Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below, the embodiments described with reference to the drawings being illustrative, and the embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below.
A wheel package assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 18. The wheel package assembly may be applied to a rail vehicle 100 such as a straddle-type monorail vehicle. In the following description of the present application, the rail vehicle 100 is exemplified as a straddle-type monorail vehicle. Of course, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the rail vehicle 100 may also be other types of rail vehicles and is not limited to a straddle-type monorail vehicle.
As shown in fig. 1 to 18, the wheel package assembly according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a sub through passage 21 and two wheel packages 31.
The wheel package assembly is suitable for covering the wheel set and connecting two adjacent vehicle bodies 1. Specifically, at least two vehicle bodies 1 are arranged in order along the longitudinal direction of the track vehicle 100. For example, in the example of fig. 1, three vehicle bodies 1 and two wheel package assemblies each connected between two adjacent vehicle bodies 1 are shown, each wheel package assembly comprising one wheel set, one through passage 2 and two wheel packages 31. It is understood that the specific number of the vehicle bodies 1 can be specifically set according to actual requirements to better meet practical application, and the number of the wheel package assemblies can be specifically determined according to the number of the vehicle bodies 1.
The sub through passage 21 is adapted to be provided on the upper surface of the vehicle body underframe 11 of the vehicle body 1. The two wheel packages 31 are suitable for being arranged on the upper surface of the vehicle body underframe 11, the two wheel packages 31 are arranged at two ends of the sub through passage 21 in the length direction of the vehicle body 1, and the two wheel packages 31 and the sub through passage 21 are jointly covered above the wheel set. Because two wheel packages 31 are respectively arranged at the front end and the rear end of the sub through passage 21, the whole structure is more compact, and the space utilization rate is higher. Here, it should be noted that the direction "forward" is understood to be the direction toward the front of the rail vehicle 100, for example, a straddle-type monorail vehicle, and the opposite direction is defined as "rearward", i.e., the direction toward the rear of the rail vehicle 100, for example, a straddle-type monorail vehicle. The two wheel packages 31 and the sub through passage 21 jointly separate the wheel set from the inner space of the vehicle body 1, thereby ensuring the safety of passengers. Moreover, by locating the two wheel packages 31 of the wheel package set on the upper surface of the vehicle body under-frame 11, the wheel package 31 occupies a smaller indoor area and provides better visibility and ventilation in the vehicle body 1, as compared to a conventional wheel package extending from the roof to the floor. In addition, the two wheel packages 31 can be used as special luggage racks, the permeability in the vehicle is not influenced, the space in the vehicle can be fully utilized, and the riding comfort of passengers is improved.
According to the wheel package assembly of the embodiment of the invention, when the wheel package assembly is applied to the rail vehicle 100 such as a straddle type monorail vehicle, by providing the sub through passage 21 and the two wheel packages 31 on the upper surface of the vehicle body underframe 11 of the vehicle body 1, arranging the two wheel packages 31 at both ends of the sub through passage 21 in the length direction of the vehicle body 1, and covering the two wheel packages 31 and the sub through passage 21 together above the wheel set, the occupied space of the wheel packages 31 is relatively small, thereby improving the in-vehicle permeability of the rail vehicle 100 such as a straddle type monorail vehicle.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, in conjunction with fig. 9 and 10, the sub through passage 21 is retractable. Alternatively, the entire through passage 2 is a bellows, and thus the sub through passage 21 may be a part of the bellows, and when the rail vehicle 100 such as a straddle-type monorail vehicle is operated, the sub through passage 21 may have a certain amount of expansion and contraction in the front-rear direction to ensure the normal operation of the rail vehicle 100 such as a straddle-type monorail vehicle. Of course, the present invention is not limited to this, and the sub through passage 21 may have another type of retractable structure, for example, the sub through passage 21 may have elasticity so as to have a certain amount of deformation in the front-rear direction. When the wheel set needs to be repaired and maintained, only the corresponding wheel packet 31 needs to be detached, or the telescopic sub through passage 21 is compressed to one side at the same time (as shown in fig. 10). When the wheel set needs to be disassembled, the wheel packet 31 can be disassembled firstly, then the sub through passage 21 is compressed towards the wheel packet 31 on the other side, and the space left after compression meets the space required by disassembling the wheel set. So, can realize maintenance and the dismouting to the wheel group in the car better, compare with the traditional mode of dismantling the wheel with the automobile body hoist in the vehicle section that has the line to hang, can save a large amount of manpower and materials, can further save the time of changing the repair again to the operation maintenance cost of whole car has further been reduced. In addition, the fasteners between the bogie 4 and the vehicle body 1 do not need to be disassembled and assembled, so that the reliability of connection between the bogie 4 and the vehicle body 1 is effectively ensured, and the service life is prolonged.