A plurality of first sieve holes are formed in the position, located in the first processing area, of the sieve plate 7, a plurality of second sieve holes are formed in the position, located in the second processing area, of the sieve plate 7, and the aperture of each first sieve hole is larger than that of each second sieve hole; the position intercommunication that upper ledge 5 is close to left side mesa 3 has feeder hopper 4, the open-top of feeder hopper 4, and the left side wall intercommunication of feeder hopper 4 slope downward and upper ledge 5. The bottom of upper ledge 5, on four curb plates all around at upper ledge 5 promptly, lie in the below of sieve 7, the sealing washer that has the inner wall of close subsides upper ledge 5 is bonded to the bottom tip inboard of four curb plates, the sealing washer is in same high position with upper ledge 5 tip, when upper ledge 5 is connected with lower frame 6, can block up the gap that the junction formed through the sealing washer, upper ledge 5 and lower frame 6 can be connected each other and also can separate each other, through the sealing washer, can form vacuum space when guaranteeing that upper ledge 5 and lower frame 6 connect.
The first stirrer is vertically arranged and connected between the top plate of the upper frame 5 and the sieve plate 7, and a first motor 51 for driving the first stirrer to rotate and a vacuum pump 54 for vacuumizing from the upper frame 5 are installed on the top plate of the upper frame 5.
The first stirrer comprises a first rotating cylinder 52 connected with an output shaft of a first motor 51, a plurality of first rotating knives 53 are arranged on the first rotating cylinder 52 from top to bottom along the axial direction of the first rotating cylinder, and each first rotating knife 53 comprises at least three first blades extending outwards in the radial direction; the first rotary cylinder 52 is of a hollow structure, the top end of the first rotary cylinder 52 is communicated with a water injection pipe 56, and the water injection pipe 56 extends out of the upper frame 5 and is communicated with a tap water pipe; a plurality of first nozzle holes 55 are formed in the first rotary cylinder 52 at circumferential positions. In the first stirrer, the sealing rings are mounted at the joints between the first rotary cylinder 52 and the top plate and between the vacuum pump 54 and the top plate, and the mounting is completed on the premise of not influencing the sealing environment of the upper frame 5.
The second stirrer is horizontally arranged, and a second motor 91 for driving the second stirrer to rotate is arranged on the table top 3 of the supporting table on the right side of the upper frame 5. The second stirrer comprises a second rotating cylinder 92 connected with an output shaft of the second motor 91, the second rotating cylinder 92 is of a hollow structure, a heating resistance wire is installed in the second rotating cylinder 92, and a plurality of second spray holes 94 are formed in the second rotating cylinder 92.
An output shaft of the second motor 91 extends into the right side plate of the upper frame 5, and is connected to the second rotary cylinder 92 of the second agitator. As with the first mixer, a plurality of second rotary knives 93 are mounted on the second rotary cylinder 92 of the second mixer, and the second rotary knives 93 are arranged along the axial direction of the second rotary cylinder 92. Each of the second rotary knives 93 includes at least three second blades extending radially outward, and the second blades rotate the rotary-cut konjac pieces in accordance with the rotation of the second rotary cylinder 92.
Through the second spray hole 94, the konjac blocks are heated by the second stirrer while being finely processed, water is evaporated, and the formed konjac pieces can be dried, so that the subsequent konjac powder can be conveniently formed. The second stirrer and the first stirrer are arranged in different directions, and the rotary cutting direction is different, so that the chopped konjak blocks can be cut into thinner pieces, and the fine processing is completed on the basis of the rough processing of the konjak, and the konjak pieces are formed.
The axial spacing distance of the second rotary knife 93 on the second rotary cylinder 92 is smaller than the axial spacing distance of the first rotary knife 53 on the first rotary cylinder 52. The second rotary cutter 93 is more dense than the first rotary cutter 53, so that the rotary cut konjak pieces of the second rotary cutter 93 are finer than the konjak pieces, the konjak can be conveniently finely processed, and meanwhile, the konjak pieces are conveniently crushed and smashed into konjak powder by extrusion and rotary cutting of the second rotary cutter 93 after the konjak pieces are dried.
