Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗菌祛疫芳香组合物及其制备方法和应用。抗菌祛疫芳香组合物的制备原料包括如下质量份数组分:18~27份檀香、6~10份艾叶、3~7份广木香、13~16份苍术、2~10份丁香、4~9份安息香、0.5~3份龙脑。本发明的抗菌祛疫芳香组合物具有抗菌消毒作用,对大肠杆菌的杀菌率可达99.32%、铜绿假单孢杆菌的杀菌率可达98.52%、金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌率可达99.46%,白色葡萄球菌的杀菌率可达99.08%,还具有驱蚊效果,对伊蚊30min之内的驱蚊效率可达91.3%。本发明的抗菌祛疫芳香组合物还具有祛疫辟秽效果,对疫病具有很好的祛除效果,同时具有提神醒脑,舒缓情绪作用,可广泛应用于熏香产品的制备中。

本发明涉及卫生香技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种抗菌祛疫芳香组合物及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
天然熏香是采用多种香药同源的中草药制作而成,熏香的原料一般为天然香料或中药材,可依据功效的不同细分为不同种类,每一种香品都有相应的特定配方和制作工艺,养生祛病的熏香重在配方、用料和制作工艺,至于外形则可以多种多样,不拘定式。熏香的治疗主要是利用纯天然药物的芳香气味及治愈能力,经由人的嗅觉器官或皮肤的吸收,通过神经和循环***产生作用,使人的身体、心理、精神三者达到平衡和统一,由于具有易渗透、高流动性和高吸入性的特点,可以通过人的皮肤或口鼻吸入,从而达到被人体吸收的效果。随着人们生活水平的提高,生活节奏加快,工作压力等愈加繁重,对人体的健康产生较大的损害。现有研究发现,对熏香成分的严格配伍和工艺控制,开发具有保健养生功效的香品,能够抚慰使用者在日常生活中产生的疲乏感,给予使用者良好的感官体验,并能够对使用者产生积极的养生保健功效,具有广阔的应用前景。现有技术CN107094816A公开了一种具有抗菌及抗甲醛的中药复方熏香及其制备方法,其抑制的是大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和黑曲霉,在30min内所达到的抗菌效果有限,对金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌效果仅60%,且并未有相关可以同时抗菌和祛除虫害和疫病的相关卫生熏香技术公开。
因此,本领域所期待的是研发一种能够满足相关卫生香的标准的抗菌祛疫芳香组合物,对于制备具有很好的抗菌和虫害疫病祛除的熏香产品,提升熏香产品的使用价值具有非常重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有熏香产品抗菌性能和虫害疫病祛除性能的缺陷和不足,提供一种抗菌祛疫芳香组合物。
本发明的又一目的在于提供一种抗菌祛疫芳香组合物的制备方法。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种抗菌祛疫芳香组合物在制备熏香产品中的应用。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种抗菌祛疫熏香。
本发明上述目的通过以下技术方案实现:
一种抗菌祛疫芳香组合物,所述抗菌祛疫芳香组合物的制备原料包括如下质量份数组分:18~27份檀香、6~10份艾叶、3~7份广木香、13~16份苍术、2~10份丁香、4~9份安息香、0.5~3份龙脑。
