It should be noted that in the claims, any reference signs placed between parentheses shall not be construed as limiting the claim. The word "comprising" does not exclude the presence of elements or steps not listed in a claim. The word "a" or "an" preceding an element does not exclude the presence of a plurality of such elements. The invention may be implemented by means of hardware comprising several distinct elements, and by means of a suitably programmed computer. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made therein without departing from the scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims and their equivalents, and it is intended that the invention encompass such changes and modifications as well.
Claims (10)
1. A reimbursement voucher processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring image information of a reimbursement certificate;
acquiring identity identification information;
establishing an incidence relation between the image information and the identity identification information;
and identifying keywords in the image information, and filing the reimbursement voucher according to the keywords.
2. The reimbursement voucher processing method according to claim 1, wherein the identifying a keyword in the image information and archiving the reimbursement voucher according to the keyword specifically comprises:
and acquiring an accounting element in the image information according to the keyword, establishing an index for the reimbursement voucher according to the accounting element and inputting the reimbursement voucher into a management information system.
3. The reimbursement voucher processing method of claim 1, further comprising, prior to the steps of indexing the reimbursement voucher based on the accounting elements and entering the reimbursement voucher into a management information system:
and identifying keywords in the reimbursement voucher, and determining the authenticity of the reimbursement voucher according to the matching condition of the keywords and a database.
4. The reimbursement voucher processing method of claim 1, further comprising:
responding to a scanned image of a reimbursement voucher, determining an entry state of the reimbursement voucher, and prompting the entry state, wherein the entry state comprises: reimbursement has been committed or completed.
5. The reimbursement voucher processing method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the image information of the reimbursement voucher specifically comprises:
analyzing the bar code information in the image information, and acquiring the content information of the reimbursement voucher according to an analysis result;
and when the reimbursement voucher is determined to have reimbursement qualification according to the content information, generating a reimbursement process based on the identification information and the reimbursement voucher.
6. The reimbursement voucher processing method of claim 1, further comprising:
associating corresponding applicant information according to the identity identification information;
retrieving the content information of the reimbursement voucher according to the received applicant information, or
Retrieving the applicant information according to the received reimbursement voucher content information,
wherein the applicant information comprises one or more of: name, job number, department, job level, mobile phone number, collection account name, and line of opening an account.
7. The reimbursement voucher processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the obtaining of the identification information specifically comprises:
and acquiring biological characteristic information, acquiring corresponding identity recognition information based on the biological characteristic information, and associating the identity recognition information with the image information.
8. An reimbursement credential processing apparatus, comprising: memory, processor and program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the program being capable of implementing the steps defined by the reimbursement credential processing method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7 when executed by the processor.
9. A terminal, comprising:
the reimbursement credential processing device according to claim 8.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program, characterized in that the computer program, when executed, implements the steps of the reimbursement credential processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