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 3, the top surface of the sub through passage 21 is flush with the top surfaces of the two wheel bags 31. In this case, the top surface of the sub through passage 21 and the top surfaces of the two wheel packages 31 are located in the same horizontal plane. With the arrangement, the space formed by the sub through passage 21 and the two wheel bags 31 can better cover at least two wheels 121 of the wheel set, the processing technology of the sub through passage 21 and the two wheel bags 31 is simplified, and the cost is reduced. According to a further embodiment of the present invention, the wheel package assembly further comprises: and a noise deadening member (not shown) provided between at least one of the wheel package 31 and the sub through passage 21 and the wheel set. That is, the noise dampers may be provided only between the wheel package 31 and the wheel set, or may be provided only between the sub through passage 21 and the wheel set, and of course, the noise dampers may be provided both between the wheel package 31 and the wheel set and between the sub through passage 21 and the wheel set. So configured, noise generated during operation of the rail vehicle 100, such as a straddle-type monorail vehicle, may be effectively reduced. Alternatively, the sound-deadening member is a sound-absorbing member (such as sound-absorbing cotton) or a sound-insulating member.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 3-10, each wheel package 31 is removably connected to the vehicle body chassis 11 and the sub through passage 21. When the wheel 121 needs to be repaired and maintained, only the corresponding wheel packet 31 needs to be detached, or the retractable sub through passage 21 is compressed to one side at the same time (as shown in fig. 10). When the wheel 121 needs to be disassembled, the wheel package 31 can be disassembled firstly, then the sub through passage 21 is compressed towards the wheel package 31 on the other side, and the space left after compression meets the space needed by disassembling the wheel 121. So, can realize in the car maintenance and dismouting to wheel 121, compare with the traditional mode of lifting up the automobile body and demolising the wheel in the section of vehicle that has the line to hang, can save a large amount of manpower and materials, can save the time of changing the repair again, greatly reduced the operation maintenance cost of whole car. In addition, the fasteners between the bogie 4 and the vehicle body 1 do not need to be disassembled and assembled, so that the reliability of connection between the bogie 4 and the vehicle body 1 is ensured, and the service life is prolonged.
Specifically, for example, referring to fig. 6 in combination with fig. 7, the bottom edge of each wheel package 31 is provided with a plurality of mounting portions 312 arranged at intervals, and the plurality of mounting portions 312 are screwed with the vehicle body under frame 11 by a plurality of threaded fasteners 313. Alternatively, the plurality of threaded fasteners 313 are bolts or the like. In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means two or more. For example, in the example of fig. 6-7, each mounting portion 312 may extend horizontally outward from a bottom edge of the wheel package 31 toward a direction away from a center of the wheel package 31. When mounted, the plurality of mounting portions 312 of each wheel package 31 are placed on the upper surface of the vehicle body under frame 11, and the plurality of threaded fasteners 313 may be threaded through the plurality of mounting portions 312, respectively, and the vehicle body under frame 11. Therefore, the connection is reliable, and the disassembly and the assembly are convenient.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 to 6, a mounting plate 5 is provided between the sub through passage 21 and each wheel package 31, the mounting plate 5 is detachably attached to the vehicle body under-frame 11, and the sub through passage 21 is detachably attached to the mounting plate 5. For example, referring to fig. 5, the edge of the sub through passage 21 and the mounting plate 5 are connected by a plurality of screw connectors, and the plurality of screw connectors are provided at intervals in the circumferential direction of the sub through passage 21. Alternatively, the plurality of threaded connectors are bolts or the like. Since the sub through passage 21 and the mounting plate 5 are detachably connected by a plurality of threaded connectors such as bolts, and the mounting plate 5 is detachably connected to the vehicle body under-frame 11, the sub through passage 21 can be detached, and the wheel 121 can be effectively detached from the vehicle. In addition, the sub through passage 21 is indirectly connected with the vehicle body chassis 11 through the mounting plate 5, so that the installation is firm, and the processing technology of the sub through passage 21 and the vehicle body chassis 11 is simplified. In addition, by adopting a mode of a plurality of threaded connecting pieces, the disassembly and assembly between the sub through passage 21 and the mounting plate 5 are simplified, and the cost is saved.