The recycling device comprises a lower frame 6 positioned below an upper frame 5, wherein the top end of the lower frame 6 is opened, and the upper frame 5 and the lower frame 6 form a vacuum chamber together; a second partition board is arranged in the lower frame 6, and divides the lower frame 6 into a first recovery area and a second recovery area which can respectively correspond to the first processing area and the second processing area of the upper frame 5; the joint of the upper frame 5 and the lower frame 6 is at the same height position with the slide rail; one end of the lower frame 6 close to the feed hopper 4 is connected with a cover plate for covering the bottom opening of the upper frame 5, and the lower frame 6 is connected on a sliding rail in a sliding manner.
The cover plate is the folded sheet, and the one end of cover plate is fixed on mesa 3 is close to the position of feeder hopper 4, and the cover plate is installed in the bottom of mesa 3, and the other end screw connection of cover plate is served at the lower frame 6 one that is close to feeder hopper 4, and the cover plate has all wrapped up the rubber membrane with the junction of lower frame 6 and mesa 3 outward, is used for preventing that the gap from producing. The cover plate covers the lower part of the upper frame 5 after the lower frame 6 moves, and the space generated by the upper frame 5 and the lower frame 6 in a staggered mode is covered by the cover plate. The belt 14 is installed to recovery unit's below, and lower frame 6 is connected on belt 14, and belt 14 drives lower frame 6 and removes, and the direction of motion of belt 14 is the same with the direction of motion of slide rail. The lower frame 6, which is no longer connected to the upper frame 5, is transferred to the next station by the belt 14, so that the processed konjac flour can be conveniently taken out of the lower frame 6, and the crushed slag and liquid collected in the lower frame 6 can be recycled.
Auxiliary means comprising a suction pipe 10 mounted in a mosaic manner in a second region of the lower frame 6. The lower frame 6 includes front, rear, left, and right side plates corresponding to the upper frame 5, and a bottom plate connected between the four side plates. The straw 10 passes through a side plate, and the place where the straw 10 passes through is sealed by a sealing ring, and the straw 10 is in a tubular structure with an open end. A dryer for drying the crushed konjak into konjak powder is sleeved around the suction pipe 10, and the suction pipe 10 is used for sucking the konjak powder so as to extract ceramide; one end of the suction pipe 10 extending out of the lower frame 6 is bonded with a connecting pipe 11 with a telescopic length, and then is communicated with a circulating pipe 12 through the connecting pipe 11, and the circulating pipe 12 is connected with a circulating pump 13. The circulation pump 13 is mounted on the table top 3 at the front or rear side of the slide.
In this embodiment, there are two first agitators, and there are two first motors 51 mounted on the top plate of the upper frame 5. For convenience of installation, a limiting groove is formed in the top plate, a limiting block with a T-shaped longitudinal section is installed on the limiting groove, and the two first motors 51, the vacuum tube connected with the vacuum pump 54 and the water injection tube 56 connected with the first rotary cylinder 52 are all installed on the limiting block. This embodiment is direct through an equipment, just can accomplish the konjaku from washing, a series of processes such as section to smashing and crocus, makes whole operation more simple and convenient, and more importantly, the direct production of konjaku flour has saved the middle process such as storage and vulcanization to the konjaku piece, has not only saved a large amount of intermediate steps, still makes the konjaku flour precision of generation higher, has effectively reduced the processing cost of high-quality konjaku flour.
