In the traffic owner identification device shown in fig. 1, the network interface 1004 is mainly used for connecting an external network and performing data communication with other network devices; the user interface 1003 is mainly used for connecting to a user equipment and performing data communication with the user equipment; the apparatus of the present invention calls the traffic owner recognition program stored in the memory 1005 through the processor 1001 and executes the traffic owner recognition method provided by the embodiment of the present invention.
Based on the hardware structure, the embodiment of the traffic card owner identification method is provided.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a traffic owner identification method according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
In a first embodiment, the traffic owner identification method comprises the steps of:
and step S10, when receiving the command of checking the target traffic card, determining the mobile terminal according to the command of checking the target traffic card.
It should be noted that the execution subject in this embodiment may be a traffic owner identification device, or may also be another device that can implement the same or similar functions.
It can be understood that the instruction for checking the target traffic card refers to an instruction for performing owner checking on the target traffic card, and when the user logs in the application program of the mobile terminal, the instruction for checking the target traffic card is correspondingly triggered, and the corresponding mobile terminal is determined according to the instruction for checking the target traffic card, where the mobile terminal may be represented by a mobile phone, which is not limited in this embodiment.
And step S20, detecting whether the mobile terminal has the NFC function.
It should be understood that a Near Field Communication (NFC) function may be used as a contactless smart card, a reader/writer terminal of the smart card, and a data transmission link between devices, and a user only needs to turn on the NFC function at the smart terminal, and can exchange data when the mobile terminal contacts another device, so that when the user logs in an application program of the mobile terminal, the application program sends trigger information representing its corresponding function to the mobile terminal through an interface to detect whether the mobile terminal has the NFC function, if it is detected that the mobile terminal sends the trigger information representing its corresponding function in response to a detection, it is indicated that the mobile terminal has the NFC function, and if it is detected that the mobile terminal does not send the trigger information representing its corresponding function in response to the detection, it is indicated that the mobile terminal does not have the NFC function.
Further, after detecting whether the mobile terminal has the NFC function, the method includes:
if the mobile terminal has the NFC function, reading the card number of the target traffic card through the mobile terminal; and verifying the owner identity through the mobile terminal according to the card number of the target traffic card.
It should be understood that, by detecting that the mobile terminal has the NFC function, the user may be instructed to turn on the NFC function switch of the mobile terminal and to attach the target traffic card to the NFC location, and the card number of the target traffic card is read through the NFC of the mobile terminal to complete the binding.
Step S30, if the mobile terminal does not have the NFC function, judging whether the target transportation card is a name card or not according to the card number of the target transportation card.
It can be understood that the card types of the transportation card are classified into a name card and a non-name card, the name card can be received by providing an identity certificate or providing some data when the user transacts the transportation card to prove that the transportation card has some identity or skill, if the mobile terminal does not have the NFC function, the user can input a target transportation card number to obtain the type of the target transportation card, and then whether the card type of the target transportation card is the name card is automatically identified according to the type of the target transportation card.
Further, if the mobile terminal does not have the NFC function, determining whether the target transportation card is a name card according to the card number of the target transportation card, further including:
if the target traffic card is a name card, generating an identity verification instruction; acquiring the certificate number and the name of a card holder corresponding to the card number according to the identity verification instruction; and carrying out owner identity verification on the target traffic card according to the certificate number and the name of the cardholder.
It should be understood that the identity verification instruction is an instruction for inputting a card number into a name information verification page, if the target transportation card is a name card, an interface of an application program of the mobile terminal jumps to the generated name information verification page, and a user can complete the binding and owner identity verification of the transportation card by inputting a correct name of a relevant card holder and certificate information of the target transportation card into the name information verification page.
And step S40, if the target traffic card is not a name card, performing owner identity verification on the target traffic card through a verification question book.
It should be noted that, if the card type of the target transportation card is not a name card, the application program of the mobile terminal enters a questionnaire page for verifying the owner identity, the verification questionnaire firstly queries the range of problem identification in the transaction verification question bank from the database, then three random integers are generated in the range of problem identification, the three random integers are extracted as the problem identification to generate a verification questionnaire, and the user can complete the binding of the transportation card and the verification of the owner identity only when answering the questions.
