Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present invention provides an embodiment of a dual drum washing machine. In the present embodiment, the up-down direction and the front-back direction are used to describe the orientation of the dual drum washing machine during operation, and do not include the orientation of the dual drum washing machine during transportation or production. The vertical direction means a direction extending substantially along the gravity, but not necessarily completely parallel to the gravity, and the longitudinal direction means a direction extending substantially along the axis of two tubular bodies in a double-drum washing machine, wherein one end of the tubular body provided with an opening is a front end and the other end is a rear end.
Referring to fig. 1, a dual-drum washing machine 100 according to the present invention includes a casing 10, a first drum 11, a second drum 12, a damper 30 and a mounting bracket 20, wherein the casing 10 has a receiving cavity, the first drum 11, the second drum 12 and the mounting bracket 20 are disposed in the receiving cavity, the damper 30 is disposed in the receiving cavity, and one end of the damper 30 is connected to the casing 10, wherein the mounting bracket 20 is provided with a first bearing position 201 and a second bearing position 202, the first bearing position 201 is used for mounting the first drum 11, the second bearing position 202 is used for mounting the second drum 12, and the mounting bracket 20 is connected to the other end of the damper 30 and supported by the casing 10 through the damper 30.
In this embodiment, the housing 10 is an enclosure enclosing the exterior of the dual-drum washing machine 100 and has a receiving cavity in which the internal components of the washing machine are disposed. The casing 10 plays a role of bearing and protecting the internal components of the washing machine, and can transmit the weight of the internal components of the washing machine and the vibration generated during the operation of the washing machine to the ground. The shape and material of the housing 10 are not limited, but generally, the housing is a box-shaped member, and may be made of steel, engineering plastic, or the like. The first and second drums 11 and 12 may be provided with a drum of a washing machine, or may be other types of washing drums, and water, detergent, and the like may be injected to wash laundry in the drum when the washing machine is in operation. The first cylinder 11 and the second cylinder 12 may work separately or simultaneously, and when working, the first cylinder 11 and/or the second cylinder 12 vibrate. The specific structure of the mounting bracket 20 is not limited, and mainly plays a role of carrying the first barrel 11 and the second barrel 12, and a first carrying position 201 and a second carrying position 202 are provided thereon for respectively mounting the first barrel 11 and the second barrel 12 so as to transmit the gravity of the first barrel 11 and the second barrel 12 to the casing 10, and particularly, are supported on the casing 10 by the shock absorber 30 connecting the mounting bracket 20 and the casing 10. Preferably, the damper 30 is provided at a lower end of the mounting bracket 20. The type of the damper 30 is not limited as long as it can reduce the vibration generated by the first and second cylinder bodies 11 and 12 during operation. For example, a conventional spring type shock absorber 30 or a damper type shock absorber 30 may be used.
In the present embodiment, the double-drum washing machine 100 directly connects the first drum 11 and the second drum 12 to the damper 30, respectively, by the installation of the mounting bracket 20. In contrast to the conventional dual drum washing machine 100, in the structure in which the dual drums are connected to each other by the connecting members, and one of the drums is connected to the damper 30, the first drum 11 and the second drum 12 are directly connected to the damper 30 through the mounting bracket 20 in this embodiment. In this way, most of the shaking and stress generated during the operation of the first cylinder 11 and the second cylinder 12 is transmitted to the housing 10 through the mounting frame 20, and although the vibration is still transmitted between the first cylinder 11 and the second cylinder 12, because the first cylinder 11 and the second cylinder 12 are directly connected to the damper 30, compared with the structure of the conventional dual-cylinder washing machine 100, the interference between the first cylinder 11 and the second cylinder 12 can be effectively reduced. And because of the arrangement of the mounting bracket 20, the overall rigidity of the washing machine is enhanced, resonance is not easy to generate, so that the amplitude and noise of the double-drum washing machine 100 during working are reduced, the service life of the machine is prolonged, and the use experience of a user is improved.
