技术领域
本发明属于陶瓷建筑领域,具体涉及一种具有幻彩流云表面装饰效果的陶瓷板及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年随着陶瓷板生产技术的日趋成熟,陶瓷板的应用市场越来越广泛,得到客户的青睐。但是由于现有生产技术的限制,陶瓷板表面装饰效果受到局限。目前市场上多数陶瓷产品使用喷墨技术,且以抛光产品和干粒自然面产品为主,总体来说装饰比较单一。
发明内容
针对上述缺陷,本发明提出一种具有幻彩流云表面装饰效果的陶瓷板及其制备方法,该制备方法并未采用喷墨打印,而且区别于传统的幻彩(光线直射到介质中发生折射或反射产生彩光现象),本发明采用发色鲜艳的面釉,并把白色云朵效果图案辊筒印刷在面釉上方,从而在面釉表面形成流云效果。此外,还利用金属电光水(着色电光水)将着色金属附着在陶瓷板表面以在光线照射下形成虹彩效果。该流云效果和着色电光水的虹彩效果叠加进而通过光线直射产生幻彩流云。
第一方面,本发明提供一种具有幻彩流云表面装饰效果的陶瓷板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将陶瓷基料压制成型以获得陶瓷板的坯体;
在坯体表面施底釉以遮盖坯体底色和瑕疵;
在施底釉后的坯体表面施面釉,其中所述面釉中引入0.2-0.7wt%的发色金属氧化物以使发色鲜艳;
在施加面釉后的坯体表面辊筒印花;

所述面釉优选为高硅面釉。一些技术方案中,所述面釉的化学组成除了发色金属氧化物,还包括:以质量百分比计,烧失:6.5-7.5%;SiO2:48-53%;Al2O3:8-10%;TiO2:7-8%;CaO:10-13%;MgO:2.0-3.0%;K2O:3.0-4.0%;ZnO:9-11%。面釉中的发色金属氧化物含量进一步优选为0.2-0.6wt%。
较佳地,所述面釉的比重为1.55-1.58 g/cm3,施釉量为380-410 g/m2

可以通过在坯体表面施加辊筒效果釉进行辊筒印花。一些技术方案中,所述辊筒效果釉的化学组成包括:以质量百分比计,SiO2:47-50%;Al2O3:7-9%;TiO2:12-13%;CaO:10-13%;MgO:2.0-3.0%;K2O:2.0-3.0%;Na2O:3.0-4.0%;ZnO:10-12%。

第二方面,本发明提供一种具有幻彩流云表面装饰效果的陶瓷板,采用上述任一项所述的制备方法获得。作为优选,所述陶瓷板的规格为长1800-3600mm×宽900-1600mm×高5.5-10.5mm。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
创新性:本发明的制备方法结合发色鲜艳的面釉,还利用不同图案纹理的辊筒,把经过特殊研制的辊筒效果釉印刷在陶瓷产品表面,以形成不同的机理效果,最后在烧制高温冷却的特定温度,把金属电光水喷涂在瓷砖表面,从而生产幻彩流云立体感强的陶瓷板。
装饰效果好:相对于普通的喷墨陶瓷板,本发明所述陶瓷板表面色彩特别鲜艳,层次感特别强,喷涂金属电光水后陶瓷板表面产生幻彩金属效果,配合光线能形成独特的幻彩流云效果。
适用范围广:本发明不受环境因素影响,能广泛应用于各种内外墙及地面装饰及大板背景墙。
易清洁:本发明所述陶瓷板完全烧结,吸水率控制在0.5wt%以内,属于高光亮面陶瓷砖,无需抛光工序,瓷砖表面几乎看不到毛孔,喷涂金属电光水后形成一薄层的金属质感薄膜,易于清洁,不吸污。
持久耐用:本发明所述陶瓷板性能稳定,受时间、环境影响因素较小,耐磨度高,可长久保持如新,使用寿命长,具有广阔的市场经济效益。