In addition, the processing process of the konjak powder is completed in a vacuum chamber, so that a series of reactions after the konjak is oxidized are avoided. The integrated production and processing of the konjac flour by adopting the equipment comprises the following steps:
step one, putting fresh konjak into a feed hopper 4, wherein the fresh konjak in the feed hopper 4 enters a first processing area of an upper frame 5 through a baffle;
step two, rotating the first stirrer, and stirring the fresh konjac into konjac blocks through the first rotary knife 53; a water injection pipe 56 communicating with the first rotary cylinder 52 injects water into the first rotary cylinder 52 while the first rotary knife 53 stirs the konjac pieces, and the water flows out of the first nozzle hole 55 and is stirred for fragrance spraying;
thirdly, the first stirrer uses water to wash the crushed slag stirred and peeled off from the konjak blocks to a first sieve hole below the first processing area, and the crushed slag and the water enter a first recovery area of the lower frame 6; meanwhile, the first stirrer extrudes the konjak blocks washed by water onto the first partition plate 8, and the konjak blocks enter a second processing area of the upper frame 5 through the partition holes 81 on the first partition plate 8;
fourthly, the konjak blocks entering the second processing area are rotationally cut into konjak pieces by a second rotary cutter 93 through a second stirrer, meanwhile, heat generated by a heating resistance wire in a second rotary cylinder 92 is sprayed outwards through a second spray hole 94, the second rotary cutter 93 forms airflow in the rotating process, and the heat and the airflow form hot air for drying the konjak pieces;
step five, crushing and crushing the dried konjac by using a second rotary knife 93 to form konjac powder;
step six, the konjac flour is extruded to a second sieve hole on the sieve plate 7 by the second rotary knife 93, enters a second recovery area in the lower frame 6 through the second sieve hole, and meanwhile, a part of the konjac flour is extracted and absorbed into the circulating pipe 12 by the suction pipe 10;
and step seven, stopping rotating the first stirrer and the second stirrer, moving the lower frame 6 to enable the covering plate to cover the lower end opening of the upper frame 5 and expose the upper end opening of the lower frame 6, taking out the crushed slag from the first recovery area of the lower frame 6, and taking out the konjac powder from the second recovery area in the lower frame 6.
By adopting the method, the konjak is not required to be processed and stored separately, and the fresh konjak can be processed into the konjak powder directly through an integrated production device, so that the processes of processing, drying and reprocessing of the intermediate konjak pieces are omitted, the whole operation is simpler and more convenient, the quality of the formed konjak powder is high, no additive is added, and the cost for producing the high-quality konjak powder is effectively saved.
In addition, the method realizes the transition from rough processing to fine processing of the konjak through the sequential processing of the first stirrer and the second stirrer, and effectively reduces the consumption of equipment on the premise of ensuring the processing precision of the konjak powder.
The upper frame 5 and the lower frame 6 form a vacuum chamber, and the process of forming the konjak pieces and the konjak powder is completed in the vacuum environment.
The upper frame 5 and the lower frame 6 form a vacuum space, so that the problems of color change and the like caused by oxidation reaction of the konjac due to contact with oxygen in the processing process are avoided, the requirements on various additives are avoided from the source, and the produced konjac flour is free of additives and high in quality.
The top of the upper frame 5 is provided with a vacuum pump 54, the konjak is rotationally cut into konjak blocks by the first stirrer, the konjak blocks are extruded to the second processing area, then the vacuum pump 54 is started, and the closed space formed by the upper frame 5 and the lower frame 6 is vacuumized to form a vacuum chamber.
When first processing region, when first agitator is with the konjaku dicing, outwards spray water through first orifice 55, can all wash away liquid such as disintegrating slag and interstitial fluid on the konjaku, avoid producing influence such as discolour with oxygen reaction, avoid producing the influence to konjaku flour.
In the sixth step, the straw 10 dries the konjac flour by a dryer arranged around the straw while extracting the konjac flour.

Example two

Open on the lower extreme behind the upper end of first baffle 8 has a plurality of screw holes, and the both ends of steel wire are through winding on the screw, and the screw is through 8 threaded connection with first baffle, makes the steel wire in first baffle 8 be in the state of tightening.
EXAMPLE III
In this embodiment, a sealing strip is installed between the first partition plate 8 and the sieve plate 7, and a rubber brush arranged vertically and downwardly is bonded to the sieve plate 7 at the junction of the first processing area and the second processing area, so that liquid flowing down from the first sieve hole can be prevented from entering the second recovery area of the lower frame 6.
