亚胺纤维5-8份。
通过采用上述技术方案,在里层和面层之间设有抗静电层,使布料具有良好的防静电作用;采用聚酯纤维作为抗静电层的基础纤维,由于聚酯纤维具有良好的抗皱性和保形性很好,具有较高的强度与弹性恢复能力,以此使得制备出的布料具有良好的抗皱性和保形性;将导电纤维与聚酯纤维混纺,使得聚酯纤维具有良好的导电性,使得制备出的布料具有抗静电性能;竹炭黏胶纤维具有良好的黏性,从而可提升导电纤维与其他纤维之间黏接的牢固性,布料反复清洗时保证导电纤维粘接的牢固度,从而减少了导电纤维从布料上脱落的问题;此外聚酰亚胺纤维能够增强布料的柔韧性,进而增强了布料的柔韧性,使得布料反复清洗后其变形性好,减少了导电纤维断裂的问题,进而减少了导电纤维断裂而造成脱落的问题。
优选的,所述竹炭黏胶纤维由重量份数之比为1:(4.6-5.8)的纳米竹炭粉和黏胶纤维制备而成。

通过采用上述技术方案,采用加压的方式能够使里层、抗静电层及面层之间的粘接更加牢固,从而提升了布料的质量。
综上所述,本申请具有以下有益效果:
1、本申请中将导电纤维与聚酯纤维混纺,使得聚酯纤维具有良好的导电性,使得制备出的布料具有抗静电性能;竹炭黏胶纤维具有良好的黏性,从而可提升导电纤维与其他纤维之间黏接的牢固性,布料反复清洗时保证导电纤维粘接的牢固度,从而减少了导电纤维从布料上脱落的问题;此外聚酰亚胺纤维能够增强布料的柔韧性,进而增强了布料的柔韧性,使得布料反复清洗后其变形性好,减少了导电纤维断裂的问题,进而减少了导电纤维断裂而造成脱落的问题。
2、本申请中竹炭黏胶纤维采用合适比例的纳米竹炭粉及黏胶纤维制备而成,纳米竹炭粉为多孔性材料,具有很大的比表面积和超强的吸附能力,从而使得制备出的竹炭黏胶纤维具有良好的吸附性能;同时黏胶纤维能够分散在纳米竹炭粉的内部和外部,从而使得竹炭黏胶纤维整体的黏接性好,能够提升抗静电层的各种纤维之间黏接的牢固度,从而减少了导电纤维可能脱落的问题;此外纳米竹炭粉的多孔分子结构,使其本身也具有一定的弱导电性,从而进一步提升了布料的导电性。
3、本申请中由于纳米竹炭粉的颗粒度小,加入至熔融的黏胶纤维内,易发生团聚,难以分散均匀,而聚丙烯酰胺为两性物质,能够吸附在纳米竹炭粉表面,增加了纳米竹炭粉分子间的空间位阻,使得纳米竹炭粉能够均匀分散在熔融的黏胶纤维内,从而提升了竹炭黏胶纤维的质量均一性。

竹炭黏胶纤维的制备例
制备例1
1)、将5.2kg的黏胶纤维加热至熔融状态;
2)、向熔融状态的黏胶纤维中加入占黏胶纤维重量份数0.35%的聚丙烯酰胺,采用超声震动的方式使纳米竹炭粉与混料一混合均匀,得到混合料一;
3)、向混合料一中加入1kg的纳米竹炭粉,并混合均匀,得到混合料二;
4)、将混合料二依次经过纺丝、冷却、切割后,制得竹炭黏胶纤维。
制备例2
1)、将4.6kg的黏胶纤维加热至熔融状态;
2)、向熔融状态的黏胶纤维中加入占黏胶纤维重量份数0.3%的聚丙烯酰胺,采用超声震动的方式使纳米竹炭粉与混料一混合均匀,得到混合料一;
3)、向混合料一中加入1kg的纳米竹炭粉,并混合均匀,得到混合料二;
4)、将混合料二依次经过纺丝、冷却、切割后,制得竹炭黏胶纤维。
制备例3
1)、将5.8kg的黏胶纤维加热至熔融状态;
2)、向熔融状态的黏胶纤维中加入占黏胶纤维重量份数0.4%的聚丙烯酰胺,采用超声震动的方式使纳米竹炭粉与混料一混合均匀,得到混合料一;
3)、向混合料一中加入1kg的纳米竹炭粉,并混合均匀,得到混合料二;
4)、将混合料二依次经过纺丝、冷却、切割后,制得竹炭黏胶纤维。
制备例4
1)、将5.2kg的黏胶纤维加热至熔融状态;