需要说明的是:
本发明的檀香的作用为镇静作用,具体有效成分为a-及b-檀香醇;
本发明的艾叶的作用为抑菌作用,具体有效成分为萜品烯醇-4、β-石竹烯、蒿醇;
本发明的广木香的作用为解痉作用,具体有效成分为木香内酯、二氢木香内酯;
本发明的苍术的作用为抑菌作用,具体有效成分为芳香苷类、苍术醇类;
本发明的丁香的作用为醒神通窍,具体有效成分为丁香油酚(Eugenol)、乙酰丁香油酚;
本发明的安息香的作用为开窍清神,具体有效成分为树脂酸松柏醇酯;
本发明的龙脑的作用为提神开窍醒神,具体有效成分为右旋龙脑。
本发明的抗菌祛疫芳香组合物具有抗菌消毒作用,对大肠杆菌、铜绿假单孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色葡萄球菌具有一定的抑制率,还能够有效驱蚊,具备提神醒脑功效。
优选地,所述抗菌祛疫芳香组合物的制备原料还包括如下质量份数组分:10~13份香茅、3~7份大黄、11~16份楠木粉。
本发明的香茅的作用为抑菌作用,具体有效成分为香草醛、香草醇和香叶醇;
本发明的大黄的作用为抗菌作用,具体有效成分为大黄酸、大黄素和芦荟大黄素;
本发明的楠木粉的作用为粘合作用,具体有效成分为胶木粉。
优选地,所述抗菌祛疫芳香组合物的制备原料还包括如下质量份数组分:0.5~3份甘松、0.5~4份香附子、2~5份牡丹皮、4~6份官桂、11~14份石菖蒲、5~9份白芷。
本发明的甘松的作用为镇静作用,具体有效成分为甘松酮、异甘松香酮、甘松香醇;
本发明的香附子的作用为理气作用,具体有效成分为β-蒎烯、莰烯;
本发明的牡丹皮的作用为抗炎作用,具体有效成分为牡丹酚,糖苷类;
本发明的官桂的作用为抑菌作用,具体有效成分为桂皮醛;
本发明的石菖蒲的作用为镇静作用,具体有效成分为辛脑,百里香酚;
本发明的白芷的作用为粘合作用,具体有效成分为香豆素。
优选地,所述抗菌祛疫芳香组合物的制备原料还包括如下质量份数组分:18.6份檀香、9.3份艾叶、3.14份广木香、15.46份苍术、9.3份丁香、7.73份安息香、2.15份龙脑、12.44份香茅、6.22份大黄、15.66份楠木粉。
优选地,所述抗菌祛疫芳香组合物的制备原料包括如下质量份数组分:26.44份檀香、6.61份艾叶、6.61份广木香、13.22份苍术、2.2份丁香、8.81份安息香、0.88份龙脑、2.2份甘松、2.2份香附子、4.4份牡丹皮、4.4份官桂、13.22份石菖蒲、8.81份白芷。
上述抗菌祛疫芳香组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1.蒸料、拌料、煮料:将各组分原料蒸煮处理,蒸煮后过20~30目筛,得到筛分,蒸煮处理温度为80~120℃,处理时间20~60min;
S2.研磨、合粉:将S1中筛分研磨至粒径大小为40~60目,混合均匀得到所述芳香组合物。
本发明的蒸料、拌料、煮料操作的作用为:去除原材料不好的气味及相关杂质。
研磨至一定粒径大小的原因为:保留香料中原料的挥发油含量。
优选地,S1中蒸煮处理温度为80~120℃,处理时间30~45min。
优选地,S2中研磨至粒径大小为60目。
上述抗菌祛疫芳香组合物在制备熏香产品中的应用也在本发明的保护范围之内。
本发明还保护一种抗菌祛疫熏香,所述抗菌祛疫熏香由所述抗菌祛疫芳香组合物和粘粉加水合泥,压香制备得到。