具体实施方式
通过下述实施方式进一步说明本发明,应理解,下述实施方式仅用于说明本发明,而非限制本发明。在没有特殊说明的情况下,各百分含量指质量百分含量。
以下示例性说明本发明所述具有幻彩流云表面装饰效果的陶瓷板的制备方法。
将陶瓷基料(也可以称为“坯体粉料”)压制成型以获得陶瓷板的坯体。所述陶瓷基料的化学组成和原料组成不受限制,采用本领域常用的陶瓷基料即可。作为示例,所述陶瓷基料的化学组成可包括:以质量百分比计,烧失(IL):3.5-4.5%;SiO2:58-63%;Al2O3:25-30%;Fe2O3:0.5-0.8%;TiO2:0.3-0.6%;CaO:0.3-0.5%;MgO:1.1-1.5%;K2O:2.0-2.5%;Na2O:2.3-2.7%。一些实施方式中,所述陶瓷基料的原料组成可包括:以质量百分比计,钠粉18-21%、金中砂15-18%、韶关球土5-8%、水洗球土10-13%、黑滑石2-3%、煅烧铝矾土13-18%、钾铝砂20-25%、膨润土2-3%、中山黑泥5-8%。
将坯体干燥。可采用干燥窑干燥。所述干燥工艺根据具体需求而定。例如,干燥时间可为1-1.2h,干燥后坯体的水分控制在0.5wt%以内。
在干燥后的坯体表面施底釉,主要目的是遮盖坯体底色和瑕疵。同时还应保证坯体和底釉的膨胀系数相匹配,即底釉的膨胀系数接近坯体。优选为锆白底釉。
一些实施方式中,所述底釉的化学组成可包括:以质量百分比计,SiO2:65-67%;Al2O3:15-17%; MgO:1.0-1.2%;K2O:1.0-1.2%;Na2O:1.7-2.0%;ZrO2:8-10%。例如,所述底釉的化学组成可包括,以质量百分比计:IL:2.5-4.5%;SiO2:65-67%;Al2O3:15-17%;Fe2O3:0.3-0.5%;TiO2:0.05-0.3%;CaO:0.2-0.3%;MgO:1.0-1.2%;K2O:1.0-1.2%;Na2O:1.7-2.0%;ZrO2:8-10%。
上述底釉的原料组成可包括:以质量百分比计,钾长石30-35%、霞石17-20%、石英30-35%、烧滑石1 -1.5%、高岭土10-12%、烧土3 -4%、氧化铝1.0-2.0%、硅酸锆8 -10%。
所述底釉的施加方式可为喷釉。底釉比重可为1.35-1.38g/cm3,施釉量可为200-230g/m2
在施底釉后的坯体表面施面釉。所述面釉中引入适量的发色金属氧化物以使其发色鲜艳。如果省略施底釉工序,直接在坯体表面施面釉,即便在相同的面釉施釉量情况下,也会出现发色暗哑和鲜艳度减弱。
上述面釉中发色金属氧化物的含量优选为0.2-0.7wt%。发色金属氧化物使用过量,会导致面釉发色变深变暗,釉层失去光泽变哑,达不到幻彩流云效果。上述发色金属氧化物包括但不限于氧化铜、氧化钴、氧化镍、氧化锰等。不同种类的发色金属氧化物在该面釉体系下呈色不同,比如采用氧化铜时为嫩绿色,采用氧化钴时为蓝色,采用氧化锰时为偏红棕色。
上述面釉的化学组成可包括:以质量百分比计,IL:6.5-7.5%;SiO2:48-53%;Al2O3:8-10%;TiO2:7-8%;CaO:10-13%;MgO:2.0-3.0%;K2O:3.0-4.0%;ZnO 9-11%;发色金属氧化物0.2-0.7%。上述面釉为高硅面釉,主要是偏高硅低铝成分,同时还引入大量的氧化钙(例如通过熔块引入),有助于降低釉的粘度,提高釉的流动性和釉面光泽度。另外,还在面釉中加入氧化钛和氧化锌助于氧化物的发色稳定。
