Claims (9)
1. An injection odor control apparatus, comprising an injection odor control apparatus and a control system, the injection odor control apparatus comprising: the device comprises a water tank, a circulating water pump, a water replenishing electromagnetic valve, a chemical box, a chemical feeding pump, an evaporator, a demister, a centrifugal fan and a liquid level switch; the control system includes: the system comprises a PLC, a frequency converter and a touch screen;
the water tank is connected with a tap water pipe through a water supplementing electromagnetic valve and is connected with the chemical tank through a chemical adding pump and used for storing a deodorant mixed with water and a chemical and required by system operation; the medicament box is used for storing medicament; the dosing pump is used for adding a medicament into the water tank;
the water inlet of the circulating water pump is arranged at the water outlet of the water tank, and the water outlet of the circulating water pump is connected to a water spray head at the upper part of the evaporator and is used for periodically spraying the deodorant of the water tank to the evaporator in a circulating manner;
the evaporator is used for evaporating the deodorant and conveying the evaporated deodorant to a place or space needing to be deodorized through the centrifugal fan;
the PLC is respectively connected with the circulating water pump, the dosing pump, the liquid level switch and the centrifugal fan and is used for controlling the operation of all parts;
the frequency converter is connected with the centrifugal fan and used for driving the centrifugal fan and adjusting the air quantity of the air outlet;
the touch screen is connected with the PLC controller and used for setting parameters, displaying data and providing an operation interface.
2. An injection odor control apparatus as defined in claim 1, further comprising a demister disposed at the outlet of the evaporator for filtering water vapor generated when the mixed solution of the deodorizing agent inside the water tank is sprayed.
3. The injection type odor control device according to claim 1, wherein 3 liquid level switches with different heights are arranged in the water tank and are respectively used for detecting the liquid level of the water tank, triggering actions according to the liquid level heights and transmitting signals to the PLC, and the PLC controls the on-off of the water replenishing solenoid valve; the three liquid level switches are respectively: the liquid level high switch is used for detecting the liquid level of the water tank and closing the electromagnetic water valve by the PLC controller when triggering; the liquid level low switch is used for detecting that the water tank is lack of water and opening the electromagnetic water valve to supplement water when triggering action; and the liquid level ultra-low switch is used for detecting water shortage of the water tank, and forbidding the equipment to operate and giving an alarm when triggering action.
4. The injection type odor control device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the water tank is further provided with a drain outlet for draining the odor eliminating agent in the water tank when the device is not used for a long time, and an overflow outlet for overflowing when the water level of the water tank exceeds a set value.
5. An infusion odor control apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein said medicine chest bottom is provided with a level switch for detecting the amount of stored medicine and communicating with the control system to issue an alarm when the amount of stored medicine decreases to the level switch.
6. The injection type odor control device according to claim 1, wherein the circulating water pump and the dosing pump both operate in a clearance mode, and start-stop time is set through a touch screen; and sensors for detecting current signals of the circulating water pump and the dosing pump are also arranged, and the acquired signals are fed back to the PLC.
7. An injection odor control apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein said evaporator is fitted with a spherical polyhedron for increasing an evaporation area.

An injection type peculiar smell control device according to claim 1, wherein the injection type peculiar smell control device and the control system are both installed in a movable device cabinet, the device cabinet is provided with an air outlet, an air inlet and a water inlet, universal wheels are installed at the bottom for movement, a water tank and a medicine box are installed at the bottom, an evaporator, a demister and a centrifugal fan are sequentially installed upwards, a touch screen is installed on a device cabinet door, and three indicator lamps are also installed on the device cabinet to respectively indicate the operation, early warning and failure of the device.
9. The injection type odor control device according to claim 8, wherein the PCL controller comprises a switching value input module, a switching value output module, an analog value input module, an analog value output module, a communication module, a central processing unit provided with a program, a fault alarm diagnosis module and a power supply module; the power supply module converts AC220 into a DC24 power supply for supplying power to the touch screen and the electromagnetic valve; the switching value input module is used for acquiring liquid level signals of the water tank and the medicament tank and receiving a control signal which is mainly controlled to the injection type peculiar smell control equipment; the switching value output module is used for sending driving signals to the circulating water pump, the dosing pump and the water replenishing electromagnetic valve to control start and stop; the analog input module is used for feeding back the running speed of the frequency converter and participating in linkage control; the analog quantity output module is used for sending a rotating speed control signal to the frequency converter, so that the frequency converter can carry out stepless speed regulation; the communication module is used for the communication of the upper computer; and the fault alarm diagnosis unit is used for detecting whether the liquid level switch and the sensor are normal or not, and sending out liquid level alarm or pump fault alarm if the liquid level switch and the sensor are abnormal.