抗菌祛疫熏香的具体制备工艺为:将抗菌祛疫芳香组合物作为香粉成分加粘粉搅拌混合均匀,再在加粘香粉中加水充分搅拌,压香制备得到直径为5~5.5mm,长度为15~20mm的香品,香品成型后充分晾干,避免变形,发霉。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明的抗菌祛疫芳香组合物具有抗菌消毒作用,对大肠杆菌的杀菌率可达99.32%、铜绿假单孢杆菌的杀菌率可达98.52%、金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌率可达99.46%,白色葡萄球菌的杀菌率可达99.08%。
(2)本发明的抗菌祛疫芳香组合物具有驱蚊效果,对伊蚊30min之内的驱蚊效率率可达91.3%。
(3)本发明的抗菌祛疫芳香组合物还具有祛疫辟秽效果,对疫病具有很好的祛除效果。
(4)本发明的抗菌祛疫芳香组合物还具有提神醒脑,舒缓情绪作用,可广泛应用于熏香产品的制备中。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的说明,但实施例并不对本发明做任何形式的限定。除非另有说明,本发明实施例采用的原料试剂为常规购买的原料试剂。
实施例1
一种抗菌祛疫的芳香组合物,抗菌祛疫的芳香组合物的制备原料包括如下质量份数组分:18.6檀香、9.3艾叶、3.14广木香、15.46苍术、9.3丁香、7.73安息香、2.15龙脑、12.44香茅、6.22大黄、15.66楠木粉。
实施例2
一种抗菌祛疫的芳香组合物,抗菌祛疫的芳香组合物的制备原料包括如下质量份数组分:26.44檀香、6.61艾叶、6.61广木香、13.22苍术、2.2丁香、8.81安息香、0.88龙脑、2.2甘松、2.2香附子、4.4牡丹皮、4.4官桂、13.22石菖蒲、8.81白芷。
实施例3
一种抗菌祛疫的芳香组合物,抗菌祛疫的芳香组合物的制备原料包括如下质量份数组分:18檀香、6艾叶、3广木香、13苍术、2丁香、4安息香、0.5龙脑。
实施例4
一种抗菌祛疫的芳香组合物,抗菌祛疫的芳香组合物的制备原料包括如下质量份数组分:27檀香、10艾叶、7广木香、16苍术、10丁香、9安息香、3龙脑。
实施例5
一种抗菌祛疫的芳香组合物,抗菌祛疫的芳香组合物的制备原料包括如下质量份数组分:27檀香、10艾叶、7广木香、16苍术、10丁香、9安息香、3龙脑、10香茅、3大黄、11楠木粉。
实施例6
一种抗菌祛疫的芳香组合物,抗菌祛疫的芳香组合物的制备原料包括如下质量份数组分:27檀香、9艾叶、7广木香、16苍术、9丁香、9安息香、3龙脑、13香茅、7大黄、16楠木粉。
实施例7
一种抗菌祛疫的芳香组合物,抗菌祛疫的芳香组合物的制备原料包括如下质量份数组分:18檀香、6艾叶、3广木香、13苍术、2丁香、4安息香、0.5龙脑、0.5甘松、0.5香附子、2牡丹皮、4官桂、11石菖蒲、5白芷。
实施例8
一种抗菌祛疫的芳香组合物,抗菌祛疫的芳香组合物的制备原料包括如下质量份数组分:18檀香、6艾叶、3广木香、13苍术、2丁香、4安息香、0.5龙脑、3.0甘松、4香附子、5牡丹皮、6官桂、14石菖蒲、9白芷。
实施例9
实施例1的抗菌祛疫的芳香组合物的制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1.蒸料、拌料、煮料:将各组分原料蒸煮处理,蒸煮后过20目筛,得到筛分,蒸煮处理温度为80℃,处理时间45min;
S2.研磨、合粉:将S1中筛分研磨至粒径大小为60目,混合均匀得到抗菌祛疫的芳香组合物。
实施例10
实施例1的抗菌祛疫的芳香组合物的制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1.蒸料、拌料、煮料:将各组分原料蒸煮处理,蒸煮后过20目筛,得到筛分,蒸煮处理温度为120℃,处理时间30min;
S2.研磨、合粉:将S1中筛分研磨至粒径大小为60目,混合均匀得到所述芳香组合物。

