Description

Absorbent core for sanitary towel, sanitary towel and preparation method of absorbent core
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of disposable sanitary products, in particular to an absorption core body for a sanitary towel, the sanitary towel and a preparation method thereof.
Background
An important property of sanitary napkins is the liquid absorbing capacity, which is mainly used for absorbing menstrual blood from the vagina when a woman's menstrual flow goes to a tide. Sanitary napkins in the current market generally consist of a top sheet, an absorbent core, and a leakage-proof bottom film. The absorbent core is typically a mixture of fluff pulp and superabsorbent resin, or an ultrathin absorbent core of wet strength paper sandwiched fluff pulp and superabsorbent resin. However, the conventional absorbent core generally has poor breathability, which may give a user a poor experience, especially when used in a hot summer season, and may further increase the discomfort to the user.
In addition, the tail part of the existing sanitary towel absorption core body in the market generally adopts an integrated arc cutting design, namely, the tail part is a curved surface with arc transition. With absorbent cores of this shape, it is difficult for women to conform to the body contours, particularly the buttocks region of the body, with a poorer fit, which results in a gap between the sanitary napkin product and the body, which is prone to back leakage.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, one of the purposes of the invention is to provide an absorbent core for sanitary napkins, which has good air permeability and good fitting performance with users, and can greatly improve the use comfort and leakage resistance of products.
The second purpose of the invention is to provide a sanitary towel with better air permeability and leakage prevention performance.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the absorbent core for the sanitary towel, which has simple and convenient process flow and is suitable for industrial production.
One of the purposes of the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
an absorption core body for a sanitary towel comprises an upper base layer and a lower base layer, wherein a fluff pulp layer is flatly paved on the lower base layer, a plurality of resin strips which are sequentially arranged at intervals are arranged on the fluff pulp layer, a plurality of ventilation holes are formed between two adjacent resin strips, and the ventilation holes penetrate through the absorption core body from top to bottom; the tail of the absorption core body is provided with a first cutting-out part, so that a core body included angle is formed at the tail of the absorption core body.
The absorption main body material is clamped in the absorption main body material through the upper base layer and the lower base layer, the absorption main body material comprises the fluff pulp layer which is horizontally paved on the lower base layer, the fluff pulp layer is provided with the macromolecule resin strips, the macromolecule resin strips are not horizontally paved and arranged, but are arranged in a strip shape at intervals, the overlarge hardness of the absorption core body can be avoided, and the arrangement mode can ensure that the liquid absorption performance and the softness of the absorption core body are simultaneously considered. Meanwhile, the air holes are formed between the adjacent strip-shaped super absorbent resin strips, and the design of the air holes can improve the liquid absorption speed of the product and the air permeability of the product. And, the afterbody of absorbing the core is provided with the contained angle, and the contained angle sets up to cut apart into afterbody upper wing and afterbody lower wing with the afterbody of absorbing the core, and this structure can match human health curve better, and the laminating degree is good, effectively avoids back hourglass. The tail part of the traditional absorbent core body for the sanitary towel is a complete smooth curve, no included angle is left, the fit degree with a human body is poor, and the risk of rear air leakage is high.
Further, the absorbent comprises a first absorbent body and a second absorbent body, wherein the first absorbent body comprises a first upper base layer and a first lower base layer, a first fluff pulp layer is flatly paved on the first lower base layer, a plurality of first resin strips which are sequentially arranged at intervals are arranged on the first fluff pulp layer, a plurality of first air holes are formed between two adjacent first resin strips, and the first air holes penetrate through the first absorbent body from top to bottom; a first cutting line is obliquely arranged from the head to the tail of the first absorber, and the first absorber is divided into a second cutting removal part and a first absorber retaining part along the first cutting line;
the second absorber comprises a second upper base layer and a second lower base layer, a second fluff pulp layer is flatly paved on the second lower base layer, a plurality of second resin strips which are sequentially arranged at intervals are arranged on the second fluff pulp layer, a plurality of second air holes are formed between two adjacent second resin strips, and the second air holes penetrate through the second absorber from top to bottom; a second cutting line is obliquely arranged from the head to the tail of the second absorber, and the second absorber is divided into a third cutting removal part and a second absorber retaining part along the second cutting line;
the first absorber retaining part and the second absorber retaining part are vertically stacked to form the absorber core, so that a core included angle is formed at the tail part of the absorber core. When the first absorber is overlapped, the head of the first absorber retaining part is overlapped with the head of the second absorber retaining part, the tail of the first absorber retaining part forms the tail upper wing of the absorbent core, and the tail of the second absorber retaining part forms the tail lower wing of the absorbent core.
