And one end of the electric telescopic rod 7 is connected with the swing arm 5, and the other end of the electric telescopic rod is fixedly connected with the clamping arm 6 so as to drive the clamping arm 6 to swing in the second plane. Specifically, a second hinge seat 9 is arranged at a position of the swing arm 5 close to the first end, one end of the electric telescopic rod 7 is hinged with the second hinge seat 9, and the other end of the electric telescopic rod is connected with a sliding block 10; the arm lock 6 is provided with a sliding track, and the sliding block 10 is installed on the sliding track.