结果检测
将权利要求1~10及对比例1~9的抗菌祛疫芳香组合物制备成抗菌祛疫熏香,并对其抗菌性能、驱蚊性能、空气净化性能和提神醒脑性能进行检测。
其中抗菌性能的检测方法为:空气杀菌实验,具体操作为:
点燃一支香,在空间10m3的试验柜内,即在实验室试验条件下,点燃送检样品2支,作用1h,用筛孔撞击式六级空气微生物采样器,以30L/min的流量进行采样,采样时间均为5min。
检测结果如下表2所示:

驱蚊性能测试:
检测方法为:将羽化1~3天的伊蚊50只放入一个0.5m×0.5m×0.5m的玻璃柜内,该玻璃柜通过大小为0.2m×0.2m×0.2m的有机玻璃管连接另一个0.5m×0.5m×0.5m的玻璃柜,通道中间设有活动挡板。待供试蚊虫恢复正常后,取一支熏香正常点燃后待熏香持续产生稳定的燃烟之后,放入有试蚊的玻璃柜内熏杀,并打开通道中间的活动挡板。30min后截断通道,清点并记录死亡的蚊子数和逃离至另一玻璃柜的蚊子数,每个试验重复三次。通过死亡蚊子数和逃离蚊子数综合与实验蚊子总数的比值计算单次驱蚊效率,并计算三次实验的平均驱蚊效率。
检测结果见表3和表4

净化空气性能测试:
检测方法:点燃1支样品,作用1小时后,用筛孔撞击式六级空气微生物采集器JWL-6以28.3L/min的抽风量进行采样,采样时间为5min,取样空间10m3。
检测结果
作用时间1小时,空气中自然菌1菌落总数3.5x10m3消亡率73.08%。
作用时间1小时,空气中自然菌1菌落总数2.4x10m3消亡率73.03%。
作用时间1小时,空气中自然菌1菌落总数2.9x10m3消亡率73.64%。
提神醒脑性能测试:
具体实验方法如下:
其中助眠性能的检测方法为:征集60位25~60岁之间的人群,职业不限,为实验者进行熏香实验,其中男女各30人,随机10人为一组,分别试用实施例1~10及对比例1~9的熏香产品,通过点燃1支样品,离鼻子45cm处***香插等在20秒后,用手掌扇风将香烟导入到鼻孔处嗅吸,刺激鼻粘膜细胞等,闻香30min,对熏香产品的提升醒脑效果进行判定,检测结果如下表5所示:

从上表5的人群试验结果可以看出,对于本发明的熏香产品有50%以上的人群认为具备提神醒脑效果,而对比例中只有45.01%以下的人群认为具有提神醒脑效果。

1.一种抗菌祛疫芳香组合物,其特征在于,所述抗菌祛疫芳香组合物的制备原料包括如下质量份数组分:18~27份檀香、6~10份艾叶、3~7份广木香、13~16份苍术、2~10份丁香、4~9份安息香、0.5~3份龙脑。
2.如权利要求1所述抗菌祛疫芳香组合物,其特征在于,所述芳香组合物的制备原料还包括如下质量份数组分:10~13份香茅、3~7份大黄、11~16份楠木粉。
3.如权利要求1所述抗菌祛疫芳香组合物,其特征在于,所述芳香组合物的制备原料还包括如下质量份数组分:0.5~3份甘松、0.5~4份香附子、2~5份牡丹皮、4~6份官桂、11~14份石菖蒲、5~9份白芷。
4.如权利要求2所述抗菌祛疫芳香组合物,其特征在于,所述芳香组合物的制备原料为如下质量份数组分:18.6份檀香、9.3份艾叶、3.14份广木香、15.46份苍术、9.3份丁香、7.73份安息香、2.15份龙脑、12.44份香茅、6.22份大黄、15.66份楠木粉。
5.如权利要求3所述抗菌祛疫芳香组合物,其特征在于,所述芳香组合物的制备原料为如下质量份数组分:26.44份檀香、6.61份艾叶、6.61份广木香、13.22份苍术、2.2份丁香、8.81份安息香、0.88份龙脑、2.2份甘松、2.2份香附子、4.4份牡丹皮、4.4份官桂、13.22份石菖蒲、8.81份白芷。
6.权利要求1~5任意一项所述抗菌祛疫芳香组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:

9.权利要求1~5任意一项所述抗菌祛疫芳香组合物在制备熏香产品中的应用。
10.一种抗菌祛疫熏香,其特征在于,所述抗菌祛疫熏香由权利要求1~5任意一项所述抗菌祛疫芳香组合物和粘粉加水合泥,压香制备得到。