The upper tub of the conventional dual tub washing machine 100 is generally connected to the casing 10 by the hanging spring 40, and stress and deformation are concentrated at the connection of the hanging spring 40 and the upper tub when the upper tub vibrates, easily causing deformation and damage of the upper tub. In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the upper end of the mounting bracket is suspended to the casing 10 by the suspension spring 40, so that the assembly formed by the mounting bracket 20, the first cylinder 11 and the second cylinder 12 is integrally and elastically connected to the casing 10 by the arrangement of the suspension spring 40 and the damper 30, and a certain buffer space is provided between the assembly and the casing 10, on one hand, the assembly is supported by multiple points between the assembly and the casing 10, so as to enhance the stability of the assembly, and on the other hand, the vibration transmission to the casing 10 during the operation of the first cylinder 11 and the second cylinder 12 is reduced by the arrangement of the suspension spring 40 and the damper 30, so as to reduce the amplitude and noise during the operation of the dual-cylinder washing machine 100. In addition, the disadvantage that the hanging spring 40 is directly connected with the first cylinder 11, which causes the first cylinder 11 to be easily damaged, can be avoided.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and 3, a plurality of dampers 30 are provided, and the damping direction of each damper 30 is directed to the center of mass of the assembly of the mounting frame 20, the first cylinder 11 and the second cylinder 12. In this embodiment, the mounting frame 20, the first cylinder 11 and the second cylinder 12 can be considered as a relatively rigid body as a whole, having a common center of mass. When the dual drum washing machine 100 operates, the rigid body generates vibration and transmits the vibration to the casing 10 through the plurality of dampers 30. In the present embodiment, the damping direction of the shock absorber 30 refers to the direction in which the shock absorber 30 absorbs vibration during operation, for example, for a spring type shock absorber 30, the direction in which a spring in the shock absorber 30 extends, and for a damping type shock absorber 30, the direction in which a hydraulic cylinder or a pneumatic cylinder expansion member extends. The damping direction of each damper 30 points to the mass center of the assembly composed of the mounting frame 20, the first cylinder 11 and the second cylinder 12, so that the damping effect of the damper 30 is fully exerted, and the damping effect is improved.
In one embodiment, an elastic wear-resistant member (not shown) is disposed between the mounting frame 20 and the first cylinder 11. In one embodiment, a resilient wear member (not shown) is disposed between the mounting frame 20 and the first barrel 12. The two embodiments described above can be implemented in combination.
The first cylinder 11 and the second cylinder 12 respectively generate vibration during operation, and abrasion is easily generated due to a gap at a joint between the mounting brackets 20. The wear of the first cylinder 11 and/or the second cylinder 12 is reduced through the arrangement of the elastic wear-resistant parts, and the buffer effect and the noise reduction can be achieved. The elastic wear-resistant part is generally made of elastic plastic materials and can be a rubber pad or sponge and the like.
Based on the above embodiment, the mounting frame 20 includes the connecting frame 21 and the weight frame 22 sequentially distributed in the up-down direction, the first bearing position 201 is disposed on the connecting frame 21, the second bearing position 202 is disposed on the weight frame 22, and the lower end of the weight frame 22 is supported on the housing 10 through the shock absorber 30.
In the present embodiment, the connecting frame 21 serves to connect and support the first barrel 11, and the weight frame 22 serves to support the second barrel 12. The weight frame 22 has a larger mass than the connecting frame 21, so that the center of gravity of the assembly of the mounting frame 20, the first cylinder 11 and the second cylinder 12 is lowered, the overall stability is improved, the vibration amplitude of the double-cylinder washing machine 100 during operation is reduced, and the operation noise is reduced. The connecting frame 21 and the weight frame 22 may be provided integrally or separately. When the two are integrally provided, the connecting frame 21 has a relatively thin size, and the weight frame 22 may have a large size and/or be mounted with a weight member. In this embodiment, the connecting frame 21 and the weight frame 22 may be provided separately, and when they are provided separately, the connecting frame 21 may be made of a light material such as an aluminum alloy or a steel material, the weight frame 22 may be made of a material having a relatively high density such as a reinforced concrete, or a weight having a relatively high density may be further attached, and the lower end of the weight frame 22 is supported by the housing 10 through the damper 30.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the weight frame 22 includes two weight frames 221 respectively disposed at two ends of the second barrel 12, one of the two weight frames 221 is fixedly connected to the front end of the second barrel 12, the other one of the two weight frames 221 is fixedly connected to the rear end of the second barrel 12, and the lower ends of the two weight frames 221 are connected by a weight rod 222 extending along the front-rear direction. In this embodiment, the two weight frames 221 are respectively disposed at the front and rear ends of the second cylinder 12 and are respectively used for being connected and fixed with the second cylinder 12, the two weight frames 221 are connected through the weight rod 222, the weight rod 222 may be made of a material with a large mass such as reinforced concrete, and the weight rod 222 is connected to the lower ends of the two weight frames 221, so as to further reduce the center of gravity of the weight frame 22, improve the overall stability of the dual-drum washing machine 100, and reduce the amplitude. The weight lever 222 also serves to connect the two weight frames 221 and to improve the overall rigidity of the weight frame 22, particularly in the front-rear direction.