一些实施方式中,所述面釉的化学组成包括:以质量百分比计,IL:6.5-7.5%;SiO2:48-53%;Al2O3:8-10%;Fe2O3:0.1-0.2%;TiO2:7-8%;CaO:10-13%;MgO:2.0-3.0%;K2O:3.0-4.0%;Na2O:0.2-0.3%;CuO 0.3-0.5%;ZnO 9-11%;CoO 0.15-0.2%。
在试验过程中,将上述高硅面釉替换为普通面釉(即加入硅酸锆辅助普通色料发色),但是发现无法实现发色更加鲜艳,颜色偏暗沉,釉料流动性差,影响整体层次感。
一些实施方式中,所述面釉的原料组成可包括:以质量百分比计,钾长石25-30%、石英10-15%、方解石10-15%、煅烧氧化锌7-10%、中山黑泥5-8%、氧化钛6-8%、烧滑石5-8%、熔块A 23-28%、熔块B 5-8%、发色氧化物0.2-0.5%。熔块A的化学组成包括:以质量百分比计,IL:0.5-1.5%;SiO2:27-30%;Al2O3:8-10%;Fe2O3:0.1-0.2%;TiO2:0.2-0.5%;CaO:25-35%;MgO:0.5-1.0%;K2O:2.0-3.0%;Na2O:0.2-0.3%;ZnO 27-30%。熔块B的化学组成包括:以质量百分比计,IL:0.5-1.5%;SiO2:48-50%;Al2O3:9-12%;Fe2O3:0.1-0.2%;TiO2:1-2%;CaO:23-28%;MgO:1.5-2.0%;K2O:3.0-4.0%;Na2O:2.0-3.0%;ZnO 8-10%。
上述面釉的始融温度为950-1100℃。通过将面釉的始融温度控制在上述范围,能够保证烧结过程中有害气体的充分排出,同时使釉层之间有所交融又不互渗,釉面平整度更好,其利于保持幻彩流云的层次感。
所述面釉的施加方式可为喷釉。面釉比重可为1.55-1.58 g/cm3,施釉量可为380-410 g/m2。通过将面釉的施釉量控制在上述范围,可以避免面釉的施釉量过低造成发色不鲜艳;也可以避免面釉的施釉量过多造成发色偏暗。另外,面釉的施釉量过多时,釉的成熟温度偏高,在窑炉固定烧成温度下不能成熟出现无光等缺陷,且釉中氧化物多会使釉层透明度差,进一步影响到产品的层次感。
在施加面釉后的坯体表面辊筒印花。通过辊筒印刷高低起伏不同的图案机理,并将其和发色鲜艳的面釉结合来呈现各种花纹效果。该辊筒印花可以采用单辊或者多辊的组合。喷墨印花由于墨水在面釉表面不发色且有排斥,使得层次感差。此外,本发明的面釉和辊筒效果釉中均使用了二氧化钛作为乳白剂,墨水在该釉体系中不能呈色,达不到幻彩流云效果。因此喷墨印花的方式不适用于本发明。丝网印刷的图案固定且单一,无法灵活更换图案。本发明利用辊筒雕刻图案,花纹高低起伏的过渡性效果优异,在连续生产的过程可以实现图案随机组合,更具艺术性。
该辊筒印花效果通过在坯体表面施加辊筒效果釉(也可以称为“效果釉”或者“辊筒效果花釉”)实现。所述辊筒效果釉的化学组成可包括:以质量百分比计,SiO2:47-50%;Al2O3:7-9%;TiO2:12-13%;CaO:10-13%;MgO:2.0-3.0%;K2O:2.0-3.0%;Na2O:3.0-4.0%;ZnO:10-12%。辊筒效果釉主要是利用氧化钛的乳白效果产生云朵。
辊筒效果釉和面釉的化学组成差异不应过大,由此使得两者的组成体系接近而能够更好融合并不会产生排斥,上述面釉和辊筒效果釉相互配合达到层次分明的云层效果。作为优选,面釉的始熔温度比辊筒效果釉高5-10℃。目的是使辊筒效果釉和面釉接触的边沿渗透过渡性更佳。选用面釉的始融温度比效果釉低时,面釉局部覆盖到效果釉上面,使效果釉下陷到面釉中从而达不到本发明的目的。此外,还需注意的是,如果在辊筒效果釉中添加发色金属氧化物,在使用多辊组合时,由于釉中氧化物的叠加会导致面釉和辊筒效果釉的边缘过渡差造成流彩效果差。本发明通过辊筒印刷把云朵效果的图案印刷在面釉表面,和面釉颜色形成鲜明的反差,能够更好地形成视觉分明的效果。