According to the traffic card owner identification method provided by the embodiment, when a verification target traffic card instruction is received, a mobile terminal is determined according to the verification target traffic card instruction; detecting whether the mobile terminal has an NFC function; if the mobile terminal does not have the NFC function, judging whether the target traffic card is a name card or not according to the card number of the target traffic card; and if the target traffic card is not the name card, performing owner identity verification on the target traffic card through a verification problem volume. By utilizing the NFC function of the mobile terminal or checking the owner of the target traffic card according to the checking problem volume, the owner of the traffic card is distinguished, the stealing binding is prevented, the manual checking operation is reduced, and the efficiency is improved.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, a second embodiment of the traffic owner identification method according to the present invention is proposed based on the first embodiment, and the step S40 includes:
step S401, if the target transportation card is not a name card, generating the verification problem volume.
It should be noted that, if the card type of the target transportation card is not a name card, the mobile terminal application enters a questionnaire page for verifying the owner identity, the verification questionnaire firstly queries the problem identification range in the transaction verification question bank from the database, then three random integers are generated in the problem identification range, and the three random integers are extracted as problem identification to generate a verification questionnaire.
And S402, obtaining an answer result fed back by the user according to the verification question paper, and judging whether the answer result passes or not.
It can be understood that the user answers the current question book page, compares the answer result fed back by the user with the standard answer of the check question book, and can judge whether the answer result passes or not.
Further, obtaining an answer result fed back by the user according to the verification question paper, and judging whether the answer result passes or not, including:
and if the answer result is failed, generating an early warning prompt so that the user pays attention to the transaction record data corresponding to the target transportation card according to the early warning prompt.
It can be understood that the early warning prompt may be an early warning prompt for reminding a user of paying attention to transaction record data, in order to provide efficient user experience, generally, each card may have three times of answering opportunities each day, if a user fails to answer the question in an answering process, and fails to check the transaction condition of the previous day, an early warning prompt is generated, and an application program of the mobile terminal skips the early warning prompt of "please pay attention to the transaction condition of the current day" so that the user pays attention to the transaction record data corresponding to the target traffic card according to the early warning prompt, where the transaction record data may be information such as a recharge transaction record, a consumption amount transaction record, a consumption scene transaction record, a consumption time transaction record, a subway line transaction record, and the like, and this embodiment does not limit this.
And regenerating a verification problem volume according to the transaction record data, and performing owner identity verification again through the verification problem volume.
It can be understood that, according to the transaction record data, the user can operate the mobile terminal application program again, pay close attention to the current transaction situation according to the prompt of operating the mobile terminal application program, select the next day of answering and binding, and perform owner identity verification again by regenerating the verification question paper.
Further, obtaining an answer result fed back by the user according to the verification question paper, and judging whether the answer result passes or not, the method further includes:
and if the answer result is failed, generating a reminding prompt so that the user selects a manual checking mode to check the identity of the owner according to the reminding prompt.
It can be understood that, in the process of answer verification, if the user can not pass the verification always, the user can be prompted according to the generated prompt to directly select manual verification for binding the card, after the card photo is submitted, the verification of a worker is waited, if the verification is passed, the verification of the binding card and the owner can be completed, and if the verification is not passed, the binding card fails. If the user selects manual checking of the binding card, the corresponding checking efficiency is lowered, so that the mobile terminal application program can prompt the user that the manual checking time is long, and the user can return to the process of answering and binding the card again.
And step S403, if the answer result is passed, performing owner identity verification on the target traffic card.
It should be noted that, if the answer result fed back by the user is consistent with the standard answer of the verification question sheet, and the answer result is passed, the application program of the mobile terminal stores the card number according to the acquired card number, and finally binding of the target traffic card and verification of the owner identity are completed.
According to the traffic card owner identification method provided by the embodiment, if the target traffic card is not the name card, the verification question paper is generated, the answer result fed back by the user is obtained according to the verification question paper, whether the answer result passes or not is judged, if the answer result passes, owner identity verification is carried out on the target traffic card according to the card number, the owner identification of the traffic card is improved, the owner of the traffic card is identified, the stealing and binding is prevented, the accuracy of manual verification operation is reduced, and the efficiency is improved.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, a third embodiment of the traffic owner identification method according to the present invention is proposed based on the first embodiment or the second embodiment, and in this embodiment, the description is made based on the second embodiment, and the step S401 includes:
and step S4011, if the target traffic card is not a name card, generating an answer instruction.
It should be understood that the answer instruction is an instruction for generating a verification question sheet, and if the card type of the target transportation card is not a name card, the mobile terminal application enters a question sheet for verifying the owner identity and generates the answer instruction.
And S4012, determining the answer type of the target traffic card according to the answer instruction.
