现在市场上有一种水性聚氨酯,用在头盔上,测试性能都不合格。主要是和聚乙烯纤维粘合性能不好,强度不够,硬度不够,因此,本领域技术人员提供了军用头盔用水性聚氨酯,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题

本发明的目的在于提供军用头盔用水性聚氨酯,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
军用头盔用水性聚氨酯,包括聚氨酯和聚脲,聚氨酯链段和聚脲是通过化学合成方法接枝上。
作为本发明进一步的方案:其合成工艺如下:
1)、取质量比为3:1的聚碳酸酯多元醇和二异氰酸酯;
2)、加入有机铋催化剂,90度合成预聚体;
3)、引入磺酸盐亲水基团和小分子多元醇二甘醇扩链80度,反应6小时;
4)、在水分散后加入二乙烯三胺类单体形成聚脲。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明中,采用聚氨酯和聚脲为原料,粘合性好,强度和硬度较高。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
军用头盔用水性聚氨酯,包括聚氨酯和聚脲,聚氨酯链段和聚脲是通过化学合成方法接枝上,其合成工艺如下:
1)、取质量比为3:1的聚碳酸酯多元醇和二异氰酸酯;
2)、加入有机铋催化剂,90度合成预聚体;
3)、引入磺酸盐亲水基团和小分子多元醇二甘醇扩链80度,反应6小时;
4)、在水分散后加入二乙烯三胺类单体形成聚脲。
本发明中,采用聚氨酯和聚脲为原料,软质聚氨酯主要是具有热塑性的线性结构,它比PVC发泡材料有更好的稳定性、耐化学性、回弹性和力学性能,具有更小的压缩变型性,聚脲具有防腐、防水、耐磨的特征,本军用头盔粘合性好、强度和硬度较高。

1.军用头盔用水性聚氨酯,其特征在于,包括聚氨酯和聚脲,聚氨酯链段和聚脲是通过化学合成方法接枝上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的军用头盔用水性聚氨酯,其特征在于,其合成工艺如下:
1)、取质量比为3:1的聚碳酸酯多元醇和二异氰酸酯;
2)、加入有机铋催化剂,90度合成预聚体;
3)、引入磺酸盐亲水基团和小分子多元醇二甘醇扩链80度,反应6小时;
4)、在水分散后加入二乙烯三胺类单体形成聚脲。