一些实施方式中,所述辊筒效果釉的化学组成包括:以质量百分比计,IL:5.5-7.0%;SiO2:47-50%;Al2O3:7-9%;Fe2O3:0.1-0.2%;TiO2:12-13%;CaO:10-13%;MgO:2.0-3.0%;K2O:2.0-3.0%;Na2O:3.0-4.0%;ZnO:10-12%。
上述辊筒效果釉的原料组成可包括:以质量百分比计,钾长石10-15%、钠长石15-20%、石英12-15%、方解石10-12%、煅烧氧化锌10-13%、中山黑泥5-8%、氧化钛12-15%、烧滑石5-6%、熔块A 15-20%、熔块B 3-5%。熔块A的化学组成可包括:以质量百分比计,IL:0.5-1.5%;SiO2:27-30%;Al2O3:8-10%;Fe2O3:0.1-0.2%;TiO2:0.2-0.5%;CaO:25-28%;MgO:0.5-1.0%;K2O:2.0-3.0%;Na2O:0.2-0.3%;ZnO 27-30%。熔块B的化学组成可包括:以质量百分比计,IL:0.5-1.5%;SiO2:48-50%;Al2O3:9-12%;Fe2O3:0.1-0.2%;TiO2:1-2%;CaO:23-25%;MgO:1.5-2.0%;K2O:3.0-4.0%;Na2O:2.0-3.0%;ZnO 8-10%。
实验中发现,上述辊筒效果釉的原料组成中引入了大量的煅烧氧化锌和氧化钛,这导致辊筒效果釉的流动性比较差。故本发明对辊筒效果釉的釉浆比例进行调控,以显著改善辊筒效果釉的性能,使得辊筒雕刻图案能够完美印刷在坯体表面从而形成幻彩流云。一些实施方式中,所述辊筒效果釉的釉浆包括:以重量份计,辊筒效果釉100重量份,印油100-150重量份,解胶剂 10-30重量份,羧甲基纤维素钠0.1-0.5重量份,三聚磷酸钠0.1-0.5重量份,水 1-10重量份。此时辊筒效果图案的流动性好,清晰度高,立体感好,不粘辊,可连续化生产。一些实施方式中,所述辊筒效果釉的流速为17-20秒,比重为1.28-1.32 g/cm3,施釉量可为40~50g/m2。若辊筒效果釉流速低,比重低,施釉量相同的情况下,云朵效果模糊不清。反之,辊筒效果釉的比重和流速高,高温熔融时效果釉的过渡性差导致边界清晰,无法形成幻彩流云。而且,辊筒效果釉的施釉量过多甚至会出现釉面无光。
本发明所述化学组成的面釉和辊筒效果釉在高温融熔过程中能形成高光亮釉层,而且玻化程度好,表面无针孔等缺陷。故本发明的制备方法无需在形成幻彩流云图案的陶瓷坯体表面再施加透明熔块层。
区别于使用高折射透明釉形成珠光幻彩,本发明通过使用发色鲜艳的面釉,利用辊筒印刷不同图案形成流云效果,最后通过喷金属电光水在高温作用下烤印在釉层表面,在光线照射下形成具有珍珠幻彩色感的幻彩流云表面装饰效果。其中,如要形成幻彩流云,主要的技术难度在于:第一,釉层要满足高硅低铝体系,有利于着色电光水更好地附着在釉层表面;第二,面釉和辊筒效果釉配方体系接近,效果釉与面釉之间有所融合又不相互排斥,达到形成层次分明的云层效果。
将辊筒印花后的坯体干燥并进窑烧成。