Further, each weight frame 221 includes two weight plates 223 and a weight bridge 224 respectively, and two weight plates 223 are located the both sides of second barrel 12 respectively, and are connected fixedly with second barrel 12 respectively, and weight bridge 224 detachably connects between two weight plates 223, and is located two weight plate 223 lower extremes. In this embodiment, the counterweight bridge 224 may be a reinforced concrete connecting member, has a relatively large mass, is disposed between the two counterweight plates 223 of the counterweight frame 221, and is located at the lower ends of the two counterweight plates 223, on one hand, the overall gravity center of the counterweight frame 22 is further reduced, and on the other hand, a suitable counterweight may be selected according to the actual working condition of the dual drum washing machine 100, so that the adaptability of the mounting frame 20 is relatively high. Because the whole mass of the counterweight frame 221 is large, if the counterweight frame 221 is integrally arranged, the transportation and the assembly are inconvenient, the counterweight bridge 224 and the counterweight plate 223 are arranged in a split manner, so that the assembly process of the double-drum washing machine 100 is simpler, the risk of difficulty in installation due to the fact that the counterweight frame 221 and the second drum 12 are not in size is reduced, the requirement on the size precision of the counterweight frame 221 is reduced, and the assembly efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, two weight rods 222 are provided on both sides of the second cylinder 12, and four shock absorbers 30 are provided, wherein two shock absorbers 30 support one of the weight rods 222, and the other two shock absorbers 30 support the other weight rod 222. As such, through the arrangement of the two weight bars 222, the overall rigidity of the mounting frame 20 is enhanced, and the four shock absorbers 30 are matched with the weight bars 222, so that the gravity and vibration transmission is more uniform.
In an embodiment, the connection frame 21 includes two connection frames 211 respectively disposed at two sides of the first barrel 11, each connection frame 211 includes two connection plates 212 and one connection rod 213, the two connection plates 212 of each connection frame 211 are respectively disposed at two ends of the first barrel 11 and are respectively connected and fixed with the first barrel 11, the connection rod 213 of each connection frame 211 extends along the front-back direction, and two ends are respectively fixed with upper ends of the two corresponding connection plates 212. In this embodiment, two connection frames 211 are respectively arranged on two sides of the ground cylinder, so that the connection frames 211 and the first cylinder 11 are more easily adapted in size, and the requirement on the size precision of the connection frames 211 is reduced. The two connecting plates 212 are respectively connected and fixed with two ends of the first cylinder 11 to stably support the first cylinder 11, the connecting rod 213 extends along the front-back direction, and two ends of the connecting rod are respectively fixed with the upper ends of the two corresponding connecting plates 212, so as to well enhance the rigidity of the connecting frame 21, and further enhance the overall rigidity of the mounting frame 20, especially the rigidity in the front-back direction.
Furthermore, the number of the connecting portions 50 between each connecting plate 212 and the first cylinder 11 and the second cylinder 12 is three, and the three connecting portions 50 are distributed in a triangular shape. In this embodiment, the connecting frame 211 is connected to both the first barrel 11 and the second barrel 12, so as to further increase the overall rigidity of the assembly. The number of the connection portions 50 between each connection plate 212 and the first cylinder 11 and the second cylinder 12 is three, wherein the connection portions 50 refer to fixed connection points between the first cylinder 11 or the second cylinder 12 and the connection plates 212, and a connection member is provided at the fixed connection points to firmly connect the first cylinder 11 or the second cylinder 12 and the connection plates 212, and the connection member may be a bolt or the like. The three connecting portions 50 are distributed in a triangular shape, so that the connection between the first cylinder 11 and the second cylinder 12 is more stable, the torsional rigidity between the first cylinder and the second cylinder is enhanced, and the possibility of torsional deformation during vibration is reduced.
In one embodiment, the hanging springs 40 are respectively disposed on the connecting rods 213, so that the connecting frame 21 is hung on the housing 10 through the hanging springs 40, and the hanging springs 40 are disposed at a position close to the central portion of the whole mounting frame 20, so that the gravity and vibration are transmitted more uniformly.
In an embodiment, the lower extreme of two connecting plates 212 of each connecting frame 211 is connected fixedly with two counter weight frames 221 upper ends respectively, so realize being connected of link 21 and counter weight frame 22 to the tie point between the two is total everywhere, distributes in the four corners of link 21, and hookup location sets up rationally, and gravity and vibration transmission are even, can also reduce stress concentration, the whole life of extension mounting bracket 20.