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the mounting plate 5 is a frame-shaped structure, and a plurality of threaded connectors are evenly spaced along the circumference of the mounting plate 5. For example, in the example of fig. 4 to 5, the mounting plates 5 are arranged in the vertical direction, and the mounting plates 5 are located at the edges of the sub through passage 21 and the corresponding wheel bags 31, so that the sub through passage 21 and the two wheel bags 31 can jointly define a mounting cavity for mounting the wheel set while ensuring that the mounting plates 5 are reliably connected with the sub through passage 21. The mounting plate 5 may be formed with a plurality of connection holes 51, wherein two connection holes 51 may be respectively located at two corners of an upper end of the mounting plate 5, another two connection holes 51 may be respectively located at an end portion of a lower end of the mounting plate 5, and the remaining connection holes 51 are respectively located between the four connection holes 51 and are uniformly spaced. Therefore, the whole mounting plate 5 is stressed uniformly, and the reliability of connection between the sub through passage 21 and the mounting plate 5 can be effectively ensured.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, one side edge of each wheel package 31 facing the sub through passage 21 is provided with a flange 311, and the flange 311 overlaps one side surface of the mounting plate 5 adjacent to the sub through passage 21. For example, referring to fig. 6, a side of each wheel package 31 facing the sub through passage 21 may be open, and a flange 311 is provided at an edge of the open side of each wheel package 31. During assembly, the flange 311 may be lapped on a side surface of the mounting plate 5 adjacent to the other wheel 31. Therefore, the sealing performance in the vehicle can be effectively guaranteed.
According to some embodiments of the invention, referring to fig. 1-2 and 6 in combination with fig. 11-13, a bogie 4 is arranged between two adjacent vehicle bodies 1, and the bogie 4 is used for supporting the end parts of the two adjacent vehicle bodies 1. Alternatively, the supporting positions 41 of the bogie 4 to two adjacent vehicle bodies 1 are respectively located at four corners of the bogie 4, wherein the wheel sets are located in the bogie 4, and the two adjacent vehicle bodies 1 are hinged with the bogie 4, so that the two vehicle bodies 1 can move relatively.
Further, the hinge positions 42 of the adjacent two vehicle bodies 1 and the bogie 4 are located at both ends of the bogie 4 in the length direction of the vehicle body 1, and the hinge positions 42 are located on the same straight line with the two support positions 41 arranged in the axial direction of the wheel 121. For example, in the example of fig. 1 to 2, 6 and 11 to 13, the bogie 4 has a substantially rectangular structure, four wheels 121 are all arranged in the bogie 4, the support positions 41 of the bogie 4 for two adjacent vehicle bodies 1 are respectively located at four ends of the bogie 4, two support positions 41 located on the same side of the bogie 4 in the length direction are used for supporting the same vehicle body 1, two hinge positions 42 are provided, the bogie 4 is hinged to the two adjacent vehicle bodies 1 through the two hinge positions 42 to realize relative movement between the two vehicle bodies 1, and each hinge position 42 is located between the two support positions 41 on the same side of the bogie 4 in the length direction and is located on the same straight line with the two support positions 41. Therefore, the stability of the rail vehicle 100, such as a straddle-type monorail vehicle, in the running process can be effectively ensured.
Alternatively, the bogie 4 is a two-axle bogie, and the wheel set includes at least two wheels 121 arranged in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body 1 with their axes parallel. But is not limited thereto. The top of the wheel 121 protrudes above the upper surface of the vehicle body chassis 11.
Of these, four wheels 121 are shown in fig. 2, 11 and 13 for illustrative purposes, but it is obvious to those skilled in the art after reading the technical solution of the present application that the solution can be applied to other technical solutions of the number of wheels 121, which also falls within the protection scope of the present invention.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the bottom of the through passage 2 is provided with two transition plates 22, and the two transition plates 22 are respectively located at both sides of the wheel package 31. By the arrangement, relative motion between two adjacent vehicle bodies 1 can be effectively ensured, and normal running of the rail vehicle 100 such as a straddle type monorail vehicle is ensured.
