Particularly, in the case of washing and dehydrating jeans or woolen sweaters, the weight distribution in the upper drum 40 or the lower drum 30 is uneven to lose balance, so that a severe vibration is caused and a 'popping, popping' impact sound is emitted. And the four first dampers 50 are installed at the four stress positions of the lower drum 30, which is characterized by a large damping coefficient, even if serious unbalance phenomenon occurs in the drum during washing and washing clothes, the machine body will not continuously vibrate, and no unpleasant noise will be generated.
Specifically, four first dampers 50 are located at four corners of the bottom cavity wall of the installation cavity 10a, and both ends of each first damper 50 are respectively connected to the bottom cavity wall of the installation cavity 10a and the lower cylinder 30; so set up, when the double drum washing machine is running and washing, the in-process of rotating clothes in the upper drum 40 and the lower drum 30 generates certain vibrations, and four first dampers 50 are utilized to move from four directions of the lower drum 30, thereby reducing the vibrations of the lower drum 30 and the upper drum 40 connected with the first dampers 50, and further reducing the vibrations of the double drum washing machine.

In the present embodiment, two second dampers 60 are located at opposite sides of the upper cylinder 40, and both ends of each second damper 60 are respectively connected with the side cavity wall of the installation cavity 10a and the upper cylinder 40; so set, when the dual tub washing machine is running to wash laundry, a certain vibration is generated in the process of rotating clothes in the upper tub 40 and the lower tub 30, and the two second dampers 60 are moved from two directions of the upper tub 40, thereby reducing the vibration of the upper tub 40 connected with the second dampers 60, thereby reducing the vibration of the dual tub washing machine.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, the dual drum washing machine further includes at least two tension springs 70 disposed at intervals, two ends of each tension spring 70 are respectively connected with the upper drum 40 and the top cavity wall of the installation cavity 10a, and the two tension springs 70 are disposed at intervals with the lower drum 30.
In this embodiment, two tension springs 70 are respectively connected with the upper drum 40 and the top wall of the installation cavity 10a, so that when the dual drum washing machine is operated to wash clothes, the two tension springs 70 can tension and suspend the upper drum 40 above the lower drum 30, thereby avoiding the upper drum 40 from moving in the direction close to the lower drum 30, avoiding the collision between the upper drum 40 and the lower drum 30, and improving the operation stability of the dual drum washing machine.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, 3 and 4, the dual tub washing machine further includes at least one elastic pad disposed between the connection assembly 22 and the upper tub 40. So set up, if coupling assembling 22 and upper cylinder 40 produce when the assembly error when assembling, the clearance between coupling assembling 22 and the upper cylinder 40 is sealed to the accessible elastic gasket, and then promotes coupling tightness of coupling assembling 22 and upper cylinder 40 to promote the connection tightness between counter weight mechanism 20 and the upper cylinder 40.
The foregoing description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, and all equivalent structural changes made by the description of the present invention and the accompanying drawings or direct/indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the scope of the invention.
