In the present invention, the classification particle size limit of the desliming concentration is 0.063mm to 0.1mm, more preferably 0.063mm to 0.075 mm. The content of-0.074 mm size fraction in the coarse grain product is less than or equal to 30 wt%.
The invention utilizes the close combination of gravity separation and flotation to throw out the interfering minerals such as olivine or pyroxene as much as possible, thereby reducing the subsequent flotation difficulty, improving the recovery rate and creating conditions for reducing the dosage of the medicament for the flotation.