实施例
实施例1
一种防静电纺织布料,包括里层、面层及设置在里层与面层之间的抗静电层,抗静电层由包含以下质量的原料制成:聚酯纤维43.5kg、导电纤维1.25kg、竹炭黏胶纤维3kg及聚酰亚胺纤维6.5kg;里层由羊毛纤维和甲壳素纤维混编而成,其中羊毛纤维占75%,甲壳素纤维占25%;面层由莫代尔纤维、苎麻纤维及棉纤维混编而成,其中莫代尔纤维占20%、苎麻纤维占15%、棉纤维占65%;竹炭黏胶纤维选用制备例1中的竹炭黏胶纤维。
防静电纺织布料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)、将里层和面层均放置在抗静电液中,超声浸渍2.5h,再用清水冲洗25min,冲洗完成后,烘干备用;
2)、将里层、抗静电层及面层,依次叠放整齐,经过加压定型(加压定型的压力为30MPa,加压时间为17.5mim,定型温度为110℃)后,得到防静电纺织布料;
其中,抗静电液由重量份数之比为1:34的甘油与水混配而成。
实施例2
一种防静电纺织布料,包括里层、面层及设置在里层与面层之间的抗静电层,抗静电层由包含以下质量的原料制成:聚酯纤维38kg、导电纤维0.5kg、竹炭黏胶纤维2kg及聚酰亚胺纤维5kg;里层由羊毛纤维和甲壳素纤维混编而成,其中羊毛纤维占75%,甲壳素纤维占25%;面层由莫代尔纤维、苎麻纤维及棉纤维混编而成,其中莫代尔纤维占20%、苎麻纤维占15%、棉纤维占65%;竹炭黏胶纤维选用制备例1中的竹炭黏胶纤维。
防静电纺织布料的制备方法,同实施例1。
实施例3
一种防静电纺织布料,包括里层、面层及设置在里层与面层之间的抗静电层,抗静电层由包含以下质量的原料制成:聚酯纤维49kg、导电纤维2kg、竹炭黏胶纤维24kg及聚酰亚胺纤维8kg;里层由羊毛纤维和甲壳素纤维混编而成,其中羊毛纤维占75%,甲壳素纤维占25%;面层由莫代尔纤维、苎麻纤维及棉纤维混编而成,其中莫代尔纤维占20%、苎麻纤维占15%、棉纤维占65%;竹炭黏胶纤维选用制备例1中的竹炭黏胶纤维。

实施例4
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于:竹炭黏胶纤维选用制备例2中的竹炭黏胶纤维。

本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于:竹炭黏胶纤维选用制备例4中的竹炭黏胶纤维。

本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于:
防静电纺织布料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:

本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于:抗静电液由重量份数之比为1:32的甘油与水混配而成。
实施例10
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于:抗静电液由重量份数之比为1:36的甘油与水混配而成。
对比例1
本对比例与实施例1的不同之处在于:抗静电纺织布料中不包括抗静电层。
对比例2
本对比例与实施例1的不同之处在于:抗静电层的制备原料中不包含竹炭黏胶纤维。
对比例3
本对比例与实施例1的不同之处在于:抗静电层的制备原料中不包含聚酰亚胺纤维。
对比例4
本对比例与实施例1的不同之处在于:抗静电层的制备原料中不包含竹炭黏胶纤维,但是包含3kg的黏胶纤维。
性能检测试验
洗涤:将实施例和对比例制备的防静电面料在相同条件下洗涤,洗涤条件为50cm×50cm的面料浸泡到500mL水中,然后以1000r/min速度转动洗涤10min,洗涤结束后烘干,此为洗涤一次,循环洗涤0次、40次及80次后,进行如下性能的测试;其中测试环境为:温度20℃,相对湿度30%;
表面电阻:参照IEST-RP-CC004.3进行测试,对同一块面料三处不同的地方测量其表面电阻,取三次的平均值,检测结果记录在表1中;
静电压:使用电磁感应式电压测试仪,按照IEST-RP-CC标准进行测试,对同一块面料三处不同的地方测量其静电压,取三次的平均值,检测结果记录在表1中;
摩擦电压:使用电磁感应式电压测试仪,按照IEST-RP-CC标准进行测试,对同一块面料三处不同的地方测量其摩擦电压,取三次的平均值,检测结果记录在表1中。

