receiving reservation information;
determining vehicle type information and load information according to the reservation information, and determining first vehicle information according to the vehicle type information and the load information;
and searching an employee information base according to the first vehicle information, and determining user information associated with the first vehicle.

The pick-up reservation information processing method according to claim 1, wherein the reservation information includes pick-up time information, transportation goods information, transportation amount information, origin information, and destination information; the determining of the vehicle type information and the load information according to the reservation information and the determining of the first vehicle information according to the vehicle type information and the load information specifically comprise:
determining cargo type information according to the transported cargo information, and searching a vehicle information base according to the cargo type information to determine vehicle type information;
determining load information according to the traffic information, and determining vehicle set information according to the vehicle type information and the load information;
determining transportation time length information according to the origin information and the destination information, and determining departure time information according to the transportation time length information and the goods picking time information;
and determining vehicle subset information according to the departure time information and the vehicle set information, and determining first vehicle information in the vehicle subset information according to the origin information and a preset processing mechanism.
3. The pick-up reservation information processing method according to claim 2, wherein the determining load information from the transportation amount information and the determining vehicle set information from the vehicle type information and the load information specifically include:
acquiring a plurality of load thresholds according to the vehicle type information, and determining load information according to the traffic information; the load information comprises a first load interval consisting of two load thresholds;
searching the vehicle information base according to the vehicle type information and the first load section to obtain the bookable vehicle information, and counting the number of bookable vehicles;
when the number of reservable vehicles is larger than 0, the reservable vehicle information is used as the vehicle set information;
and when the number of the reserved vehicles is 0, determining a second load section according to the first load section, and searching the vehicle information base according to the vehicle type information and the second load section to determine vehicle set information.
4. The pick-up reservation information processing method according to claim 2, wherein the determining transportation time length information from the origin information and the destination information specifically comprises:
determining mileage information according to the origin information and the destination information, and determining driving duration information according to the mileage information;
determining redundant time length information according to the running time length information and a preset coefficient;
and determining the transportation time length information according to the running time length information and the redundant time length information.

The pick-up reservation information processing method according to claim 1, wherein the user information includes a user ID and a user status; the user state comprises a state to be distributed and a distributed state; searching the employee information base according to the first vehicle information, and determining the user information associated with the first vehicle specifically includes:
searching an employee information base according to the first vehicle information, and determining a first user associated with the first vehicle;
when the user state of a first user is a state to be distributed, determining user information associated with the first vehicle as first user information;
and when the user state of the first user is the distributed state, searching the employee information base, determining a second user with the user state to be the distributed state according to a preset selection mechanism, and determining the user information associated with the first vehicle as the second user information.

The pick-up reservation information processing method according to claim 2, wherein the determining of the vehicle subset information according to the departure time information and the vehicle set information, and the determining of the first vehicle information in the vehicle subset information according to the origin information and the preset processing mechanism specifically comprises:
determining vehicle subset information according to the departure time information and the vehicle set information;
determining the vehicle information capable of being sent in the vehicle subset information according to the origin information, and counting the number of vehicles capable of being sent;
when the number of the vehicles capable of being sent is larger than 0, determining first vehicle information in the vehicle subset information according to the vehicle information capable of being sent and a preset processing mechanism;
when the number of the vehicles capable of being sent is 0, determining scheduling information according to the origin information and the preset distance, and determining first vehicle information in the vehicle subset information according to the scheduling information and a preset processing mechanism.
7. The pick-up reservation information processing method according to claim 2, further comprising, after the determining the user information associated with the first vehicle:
and generating order information according to the reservation information, the departure time information, the first vehicle information and the user information, and respectively sending the order information to the user associated with the first vehicle.
8. A pickup reservation information processing apparatus, comprising:
the processing module is used for receiving reservation information;
determining vehicle type information and load information according to the reservation information, and determining first vehicle information according to the vehicle type information and the load information;
and searching an employee information base according to the first vehicle information, and determining user information associated with the first vehicle.
9. An electronic device, comprising: a memory, a processor, and a transceiver;
