s3, uniformly mixing the natural latex, the dispersing agent, the wetting agent, the stabilizer, the vulcanizing agent accelerator, the vulcanizing assistant, the antioxidant and the traditional Chinese medicine antibacterial agent to obtain mucilage E;
s4, carrying out dipping molding, drying, demoulding, vulcanizing and post-processing on the rubber cement E according to a conventional production method to obtain a condom body;
s5, filling the lubricating liquid into the packaging sleeve, and packaging the condom body into the packaging sleeve.

Claims (10)
1. An antibacterial latex condom is characterized by comprising a packaging sleeve and a condom body; the condom body is stored in the packaging sleeve; the package sleeve is filled with lubricating liquid;
the condom body comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80-150 parts of natural latex, 0.1-2 parts of dispersing agent, 0.1-2.4 parts of wetting agent, 0.1-3 parts of stabilizer, 0.2-2.5 parts of vulcanizing agent, 0.1-2 parts of vulcanizing agent accelerator, 0.1-1.8 parts of vulcanizing assistant, 0.1-2 parts of antioxidant, 0.1-0.5 part of nano silver, 0.8-3 parts of traditional Chinese medicine antibacterial agent and 1-5 parts of modified nano activated carbon.
2. The antibacterial latex condom of claim 1, wherein the condom body comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80 parts of natural latex, 0.1 part of dispersant, 0.1 part of wetting agent, 0.1 part of stabilizer, 0.2 part of vulcanizing agent, 0.1 part of vulcanizing agent accelerator, 0.1 part of vulcanizing assistant, 0.1 part of antioxidant, 0.1 part of nano silver, 0.8 part of traditional Chinese medicine antibacterial agent and 1 part of modified nano activated carbon.
3. The antibacterial latex condom of claim 1, wherein the condom body comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of natural latex, 0.9 part of dispersant, 1.5 parts of wetting agent, 1.8 parts of stabilizer, 1.8 parts of vulcanizing agent, 1.5 parts of vulcanizing agent accelerator, 1.1 parts of vulcanizing assistant, 1.5 parts of antioxidant, 0.3 part of nano silver, 2 parts of traditional Chinese medicine antibacterial agent and 3 parts of modified nano activated carbon.
4. The antibacterial latex condom of claim 1, wherein the condom body comprises the following components in parts by weight: 150 parts of natural latex, 2 parts of dispersing agent, 2.4 parts of wetting agent, 3 parts of stabilizing agent, 2.5 parts of vulcanizing agent, 2 parts of vulcanizing agent accelerator, 1.8 parts of vulcanizing assistant, 2 parts of antioxidant, 0.5 part of nano silver, 3 parts of traditional Chinese medicine antibacterial agent and 5 parts of modified nano activated carbon.
5. The antibacterial latex condom of claim 1, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine antibacterial agent comprises one or more of honeysuckle extract, coptis extract, purslane extract, hawthorn extract, prepared rehmannia root extract, cnidium fruit extract or acanthopanax extract.
6. The antibacterial latex condom as in claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the modified nano activated carbon comprises the following steps:
s61, adding activated carbon into hydrogen peroxide, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture A;
s62, heating the mixture A to 60-80 ℃, and placing the mixture A in ultrasonic equipment for treatment to obtain a mixture B;
s63, cooling the mixture B, filtering, and adjusting the pH of the obtained filtrate to be neutral to obtain a mixed solution C;
and S64, carrying out vacuum drying treatment on the mixed solution C to obtain the modified nano activated carbon.
7. The antibacterial latex condom as claimed in claim 6, wherein the power of mixture A in ultrasonic equipment is 0.8 kW-1.4 kW, and the treatment time is 2-5H.
8. The antiseptic latex condom as in claim 1, wherein said lubricant comprises a herbal antiseptic.
9. The antibacterial latex condom as in claim 1, wherein the length of the condom body is 160-210 mm, and the width of the condom body is 47-57 mm.
10. A method of producing an antibacterial latex condom, comprising an antibacterial latex condom as claimed in any of claims 1 to 9, characterised by the specific steps of:
s1, weighing the natural latex, the dispersing agent, the wetting agent, the stabilizer, the vulcanizing agent accelerator, the vulcanizing assistant, the antioxidant, the nano silver, the traditional Chinese medicine antibacterial agent and the modified nano activated carbon according to the parts by weight;
s2, dissolving the nano silver and the modified nano activated carbon by using deionized water to prepare a suspension D;
s3, uniformly mixing the natural latex, the dispersing agent, the wetting agent, the stabilizer, the vulcanizing agent accelerator, the vulcanizing assistant, the antioxidant and the traditional Chinese medicine antibacterial agent to obtain mucilage E;
s4, carrying out dipping molding, drying, demoulding, vulcanizing and post-processing on the rubber cement E according to a conventional production method to obtain a condom body;
s5, filling the lubricating liquid into the packaging sleeve, and packaging the condom body into the packaging sleeve.