在该烧成制度中,最高烧成温度为1210-1230℃,烧成时间为90-100min。作为优选,在烧成过程中,将金属电光水喷涂在750-850℃的坯体表面。通过将金属电光水绘饰在釉面上,在750-800℃的温度烤烧下呈现金属或珍珠光彩。所述电光水可通过市售获得,例如使用由铋和各种金属盐类混合于树脂中并制成金属皂然后再溶解于油类混合物中制成的有机液体颜料。具体实施例方式中的金属电光水购于佛山市森彩亮装饰材料有限公司,产品型号为25A。
金属电光水的施加量可为50-60 g/m2。此时金属电光水的彩色效果鲜艳,视觉效果好,能够满足生产要求。
一些实施方式中,在窑炉顶部装载摆臂式自动喷枪,在烧成的高温冷却阶段,例如当冷却至750-850℃时,将金属电光水通过摆臂式自动喷枪喷涂在陶瓷板表面。通过调整喷枪的移动速度及金属电光水的用量来控制金属电光水膜层的厚度。喷枪的移动速度可为55-65m/min。金属电光水膜层的厚度可为5-6mm。
最后磨边分级打包。本产品具有亮光镜面的效果,釉面平整无针孔,同时电光水在坯体表面成膜并附在陶瓷板表面,以和辊筒效果釉形成的流云效果相互结合,最终生产出具有幻彩流云效果的陶瓷板。上述系列产品无需抛光,由此避免了生产过程中抛光产生的能耗。
下面进一步例举实施例以详细说明本发明。同样应理解,以下实施例只用于对本发明进行进一步说明,不能理解为对本发明保护范围的限制,本领域的技术人员根据本发明的上述内容作出的一些非本质的改进和调整均属于本发明的保护范围。下述示例具体的工艺参数等也仅是合适范围中的一个示例,即本领域技术人员可以通过本文的说明做合适的范围内选择,而并非要限定于下文示例的具体数值。
实施例1
具有幻彩流云表面装饰效果的陶瓷板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1. 将陶瓷基料压制成型以获得坯体,并将坯体进入干燥窑干燥;
步骤2. 在干燥后的坯体表面喷底釉;所述底釉的比重为1.35 g/cm3,施釉量为200-230 g/m2
步骤3. 在喷底釉后的坯体表面喷面釉;所述面釉的比重为1.56 g/cm3,施釉量为380-410 g/m2
步骤4. 在喷面釉的坯体表面辊筒印花;通过利用辊筒雕刻的机理以及辊筒效果釉印刷呈现不同图案的花纹;所述辊筒效果釉的比重为1.28-1.32 g/cm3
步骤5. 将辊筒印花后的坯体进窑烧成,在窑炉烧成冷却到750-800℃的窑炉顶部装载摆臂式自动喷枪,通过调整自动喷枪的移动速度及金属电光水的喷涂量来控制金属电光水膜层的厚度;金属电光水的喷涂量为50-60 g/m2
6. 磨边打包。
对比例1
该对比例与实施例1基本相同,区别仅在于:所述面釉的化学组成包括:IL:2.5-4.5%;SiO2:60-63%;Al2O3:12-15%;Fe2O3:0.3-0.5%;TiO2:0.05-0.3%;CaO:7.5-10.5%;MgO:2.0-4.5%;K2O:1.0-2.0%;Na2O:0.5-1.0%;ZrO2:8-10%。所述面釉的原料组成包括:以质量百分比计,熔块C:15-18%;钾长石:35-38%;方解石:12-16%;滑石:8-10%;高岭土:8-10%;中山黑泥:3-5%;氧化锌:3-5%;霞石:8-10%;硅酸锆:8-10%;碳酸钡3-5%。熔块C的化学组成包括:以质量百分比计,IL:0.3-0.5%;SiO2:55-58%;Al2O3:13-15%;Fe2O3:0.1-0.2%;TiO2:0.02-0.05%;CaO:10-12%;MgO:2.0-2.5%;K2O:5.0-6.5%;Na2O:0.3-0.6%;ZnO:3-5%。上述面釉在使用过程中,还向面釉中添加1-10%的普通色料以辅助发色,具体为金棕816、钒锆蓝或者钴蓝。