1.根据实施例1-3的性能检测结果可知:三组试样的各项性能均较优,这说明按照该原料组成及方法,制得的防静电纺织布料的抗静电性能较优,且经过反复洗涤后,仍能保持良好的抗静电性能;
2.根据实施例1与实施例4-5的性能检测结果可知:实施例1、4、5的抗静电性能均较优,这说明:竹炭黏胶纤维采用合适范围的工艺参数制备时,能够得到性能优良的竹炭黏胶纤维,从而使得抗静电纺织布料的各项性能均较优;
3.根据实施例1与实施例6的性能检测结果可知:实施例1的各项性能均优于实施例6的各项性能,这说明:采用超声震动的方式,使得纳米竹炭粉能够均匀分散在混合料一中,进一步提升了纳米竹炭粉分散的均匀度,提升了竹炭黏胶纤维的质量;
4.根据实施例1与实施例7-8的性能检测结果可知:实施例1、7、8的抗静电性能均较优,这说明:防静电纺织布料采用合适范围的工艺参数制备时,可制得性能优良的防静电纺织布料;
5.根据实施例1与实施例9-10的性能检测结果可知:实施例1、9、10的抗静电性能均较优,这说明:抗静电液选用重量之比为1:(32-36)的甘油与水混配而成时,其能够提升里层及面层的抗静电性能,从而提升布料的抗静电性能;
6.根据实施例1与对比例1的性能检测结果可知:实施例1抗静电性能明显优于对比例1,这说明:抗静电层具有良好的抗静电性能,从而使得布料具有良好的防静电作用;
7.根据实施例1与对比例2的性能检测结果可知:实施例1抗静电性能明显优于对比例2,这说明:竹炭黏胶纤维具有良好的黏性,从而可提升导电纤维与其他纤维之间黏接的牢固性,布料反复清洗时保证导电纤维粘接的牢固度,从而减少了导电纤维从布料上脱落的问题,以此提升了布料的抗静电性能;
8.根据实施例1与对比例3的性能检测结果可知:实施例1抗静电性能明显优于对比例3,这说明:聚酰亚胺纤维能够增强布料的柔韧性,进而增强了布料的柔韧性,使得布料反复清洗后其变形性好,减少了导电纤维断裂的问题,进而减少了导电纤维断裂而造成脱落的问题,以此提升了布料的抗静电性能;
9.根据实施例1与对比例4的性能检测结果可知:实施例1抗静电性能明显优于对比例4,这说明:纳米竹炭粉的多孔分子结构,使其本身也具有一定的弱导电性,因此竹炭黏胶纤维的抗静电性能优于黏胶纤维,以此使得布料的抗静电性能较优。

Claims (10)

1.一种防静电纺织布料,其特征在于:包括里层、面层及设置在里层与面层之间的抗静电层,所述抗静电层由包含以下重量份的原料制成:聚酯纤维38-49份、导电纤维0.5-2份、竹炭黏胶纤维2-4份及聚酰亚胺纤维5-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防静电纺织布料,其特征在于:所述竹炭黏胶纤维由重量份数之比为1:(4.6-5.8)的纳米竹炭粉和黏胶纤维制备而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防静电纺织布料,其特征在于:所述竹炭黏胶纤维的制备方法,包括如下步骤:1)、将重量份的黏胶纤维加热至熔融状态;2)、向熔融状态的黏胶纤维中加入占黏胶纤维重量份数0.3-0.4%的分散剂,并搅拌均匀,得到混合料一;3)、向混合料一中加入重量份数的纳米竹炭粉,并混合均匀,得到混合料二;4)、将混合料二依次经过纺丝、冷却、切割后,制得竹炭黏胶纤维。
4.根据权利要求2所述的防静电纺织布料,其特征在于:所述分散剂为聚丙烯酰胺。
5.根据权利要求2所述的防静电纺织布料,其特征在于:所述步骤3)中,采用超声震动的方式使纳米竹炭粉与混料一混合均匀。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防静电纺织布料,其特征在于:所述里层由羊毛纤维和甲壳素纤维混编而成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的防静电纺织布料,其特征在于:所述面层由莫代尔纤维、苎麻纤维及棉纤维混编而成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的防静电纺织布料,其特征在于:所述防静电纺织布料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:1)、将里层和面层均放置在抗静电液中,超声浸渍2-3h,再用清水冲洗20-30min,冲洗完成后,烘干备用;2)、将里层、抗静电层及面层,依次叠放整齐,经过加压定型,得到防静电纺织布料。
9.根据权利要求8所述的防静电纺织布料,其特征在于:所述抗静电液由重量份数之比为1:(32-36)的甘油与水混配而成。
10.根据权利要求8所述的防静电纺织布料,其特征在于:所述步骤2)中加压定型的压力为25-35MPa,加压时间为15-20mim,定型温度为105-115℃。