Further, in conjunction with fig. 14-18, the rail vehicle 100, such as a straddle-type monorail vehicle, further comprises: the track vehicle comprises two pedals 6 and at least one telescopic bracket 7, wherein the two pedals 6 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the track vehicle 100 such as a straddle type monorail vehicle, the telescopic bracket 7 is connected between the two pedals 6, a transition plate 22 is overlapped above the two pedals 6, and the transition plate 22 is connected with the telescopic bracket 7 in a pivoting mode. For example, in the example of fig. 14 to 18, when the through passage is applied to a rail vehicle 100 such as a straddle-type monorail vehicle, two pedals 6 may be respectively provided at the connection portions of two vehicle bodies 1, the two pedals 6 are respectively connected to the two vehicle bodies 1, and the two pedals 6 are connected to each other through two telescopic brackets 7 arranged at left and right intervals to achieve relative approaching and separating between the two vehicle bodies 1, specifically, two pedal brackets 61 arranged at left and right intervals are fixedly connected to the bottom of each pedal 6, and both ends of each telescopic bracket 7 are respectively connected to the pedal brackets 61 at the bottom of the two pedals 6. The front and rear ends of the ferry plate 22 extend to just above the upper surfaces of the two pedals 6, respectively, and the ferry plate 22 is pivotally connected to both of the two telescopic brackets 7 so that the ferry plate 22 rotates with the movement of the rail vehicle 100, such as a straddle-type monorail vehicle. Here, it should be noted that the direction "front" is understood to be a direction toward the front of the rail vehicle 100, for example, a straddle-type monorail vehicle, and the opposite direction is defined as "rear", that is, a direction toward the rear of the rail vehicle 100, for example, a straddle-type monorail vehicle.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 14-15 in combination with fig. 16-18, the ferry plate 22 is pivotally connected to the telescopic bracket 7 by at least one pivot structure 8, at least one cover plate 9 is provided on the ferry plate 22, and the ferry plate 22 is detachably connected to the pivot structure 8 by the cover plate 9. For example, in the example of fig. 14 to 18, the ferry plate 22 is pivotally connected to one of the two telescopic brackets 7 by two pivot structures 8, and accordingly, two cover plates 9 are provided on the ferry plate 22, and the two cover plates 9 are respectively detachably connected directly above the two pivot structures 8. When the coupler 3 needs to be overhauled, maintained or disassembled, the cab apron 22 can be disassembled from the two telescopic supports 7 only by disassembling the two cover plates 9, and then the two pedals 6 are disassembled together with the two telescopic supports 7, so that the coupler 3 can be overhauled, maintained or disassembled in a vehicle.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a rail vehicle 100 according to an embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention, such as a straddle-type monorail vehicle, comprises: the vehicle comprises at least two vehicle bodies 1, wheel sets, at least one through passage 2 and at least one wheel package assembly. Wherein the wheel package assembly is according to the above-described first aspect embodiment of the invention.
Specifically, the wheel set is arranged between two adjacent vehicle bodies 1, and the top of the wheel set protrudes out of the upper surface of the vehicle body underframe 11 of the vehicle body 1. Thus, by arranging the top of the wheel set to protrude from the upper surface of the vehicle body underframe 11, the height of the vehicle body underframe 11 of the rail vehicle 100, such as a straddle-type monorail vehicle, can be reduced, and the driving safety of the rail vehicle 100, such as a straddle-type monorail vehicle, is improved.
The through passage 2 is connected between two adjacent vehicle bodies 1, the wheel package assembly is arranged at the through passage 2, and the wheel package assembly covers the upper part of the wheel set. The two wheel packages 31 may protrude upward from the upper surface of the body chassis 11 of the corresponding vehicle body 1, and the sub through passage 21 may protrude upward from the bottom of the through passage 2.
According to the rail vehicle 100 such as the straddle type monorail vehicle provided by the embodiment of the invention, the permeability and the space utilization rate in a room are improved by adopting the wheel package assembly, so that the overall performance of the rail vehicle 100 such as the straddle type monorail vehicle can be improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 6, the wheel set includes at least one wheel 121, and each wheel pack 31 covers at least a portion of the wheel 121. For example, in the example of fig. 1 and 6, the wheel group includes four wheels 121, the four wheels 121 are coaxially arranged two by two, and the wheel package 31 and the sub through passage 21 collectively cover the two wheels 121 coaxially arranged. With this arrangement, the occupied space of the wheel package 31 in the vehicle can be further reduced. Optionally, the wheels 121 are road wheels.
Alternatively, the sub through passage 21 may be formed by a portion of the bottom of the through passage 2 protruding upward. At this time, the sub through passage 21 is a part of the through passage 2, the whole structure of the through passage 2 is still an integral structure, and the sealing performance in the vehicle is better.