Preferably, the absorbent core for sanitary napkins of the present invention is a two-flap type superposed design, and is formed by superposing a first absorbent and a second absorbent up and down. The head of the first absorber and the head of the second absorber are all complete curved surfaces, when the two are overlapped, the head of the first absorber and the head of the second absorber are completely overlapped, and an included angle is formed between the tail of the first absorber and the tail of the second absorber. The first absorber and the second absorber are both obliquely cut off a part from the head part to the tail part in a straight line, so that when the first absorber and the second absorber are overlapped, the formed absorbent core has two overlapped parts and also has a single-layer part, the two overlapped parts are sector overlapped parts extending backwards from the head part, the single-layer part can be marked as an upper tail wing and a lower tail wing, an included angle is formed between the upper tail wing and the lower tail wing, the structure is particularly favorable for being attached to the body of a female, the product is attached to the body in the use process, and the comfort and the leakage resistance of the product are improved. The sector overlapping part with two overlapped layers can strengthen the absorption capacity of the middle area and improve the absorption performance, and the tail part is arranged in a single layer, has thinner thickness than the head part and the middle part and can be better attached to a human body.
Further, the included angle of the core body is 10-80 degrees, the core body of the sanitary towel can be more attached to the curve of the female body within the range of the included angle, the body attaching performance of the sanitary towel is improved, if the included angle is smaller than 10 degrees, the body attaching performance cannot be solved, and if the included angle is larger than 80 degrees, the sanitary towel can cause the risk of back leakage. More preferably, the included angle of the core body is 20-50 degrees, and the leakage prevention effect is optimal in the range.
Further, the components of the first fluff pulp layer and/or the second fluff pulp layer comprise fluff pulp and water-absorbing resin, and the weight ratio of the fluff pulp to the water-absorbing resin is greater than or equal to 1. The water-absorbing resin is mixed in the fluff pulp layer to improve the liquid-absorbing capability, but the cost of the water-absorbing resin is higher, and the weight of the fluff pulp is not less than that of the water-absorbing resin, so that the liquid-absorbing performance and the cost can be considered.
Further, the first ventilation holes and the second ventilation holes are respectively and sequentially arranged into a strip shape; the diameters of the holes of the first ventilation holes and the second ventilation holes are 0.3-1mm, the distance between two adjacent first ventilation holes is 0.5-5mm, and the distance between two adjacent second ventilation holes is 0.5-5mm; the widths of the first resin strips and the second resin strips are 2-25mm, the spacing between two adjacent first resin strips is 2-10mm, more preferably 2-4mm, and the spacing between two adjacent second resin strips is 2-10mm, more preferably 2-4mm. In the above range, the resin stripes and the ventilation holes can be provided to the maximum extent on the absorbent core. The spacing of the resin strips is set in a reasonable range, so that the excessive spacing is avoided, and the excessive spacing is not beneficial to quick absorption and water locking of products; the width of the resin strip is 2-25mm, the common use width of the sanitary towel core body is about 75mm, and the wider the resin strip is, the higher the hardness of the core body is. In general, the distance between the air holes and the resin strips is designed to be thinner, and the core body is softer; the more the number of the ventilation holes and the number of the resin strips are, the better the ventilation and liquid absorption effects are.
Further, the first upper base layer, the first lower base layer, the second upper base layer and the second lower base layer are spun-bonded non-woven fabrics, hot air non-woven fabrics, toilet paper or wet strength paper. The spun-bonded non-woven fabric, the hot air non-woven fabric or the toilet paper have good air permeability and liquid permeability, so that the absorption performance of the absorption core body is better, and the wearing comfort is improved.
