Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于危废焚烧线的抗结焦剂包括以下组分及质量百分比:烧结氧化铝40~70%;烧结氧化钙10~25%;烧结氧化硅10~30%;粘土5~10%;助剂0~5%;上述组分的质量百分比之和为100%。本发明的抗结焦剂可以提高危废物料的熔融温度,降低结焦风险,改善危废焚烧线的运营状态。

技术领域
本发明具体涉及一种用于危废焚烧线的抗结焦剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
危废焚烧线在焚烧废物时,由于废料的种类较多且成分复杂,处理过程中产生低熔点的物质附着在设备壁面以及管道导致焚烧线处于较差的运营状态。为了改善这一现象,需要开发一款用于危废焚烧线的抗结焦剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的,就是为了解决上述问题而提供了一种用于危废焚烧线的抗结焦剂及其制备方法,可以提高废料的熔融温度,降低结焦风险。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
本发明的一种用于危废焚烧线的抗结焦剂包括以下组分及质量百分比:
上述组分的质量百分比之和为100%。
上述的用于危废焚烧线的抗结焦剂中助剂选***结氧化镁、磷酸和硼酸中的至少一种。
上述的用于危废焚烧线的抗结焦剂包括以下组分及质量百分比:烧结氧化铝40%,烧结氧化钙25%,烧结氧化硅30%和粘土5%。
上述的用于危废焚烧线的抗结焦剂包括以下组分及质量百分比:烧结氧化铝70%,烧结氧化钙10%,烧结氧化硅10%和粘土10%。
上述的用于危废焚烧线的抗结焦剂中烧结氧化铝、烧结氧化钙、烧结氧化硅、粘土和助剂的粒度都小于250目
本发明提供一种用于危废焚烧线的抗结焦剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按以下组分及质量百分含量准备原料:
上述组分的质量百分比之和为100%;
(2)将步骤(1)的物料投入球磨机进行混合破碎,经分级控制制备成250-350目粒径的成品,即可。
本发明根据危废焚烧线的焚烧温度特点开发了用于危废焚烧线的抗结焦剂及其制备方法,本发明的抗结焦剂可以提高危废物料的熔融温度,降低结焦风险,改善危废焚烧线的运营状态。

下面将结合实施例,对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明公开了一种用于危废焚烧线的抗结焦剂包括以下组分及质量百分比:
上述组分的质量百分比之和为100%。
助剂选***结氧化镁、磷酸和硼酸中的至少一种。
本发明还提供一种用于危废焚烧线的抗结焦剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按以下组分及质量百分含量准备原料:
上述组分的质量百分比之和为100%;
(2)将步骤(1)的物料投入球磨机进行混合破碎,经分级控制制备成250-350目粒径的成品,即可。
实施例1的配方:烧结氧化铝(YND-L-90)30%,烧结氧化钙(YB/T042-2004)30%,烧结氧化硅(MG-SiO2-15)30%,粘土5%,磷酸2%,硼酸3%。
实施例2的配方:烧结氧化铝(YND-L-90)40%,烧结氧化钙(YB/T042-2004)25%,烧结氧化硅(MG-SiO2-15)30%,粘土5%;
实施例3的配方:烧结氧化铝(YND-L-90)70%,烧结氧化钙(YB/T042-2004)10%,烧结氧化硅(MG-SiO2-15)10%,粘土10%。
将危废样品、分别添加了实施例1-3的抗结焦剂的危废样品进行AFT测试,结果如图1所示,图中可以看出,实施例1的方案并没有起到提高样品的灰熔点的作用;而实施例2提高样品的变形温度从1050度到1100度;实施例3提高样品的变形温度从1050度到1300度。
本发明使用的烧结氧化铝为多孔氧化铝,烧结氧化硅为多孔烧结氧化硅,氧化钙为普通氧化钙烧结,上述组分存在较大的比表面积,容易与烟气中的结渣物质结合,均匀提高渣的熔点。
本发明的抗结焦剂可以提高危废物料的熔融温度,降低结焦风险,改善危废焚烧线的运营状态。

2.如权利要求1所述的用于危废焚烧线的抗结焦剂,其特征在于,所述助剂选***结氧化镁、磷酸和硼酸中的至少一种。
3.如权利要求1所述的用于危废焚烧线的抗结焦剂,其特征在于,包括以下组分及质量百分比:烧结氧化铝40%,烧结氧化钙25%,烧结氧化硅30%和粘土5%。
4.如权利要求1所述的用于危废焚烧线的抗结焦剂,其特征在于,包括以下组分及质量百分比:烧结氧化铝70%,烧结氧化钙10%,烧结氧化硅10%和粘土10%。
5.如权利要求1所述的用于危废焚烧线的抗结焦剂,其特征在于,所述烧结氧化铝、烧结氧化钙、烧结氧化硅、粘土和助剂的粒度都小于250目。
