The multifunctional cooking device is provided with a fan unit 506 for blowing high temperature air into the accommodating space of the device to cook food in a heating manner such as an air fryer. The multifunctional cooking apparatus is provided with a water mist unit 507 for generating high temperature water vapor, thereby heating the food or the foodstuffs inside the food capsule in a manner of a water wave oven. The multifunctional cooking device itself has a sealing unit 508 to realize a containing member, which may be a lid, for sealing the food capsule by mechanical design, facilitating cooking of food, or generating pressure in the containing space to cook food in a manner such as a pressure cooker. The control circuit 501 is electrically connected to the above circuit blocks for realizing multifunctional cooking, and can be used for cooking food by mixing various traditional cooking technologies. The memory unit 509 is a memory of the multifunctional cooking apparatus, and stores instructions and programs required by the operation program, as well as factory default cooking programs of the multifunctional cooking apparatus and programs programmed by a user.
The multifunctional cooking device is provided with a switch circuit 510 for controlling the pipeline switch arranged between each layer in the multilayer structure of the multifunctional cooking device, the pipeline switch can be realized by a specific pipeline or mechanism, and the opening and closing of the pipeline switch are controlled to determine when the object generated after the upper layer is cooked falls into the lower layer.
Through the functions of the multifunctional cooking apparatus and the functional components for implementing various cooking modes, a cooking procedure as shown in fig. 6 may be implemented. The cooking program is executed by a software program in an operating system running in the multifunctional cooking apparatus, the related program is stored in the memory unit 509 of the circuit system in the apparatus, and the control circuit 501 executes the software program of each cooking program, so as to realize the cooking programs of the oven mode, the microwave oven mode, the water wave oven mode, the air fryer mode, the pressure cooker mode, or any combination thereof.
In fig. 6, initially, in step S601, a cooking mode is set by a user, such as the above-mentioned oven mode, microwave oven mode, water wave oven mode, air fryer mode or pressure cooker mode, or any combination thereof, and a system default cooking program can be selected, or a user-defined cooking program can be selected, or a cooking mode of a middle function component can be randomly and manually controlled.
Next, in step S603, the control program (control circuit) running in the multifunctional cooking apparatus can obtain a corresponding set of cooking parameters and programs, such as cooking steps and cooking parameters (time, temperature, etc.), according to the set cooking mode, and in step S605, the cooking program is executed according to the cooking parameters.
Then, in step S607, the control program of the multifunctional cooking apparatus starts the one or more cooking tools and the related functional components in the circuit system according to the cooking program including various cooking parameters, and then in step S609, starts to control the one or more cooking tools and the functional components in the circuit system according to the cooking parameters, such as various cooking modules in various cooking programs, to cook the food capsule, and finally completes the cooking program.
To sum up, according to the disclosed embodiment of multi-functional cooking device and food capsule of specification, can know, multi-functional cooking device is for integrating the many unification devices of multiple culinary art module and functional block, except that providing the user and conveniently cooking food with specific cooking mode (oven mode, microwave oven mode, wave oven mode, air fryer mode, pressure cooker mode etc.), can also provide and mix multiple cooking mode, obtains the effect of innovation cuisine fast.
It should be understood that the above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, so that equivalent structural changes made by using the contents of the present specification and the drawings are included in the scope of the present invention.

Claims (13)

1. A multifunctional cooking device integrates multiple cooking functions with a software program realized by a built-in system through a circuit and a mechanism, and is characterized by comprising:
a body provided with a containing space for placing a food capsule;
a body mechanism comprising: a water storage component, a containing component, a water supply component, a heating component and a puncture component, wherein the water storage component is used for containing brewing water; the holding member is used for carrying or fixing the food capsule; the puncture component is a telescopic tubular structure and is used for penetrating the body of the food capsule; the water supply member supplies water into the food capsule through the piercing member; and the heating structure is used for heating the water flowing through the water supply component;
one or more cooking tools disposed within the body to effect the piercing member for cooking the food within the food capsule; and
a circuit system, comprising:
the control circuit is used for controlling the operation of the multifunctional cooking device and executing various cooking programs in the multifunctional cooking device;
a memory unit electrically connected to the control circuit and used as a storage of the multifunctional cooking device;
a control panel, electrically connected to the control circuit, for providing one or more default cooking programs or providing a user-defined cooking program function, and storing the program in the memory unit;
a heater electrically connected to the control circuit for penetrating the food capsule for heating by the one or more cooking tools according to the temperature parameter of each cooking procedure;
a microwave emitter electrically connected to the control circuit for emitting the microwave scattered in the accommodating space to heat the water in the food capsule by the microwave;
a fan unit electrically connected with the control circuit and blowing high-temperature air into the containing space to heat the food or the food materials in the food capsule;
a water mist unit electrically connected to the control circuit for generating high-temperature water vapor to heat the food capsule in the accommodating space; and
and the sealing unit is electrically connected with the control circuit to realize that the containing component seals the food capsule through the mechanism design and generates pressure in the containing space.
2. The multifunctional cooking apparatus of claim 1, wherein the multifunctional cooking apparatus implements a cooking program implemented by a circuit, a mechanism and a built-in system therein, comprising: an oven mode, a microwave mode, a water wave mode, an air fryer mode, or an autoclave mode, or any combination thereof.
3. The multifunctional cooking apparatus of claim 2, wherein the program for executing the cooking program is stored in the memory unit, and the control circuit executes the cooking programs, including:
setting a cooking mode;
the control circuit obtains a group of cooking parameters and procedures according to the cooking mode;
the control circuit executes the cooking program according to the set of cooking parameters;
starting one or more cooking tools and corresponding functional components in the circuit system according to cooking parameters; and
controlling the one or more cooking tools and functional components to cook the food capsule to complete the cooking process.
4. The multifunctional cooking device of claim 1 wherein said one or more cooking tools are adapted to pierce said food capsule for heating or injecting liquid.
5. The multifunctional cooking device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the receiving space has a multi-layer structure for implementing a plurality of stages in one cooking process.
6. The multifunctional cooking device as claimed in claim 5, wherein said multi-layer structure includes a first layer for containing cooking materials; a second layer for placing the food capsule; and a third layer provided with a container for holding food for cooking the food capsule.
7. The multifunctional cooking device of claim 6 wherein the multi-layered structure further comprises a container for holding the food capsule after cooking.
8. The multi-functional cooking device of claim 7, wherein said container is made of a recyclable material.
9. A food capsule used in the multifunctional cooking device of claim 1, wherein the food capsule comprises:
a pierceable package made of high temperature resistant material, wherein food or food material is placed in the pierceable package, or ingredients are added in the pierceable package, and when cooking, the pierceable package is pierced by the one or more cooking tools to cook the food in the food capsule.
10. The food capsule of claim 9, wherein the food capsule is a food capsule in which food is mixed with a conditioning pack to complete cooking of the food after a heating or cooking process.
11. The food capsule of claim 9, wherein the food capsule is a food capsule encapsulated by the food itself and then mixed with another cooking material for cooking.
12. The food capsule of claim 9, wherein the pierceable package is made of a pierceable aluminum foil material.
13. The food capsule of claim 9, wherein the pierceable package is made of a recyclable material.