Further, the first resin stripes disposed on the first fluff pulp layer and the second resin stripes disposed on the second fluff pulp layer are formed of a polymer resin, and the polymer resin may be a granular resin, for example, spherical or cylindrical resin, and when the product is manufactured, the polymer resin particles are scattered on the fluff pulp layer and then embedded in the fluff pulp layer.
The second purpose of the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
a sanitary towel comprises a surface layer, a leakage-proof bottom film and an absorption core body for the sanitary towel, wherein the surface layer, the absorption core body and the leakage-proof bottom film are combined into a whole through hot melt adhesive; the tail of the surface layer and the tail of the leakage-proof bottom film are of a complete curved surface structure. Namely, the sanitary towel product only adopts the design of an included angle for the absorption core body, the surface layer and the leakage-proof bottom film are not provided with the included angle, and the better fit with a human body can be realized by only adopting the arrangement of the included angle for the absorption core body due to the thinner thickness of the surface layer and the leakage-proof bottom film, and the leakage-proof performance is good.
Further, the included angle of the core is 10-80 °, more preferably 20-50 °.
A sanitary towel comprises a surface layer, a leakage-proof bottom film and an absorption core body for the sanitary towel, wherein the surface layer, the absorption core body and the leakage-proof bottom film are combined into a whole through hot melt adhesive; the tail part of the surface layer is provided with a fourth cutting and removing part, so that a surface layer included angle is formed at the tail part of the surface layer; the included angle of the core body is vertically opposite to the included angle of the surface layer; the tail part of the leakage-proof bottom film is of a complete curved surface structure. Namely, the sanitary towel product has the advantages that the surface layer and the absorption core body are designed by adopting the included angle, the human body can be attached better, the leakage-proof bottom film is designed in a whole plate without cutting, leakage of liquid through the included angle of the leakage-proof bottom film is avoided, and the leakage-proof performance is further improved.
Further, the included angle of the core is 10-80 °, more preferably 20-50 °; the angle of the facing angle is 10-80 deg., more preferably 20-50 deg..
A sanitary towel comprises a surface layer, a leakage-proof bottom film and an absorption core body for the sanitary towel, wherein the surface layer, the absorption core body and the leakage-proof bottom film are combined into a whole through hot melt adhesive; the tail part of the surface layer is provided with a fourth cutting and removing part, so that a surface layer included angle is formed at the tail part of the surface layer; a fifth cutting-out part is arranged at the tail part of the leakage-proof bottom film, so that a bottom film included angle is formed at the tail part of the leakage-proof bottom film; the included angle of the surface layer, the included angle of the core body and the included angle of the bottom film are vertically opposite. Namely, the sanitary towel product adopts the design of the included angle among the surface layer, the absorption core body and the leakage-proof bottom film, and the appearance of the whole product is cut, thereby being particularly beneficial to fitting the body of women and improving the comfort and leakage resistance of the product.
Further, the included angle of the core is 10-80 °, more preferably 20-50 °; the angle of the facing angle is 10-80 °, more preferably 20-50 °; the angle of the included angle of the carrier film is 10-80 deg., more preferably 20-50 deg..

a method for preparing an absorbent core for a sanitary napkin, comprising the steps of:
the first absorber manufacturing step: taking fluff pulp fibers, arranging the fluff pulp fibers on the first lower base layer to form a first fluff pulp layer, and broadcasting resin on the first fluff pulp layer to form a plurality of first resin strips which are sequentially arranged at intervals; compounding the first upper base layer and the first lower base layer attached with the first fluff pulp layer to form a first semi-finished product; punching the first semi-finished product, so that the first ventilation holes penetrate through the first semi-finished product from top to bottom and are positioned between two adjacent first resin strips; cutting the first semi-finished product in a straight line from the head to the tail in an inclined manner to obtain the first absorber;
the second absorber manufacturing step: taking fluff pulp fibers, arranging the fluff pulp fibers on the second lower base layer to form a second fluff pulp layer, and broadcasting resin on the second fluff pulp layer to form a plurality of second resin strips which are sequentially arranged at intervals; compounding the second upper base layer and the second lower base layer attached with the second fluff pulp layer to form a second semi-finished product; punching the second semi-finished product, so that the second air holes penetrate through the second semi-finished product from top to bottom and are positioned between two adjacent second resin strips; cutting the second semi-finished product in a straight line from the head to the tail in an inclined manner to obtain a second absorber;
and (3) compounding: and compounding the first absorber and the second absorber to obtain an absorption core with the tail part forming a core included angle.
