clicking a payment record link corresponding to the to-be-processed refund work order, and accessing a payment page corresponding to the to-be-processed refund work order;
acquiring second HTML information corresponding to the to-be-processed fee-returning work order;
and analyzing the second HTML information to obtain a corresponding second analysis page.
In an alternative, the program 510 causes the processor 502 to:
acquiring addresses corresponding to at least two target fields from the second HTML information, wherein each target field corresponds to the payment information, and each target field corresponds to an address;
rewriting addresses corresponding to the at least two target fields respectively to obtain corresponding second rewritten addresses;
respectively initiating http requests based on the corresponding second rewriting addresses to obtain corresponding second analysis pages, wherein the second analysis pages comprise at least two second analysis pages, and one second analysis page corresponds to one second rewriting address;
the program 510 causes the processor 502 to perform the following operations:
and respectively capturing data from the at least two second analysis pages, wherein the captured data form the payment information.
In an alternative, the program 510 causes the processor 502 to:
displaying the payment information according to a preset format, and uploading the screenshot to a corresponding after-sale platform;
and refusing the refund request corresponding to the refund work order.
In the embodiment of the invention, the after-sale page and the payment page are automatically and respectively analyzed, then the payment information and the consumption information are respectively obtained from the analyzed page, whether the corresponding refund work order is reasonable or not is determined according to the matching result of the payment information and the consumption information, and the customer service staff does not need to log in different systems to obtain information, thereby improving the processing efficiency.

Claims (10)

1. A method of automatically processing a refund request, the method comprising:
when the refund work order needs to be processed, accessing an after-sale page corresponding to the refund work order to be processed of the after-sale platform, analyzing the after-sale page to obtain a corresponding analysis page, and capturing consumption information from the analysis page;
visiting a payment page corresponding to the to-be-processed refund work order of the CRM platform, analyzing the payment page to obtain a corresponding analysis page, and capturing payment information from the analysis page;
and if the consumption information is matched with the payment information, determining that the corresponding refund request is invalid.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein before accessing an after-sales page corresponding to the pending refund work order and parsing the after-sales page to obtain a corresponding parsed page and capturing consumption information from the parsed page, the method further comprises:
receiving a refund work order processing request;
the method comprises the steps of accessing an after-sale page of an after-sale platform and obtaining a refund work order list, wherein the refund work order list comprises at least one refund work order to be processed and a corresponding refund work order link to be processed;
selecting the refund work order to be processed from the refund work order category;
if the consumption information is matched with the payment information, after determining that the corresponding refund request is invalid, the method further comprises the following steps:
and if the number of the to-be-processed refund work orders in the current refund work order list is not zero, switching to the step of selecting one to-be-processed refund work order link.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the accessing an after-sales page corresponding to the pending refund worksheet of the after-sales platform and parsing the after-sales page to obtain a corresponding parsed page comprises:
clicking a link corresponding to the selected to-be-processed refund work order, and accessing an after-sale page corresponding to the to-be-processed refund work order;
acquiring first HTML information corresponding to the to-be-processed fee-returning work order;
and analyzing the first HTML information to obtain a corresponding first analysis page.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein parsing the first HTML information to obtain a corresponding first parsed page comprises:
acquiring addresses corresponding to at least two target characters from the first HTML information, wherein each target character corresponds to the consumption information, and each target character corresponds to an address;
rewriting the corresponding addresses respectively to obtain corresponding first rewriting addresses;
respectively initiating http requests based on the corresponding first rewriting addresses, and accessing corresponding first analysis pages, wherein each first analysis page corresponds to one rewriting address;
the capturing consumption information from the analysis page specifically comprises:
and respectively capturing data from the corresponding first analysis pages, wherein the captured data form the consumption information.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the accessing a payment page corresponding to the pending refund work order of the CRM platform, parsing the payment page to obtain a corresponding parsed page, comprises:
accessing a payment page of the CRM platform, wherein the payment page comprises a payment list, and the payment list comprises payment record links of a plurality of consumption objects;
clicking a payment record link corresponding to the to-be-processed refund work order, and accessing a payment page corresponding to the to-be-processed refund work order;
acquiring second HTML information corresponding to the to-be-processed fee-returning work order;
and analyzing the second HTML information to obtain a corresponding second analysis page.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein parsing the second HTML information to obtain a corresponding second parsed page comprises:
acquiring addresses corresponding to at least two target fields from the second HTML information, wherein each target field corresponds to the payment information, and each target field corresponds to an address;
rewriting addresses corresponding to the at least two target fields respectively to obtain corresponding second rewritten addresses;
respectively initiating http requests based on the corresponding second rewriting addresses to obtain corresponding second analysis pages, wherein the second analysis pages comprise at least two second analysis pages, and one second analysis page corresponds to one second rewriting address;
the method for capturing payment information from the analysis page specifically comprises the following steps:
and respectively capturing data from the at least two second analysis pages, wherein the captured data form the payment information.
7. The method of any of claims 1 to 6, wherein after determining that the corresponding chargeback request is invalid, further comprising:
displaying the payment information according to a preset format, and uploading the screenshot to a corresponding after-sale platform;
and refusing the refund request corresponding to the refund work order.
8. An automated processing platform, comprising:
the first analysis module is used for accessing an after-sale page corresponding to the to-be-processed refund work order of the after-sale platform and analyzing the after-sale page to obtain a corresponding analysis page and capturing consumption information from the analysis page when the refund work order needs to be processed;
the second analysis module is used for accessing a payment page corresponding to the to-be-processed refund work order of the CRM platform, analyzing the payment page to obtain a corresponding analysis page, and capturing payment information from the analysis page;
and the processing module is used for determining that the corresponding refund request is invalid if the consumption information is matched with the payment information.
9. A server, comprising: the system comprises a processor, a memory, a communication interface and a communication bus, wherein the processor, the memory and the communication interface complete mutual communication through the communication bus;
the memory is adapted to store at least one executable instruction that causes the processor to perform the steps of the method of automatically processing a refund request according to any of claims 1-7.
10. A computer readable storage medium having stored therein at least one executable instruction for causing a processor to perform the steps of a method of automatically processing a refund request according to any of claims 1-7.