但是,该对比例所得陶瓷板的发色不够鲜艳,流动性差,无法实现鲜明层次感。
对比例2
该对比例与实施例1基本相同,区别仅在于:所述辊筒效果釉的化学组成包括:以质量百分比计,IL:0.3-0.5%;SiO2:56-59%;Al2O3:12-15%;Fe2O3:0.1-0.2%;TiO2:0.02-0.05%;CaO:8-10%;MgO:2.0-2.5%;K2O:3.0-3.5%;Na2O:0.3-0.6%;ZnO:3-5%;ZrO2:5-8%。此时辊筒效果釉的流动性好,但是发色差,容易起针孔,层次感不好。另外,发色较弱的普通色料在高钙镁的亮光釉中,色料发色偏黄偏暗,同时由于始熔点偏低,和面釉间成分区别又太大,造成差异成分之间的反应融合,使之层次感效果偏差,局部地方出现干釉针孔等现象。
对比例3
该对比例与实施例1基本相同,区别仅在于:面釉的化学组成包括:以质量百分比计,IL:0.5-1.5%;SiO2:52-55%;Al2O3:5-8%;Fe2O3:0.1-0.2%;TiO2:1-2%;CaO:23-28%;MgO:1.5-2.0%;K2O:3.0-4.0%;Na2O:2.0-3.0%;ZnO 8-10%。辊筒效果釉的化学组成包括:以质量百分比计,IL:0.5-1.5%;SiO2:48-50%;Al2O3:9-12%;Fe2O3:0.1-0.2%;TiO2:1-2%;CaO:23-25%;MgO:1.5-2.0%;K2O:3.0-4.0%;Na2O:2.0-3.0%;ZnO 8-10%。该面釉的始熔温度得以调低,并减少氧化铝含量,所得面釉的发色好,晶花明显,但是容易造成了坯体边沿粘釉。且此时辊筒效果釉和面釉交融更多,砖面流云效果模糊,局部地方还有针孔起泡和干釉现象,这主要是由于面釉的始熔点降低,引起面釉和辊筒效果釉不匹配所致。
对比例4
该对比例与实施例1基本相同,区别仅在于:面釉的化学组成包括:以质量百分比计,IL:1.5-4.5%;SiO2:58-65%;Al2O3:13-20%; Fe2O3:0.1-0.3%;TiO2:0.01-0.02%;CaO:10-15%;MgO:2.5-4.0%;K2O:2.0-4.0%;Na2O:1.0-3.0%;ZnO:3-4%,BaO:3.0-5.0%,P2O5:0.2-0.3%。辊筒效果釉的化学组成包括:以质量百分比计,IL:0.5-1.5%;SiO2:48-50%;Al2O3:9-12%;Fe2O3:0.1-0.2%;TiO2:1-2%;CaO:23-25%;MgO:1.5-2.0%;K2O:3.0-4.0%;Na2O:2.0-3.0%;ZnO 8-10%。该对比例中面釉体系和效果釉相差较大,面釉中添加的氧化物在该实验中不能呈色或者发色不明显,达不到要求,同时效果釉会下陷到面釉中,造成局部的干釉起泡等现象。

1.一种具有幻彩流云表面装饰效果的陶瓷板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
将陶瓷基料压制成型以获得陶瓷板的坯体;
在坯体表面施底釉以遮盖坯体底色和瑕疵;
在施底釉后的坯体表面施面釉,其中所述面釉中引入0.2-0.7wt%的发色金属氧化物以使发色鲜艳;所述面釉的化学组成除了发色金属氧化物,还包括:以质量百分比计,烧失:6.5-7.5%;SiO2:48-53%;Al2O3:8-10%;TiO2:7-8%;CaO:10-13%;MgO:2.0-3.0%;K2O:3.0-4.0%;ZnO:9-11%;所述面釉的比重为1.55-1.58 g/cm3,施釉量为380-410 g/m2