In the process of manufacturing the absorbent core, the base material can be cut first, and then fluff pulp and resin are arranged; fluff pulp and resin can be arranged on the base material which is not cut, and an included angle is formed by cutting after hot pressing and compounding.
When the product is manufactured, the components of the first absorber can be compounded through the hot melt adhesive, the components of the second absorber can also be compounded through the hot melt adhesive, and the first absorber and the second absorber are compounded into a whole through the hot melt adhesive to form the absorption core. The surface layer, the absorption core body and the leakage-proof bottom film can be combined into a whole through hot melting to form the sanitary towel.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) The absorption main body material is clamped in the absorption main body material through the upper base layer and the lower base layer, the absorption main body material comprises the fluff pulp layer which is flatly paved on the lower base layer, the fluff pulp layer is provided with the macromolecule resin strips, the macromolecule resin strips are arranged in a strip-shaped design which is arranged at intervals instead of being flatly paved, the overlarge hardness of the absorption core body can be avoided, and the arrangement mode can ensure that the liquid absorption performance and the softness of the absorption core body are simultaneously considered.

Evaluation of Effect
1. Absorption time, reverse osmosis and softness test
The absorbent cores for sanitary napkins of examples 1 to 9 and comparative examples 1 to 10 were each used to test several indexes of absorption time, reverse osmosis amount, softness (CD direction) and softness (MD direction), as follows:
absorption time: according to GB/T89392018;
reverse osmosis amount: after the absorption time test is finished for 1min, 1.2kg of pressing blocks are adopted, the weighed filter paper is pressurized for 30s, and then the weight gain of the filter paper is tested to obtain reverse osmosis;
softness of core: the core was cut out at 22℃under 65% RH to have a MD direction of 200mm and a CD direction of 30mm, and the end was fixed to a ring shape having a diameter of 60mm at the upper and lower 2 positions by a stapler. At this time, the staple of the stapler is made long in the MD direction. The ring was set up in a tubular shape on a sample table by using a tensile tester, and the maximum load when the ring was compressed at a compression rate of 15 mm/min from above at a flat plate almost parallel to the table was measured as softness in the CD direction. Subsequently, loops were formed by changing the MD direction and the CD direction, and the softness in the MD direction was measured similarly. Each of the MD and CD directions was measured by making 2 loops, and the average value of these CD and MD directions was used as the softness of the core.
The test results are shown in table 1 below.
Table 1 table of test results for absorbent cores for sanitary napkins
As can be seen from the records in table 1, the test performance of the examples is generally better than that of the comparative examples, and in particular, the test performance of example 2 is the best mode. For the examples, the performance of examples 2-9 is generally better than that of example 1, example 1 is a single-flap structure, and examples 2-9 are two-flap structures, which illustrates that the structural design of the two-flap absorbent core provided by the embodiments of the present invention is ingenious and reasonable. The absorbent core of comparative example 1 was constructed as a conventional absorbent core structure, and had neither the vent holes nor the tail included angle design, and had inferior performance to the examples, and was found to give uncomfortable feeling to the user. Comparative example 2, which is compared with example 1, has no ventilation holes, and has prolonged absorption time, increased reverse osmosis and poor softness. Comparative example 3 differs from example 1 in that no angle was set, and several of the indicators tested were not significantly different from example 1, but there was a greater risk of back leakage, particularly for the leakage protection test (comparative example 13). The absorbent core of comparative example 4 was a two-layered structure as a whole, i.e., the absorbent core was a two-layered structure except for the head and middle, and the tail was a two-layered structure, and although the absorbent time and the reverse osmosis were superior, the softness of the product was greatly reduced as compared with example 2. Comparative examples 5 and 6 are comparable to example 2 in several index test results of absorption time, reverse osmosis amount and softness, but the angle of the included angle of comparative examples 5 and 6 is not reasonably designed, and there is a large risk of back leakage, particularly see the leakage prevention test (comparative examples 15 and 16). The absorbent core of comparative example 7 was not in a stripe-like arrangement but in a flat arrangement with the resin on the fluff pulp layer, compared with example 2, and the hardness was greatly increased although the absorption time and the reverse osmosis test result were superior. Comparative example 8, which is compared with example 2, has no ventilation holes, and has prolonged absorption time, increased reverse osmosis and poor softness. Comparative examples 9 to 10 were inferior to example 2 in terms of resin bar width, pitch, vent hole diameter, pitch arrangement, and performance.