It can be understood that the transaction check library problem is generally a selection question, and the answer types mainly include two categories, the first category is an outbound site line category, which is used for asking questions about an outbound site and a boarding line of the card, and the second category is a card last use date category, which is used for designing a problem about the last use time and use scenario of the card, which is not limited in this embodiment. According to the answering instruction, the answering type of the target traffic card is firstly inquired from a database, wherein the database collects transaction big data of all traffic cards from public transport equipment and subway equipment every day, the transaction big data are stored in the database after being analyzed, and the transaction data every day are stored in a table. Due to the huge transaction data, only data of one year at most is reserved in the corresponding database.
And S4013, determining the answer range of the target traffic card according to the answer type.
It should be noted that the answer range may be related data of the target transportation card, such as a recharge, a consumption scene, a consumption route, and consumption time, which is not limited in this embodiment. After the daily transaction data is put in storage, relevant data such as recharging, public transportation consumption, subway consumption and the like of each traffic card in the day are correspondingly counted, and summary information of the cards is calculated, wherein the summary information comprises the following data: adding corresponding fields in a transaction data table according to information such as the last recharging, the last consumption amount, the consumption scene, the consumption time and the like, the last subway line taken and the like, storing the calculated data in a database, and further determining the answer range of the target traffic card according to the answer type.
For example, for an outbound site line type problem, it may be determined that an answer range is outbound site and line information, when generating an answer option of the problem, the mobile terminal application searches the last outbound site information of the target traffic card and the last picked-up line information from the last transaction information of the preprocessed card, for example, a subway outbound record consumed by the target traffic card, takes the outbound site or picked-up line as one option of the option, and other three selectable options randomly extract other sites from a subway site list or extract lines from a line list, and finally add one or more "none is" option; if the card has no subway exit record, the four selectable options are randomly extracted from a subway station list or a line list, and finally, more than one option which is not' is added. For the card last use date type question, a fixed answer option is generally designed.
Step S4014, determining the question identification range of the target traffic card according to the answer range, extracting a preset number of questionnaire questions from the question identification range, and generating the verification questionnaire according to the questionnaire questions.
It can be understood that, because each target transportation card has corresponding identification information, a question identification range in a transaction verification question bank corresponding to the target transportation card can be queried from an answer range of a database, then questionnaire questions with a preset number of random integers are generated in the question identification range, and the questionnaire questions with the preset number of random integers are extracted as question identifications to generate verification questionnaires.
It should be noted that, in general, if the database can process the acquired data in time, the questions in the check questionnaire library will be asked for the transactions of the previous day, and the date of the questions will also be shown in the question plane. If the database fails to process the acquired data in time, and delay occurs, a fault-tolerant mechanism is needed. That is, the last processing date of the big data is saved in the database of transaction data. When the check questionnaire is generated on the application program interface of the mobile terminal, the last processing date of the big data stored in the database is firstly inquired, and then the transaction dates in all question surfaces are replaced by the last processing date in the check questionnaire to ask questions. Therefore, the date of the transaction record can be ensured to be uniform with the date in the problem topic, a maintenance function for the problem topic can be correspondingly provided, and a verification problem function is added, repaired and deleted. And monitoring and checking the answer accuracy of the problem, and collecting user feedback to optimize the problem which is not well understood and the problem which is easy to make mistakes.
According to the traffic card owner identification method, if the target traffic card is not the name card, an answer instruction is generated, the answer type of the target traffic card is determined according to the answer instruction, the answer range of the target traffic card is determined according to the answer type, the question identification range of the target traffic card is determined according to the answer range, a preset number of questionnaire questions are extracted from the question identification range, the verification questionnaire is generated according to the questionnaire questions, the owner of the traffic card is identified, the theft and the binding are prevented, the effectiveness of manual checking operation is reduced, and the efficiency is further improved.
Furthermore, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a storage medium having a traffic owner identification program stored thereon, where the traffic owner identification program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the traffic owner identification method as described above.
Since the storage medium adopts all technical solutions of all the embodiments, at least all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the embodiments are achieved, and no further description is given here.
In addition, referring to fig. 5, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a traffic owner identification device, where the traffic owner identification device includes:
the determining module 10 is configured to determine the mobile terminal according to the check target traffic card instruction when the check target traffic card instruction is received.
A detecting module 20, configured to detect whether the mobile terminal has an NFC function.
The determining module 30 is configured to determine whether the target transportation card is a name card according to the card number of the target transportation card if the mobile terminal does not have the NFC function.
And the checking module 40 is used for performing owner identity checking on the target traffic card through a checking question book if the target traffic card is not a name card.