2. Leak protection performance test
Sanitary napkins of examples 10 to 13 and comparative examples 11 to 16 were taken for leak-proof test. The test method is as follows: preparing artificial menstrual blood according to GB/T8939-2018, taking 10 identical human models, respectively wearing the sanitary napkins of the examples and the comparative examples on the respective experimental human models, and then respectively flowing the same amount of artificial menstrual blood into each sanitary napkin through the crotch of the human model; after 1 hour, the same amount of artificial menstrual blood flows into each sanitary towel through the crotch of the human body model again; after 3 hours, an equal amount of artificial menstrual blood was introduced into each sanitary napkin through the crotch of the mannequin. And (3) observing the liquid back leakage condition during the period, and classifying the liquid back leakage condition into 4 grades according to the back leakage quantity, wherein the grades are respectively grade 0, grade 1, grade 2 and grade 3. The test results are shown in table 2 below.
Class 0: no post-leak phenomenon;
class 1: the rear leakage phenomenon exists, and the rear leakage amount is less;
class 2: the rear leakage phenomenon exists, and the rear leakage amount is medium;
grade 3: the rear leakage phenomenon exists, and the rear leakage amount is more.
Wherein, the lower, medium and more rear leakage are classified based on 10 tested test examples, and classified according to the observance of the rear leakage by researchers.
Table 2 leakage prevention test results record table
From the records in table 2, examples 10 to 13 all have no back leakage phenomenon, which indicates that the tail of the absorbent core of the sanitary napkin adopts an included angle design, has good fitting performance with a human body, can reduce the back leakage risk, and the back leakage risk is reduced as long as the tail sets an included angle, no matter the absorbent core adopts a single-flap design or a two-flap superposition design, but the data in combination with table 1 show that the absorbent core of the single-flap included angle design in the examples has longer absorption time and larger reverse osmosis. Therefore, the two-flap superposed absorbent core with the tail included angle design is adopted, and the leakage-proof performance is optimal. The sanitary napkin of comparative example 11 was manufactured in accordance with the structure of a conventional sanitary napkin on the market, and had a back leakage phenomenon, and was rated at 3, with the back leakage being the largest. The sanitary towel of comparative example 12, the absorbent core body is a single flap and has no vent hole, and has back leakage, which indicates that the vent hole has a certain influence on avoiding back leakage, the vent hole can guide liquid to quickly infiltrate down to a certain extent, no vent hole is provided, and the phenomenon of back leakage can be caused by untimely infiltration when the liquid amount is large. The sanitary towel of comparative example 13 has the absorbent core body which is provided with the ventilation holes in a single flap mode, but the tail part of the sanitary towel has no included angle design, the rear leakage level is 2, the absorbent core body which has no included angle design has poor fit with a human body, and the rear leakage risk is high. The sanitary towel of comparative example 14 has the absorbent core body with two overlapped layers, including the upper tail wing and the lower tail wing, and has high hardness, affected fit to human body and back leakage level of 1. The sanitary towel of the comparative example 15 has a smaller tail included angle design of the absorption core body, which is only 5 degrees, the sanitary towel has poor fitting degree with human body, and the rear leakage grade is 1; the sanitary towel of comparative example 16 has a large tail angle of 90 ° in the absorbent core, a back leakage phenomenon occurs, and the back leakage level is 3, and it can be seen that the tail angle of the absorbent core is set in a preferred range of 10-80 °.
The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, but any insubstantial changes and substitutions made by those skilled in the art on the basis of the present invention are intended to be within the scope of the present invention as claimed.