Example four

the processing device comprises an upper frame arranged on the support table, the bottom end of the upper frame is provided with an opening, and the bottom of the upper frame is provided with a sieve plate; a first partition board is vertically arranged in the upper frame, the first partition board divides the vacuum chamber into a first processing area and a second processing area, a first stirrer for rough processing is arranged in the first processing area, the first stirrer stirs the konjac into konjac blocks, and a second stirrer for fine processing is arranged in the second processing area; the second stirrer is used for stirring the konjak blocks into konjak pieces; the first partition plate is provided with partition holes for the konjac blocks to pass through; a first sieve hole is formed in the position, located in the first processing area, of the sieve plate, a second sieve hole is formed in the position, located in the second processing area, of the sieve plate, and the aperture of the first sieve hole is larger than that of the second sieve hole; a feed hopper is communicated with the upper frame at a position close to the table top, and a baffle plate for opening and closing the communication position of the feed hopper and the upper frame is connected between the feed hopper and the upper frame;
the recovery device comprises a lower frame arranged below an upper frame, the top end of the lower frame is open, and the upper frame and the lower frame form a vacuum chamber together; a second partition plate is arranged in the lower frame, and divides the lower frame into a first recovery area and a second recovery area which can respectively correspond to the first processing area and the second processing area of the upper frame; the joint of the upper frame and the lower frame and the slide rail are positioned at the same height position; one end of the lower frame, which is close to the feed hopper, is connected with a covering plate for covering an opening at the bottom end of the upper frame, and the lower frame is connected to the sliding rail in a sliding manner;
the auxiliary device comprises a suction pipe arranged in the second area of the lower frame, a dryer used for drying the crushed konjak into konjak powder is arranged around the suction pipe, and the suction pipe is used for sucking the konjak powder; the suction pipe is communicated with a circulating pipe, and the circulating pipe is connected with a circulating pump.
2. The integrated production apparatus of konjak flour of claim 1, wherein the lower end of the upper frame and the upper end of the lower frame are provided with sealing rings for sealing the upper frame and the lower frame.
3. The integrated production apparatus of konjak flour of claim 1, wherein the first stirrer is vertically arranged, and a first motor for driving the first stirrer to rotate and a vacuum pump for evacuating air from the upper frame are provided on the top of the upper frame.
4. The integrated production equipment of konjak flour of claim 1 wherein the second stirrer is horizontally disposed and a second motor for driving the second stirrer to rotate is disposed on the table top of the support table.

The integrated production equipment of konjak flour of claim 3, wherein the first stirrer comprises a first rotary cylinder connected to an output shaft of a first motor, and the first rotary cylinder is provided with a plurality of first rotary knives extending radially outward; the first rotary cylinder is of a hollow structure, the top end of the first rotary cylinder is communicated with a water injection pipe, and the water injection pipe extends out of the upper frame and is communicated with a tap water pipe; the first rotating cylinder is provided with a plurality of first spray holes.
6. The integrated production equipment of konjak flour of claim 4, wherein the second stirrer comprises a second rotary drum connected to an output shaft of a second motor, the second rotary drum is hollow, a heating resistance wire is arranged in the second rotary drum, and the second rotary drum is provided with a plurality of second spray holes.
7. An integrated production method of konjac flour is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step one, putting fresh konjak into a feed hopper, wherein the fresh konjak in the feed hopper enters a first processing area of an upper frame through a baffle;
rotating the first stirrer, and stirring the fresh konjac into konjac blocks by using a first rotary cutter; while the first rotary knife is stirring, a water injection pipe communicated with the first rotary cylinder injects water into the first rotary cylinder, and the water flows out of the first spray hole to spray the fragrant stirred konjac blocks;
thirdly, the first stirrer uses water to wash the crushed slag stirred and peeled off from the konjak blocks to a first sieve hole below the first processing area, and the crushed slag and the water enter a first recovery area of the lower frame; meanwhile, the first stirrer extrudes the konjak blocks washed by water onto the first partition plate, and the konjak blocks enter a second processing area of the upper frame through partition holes in the first partition plate;
fourthly, the konjak blocks entering the second processing area are rotationally cut into konjak pieces by a second rotary cutter through a second stirrer, meanwhile, heat generated by a heating resistance wire in a second rotary cylinder is sprayed outwards through a second spray hole, the second rotary cutter forms airflow in the rotating process, and the heat and the airflow form hot air for drying the konjak pieces;
step five, crushing and crushing the dried konjak by a second rotary knife to form konjak powder;
extruding the konjac flour to a second sieve hole on the sieve plate by a second rotary knife, allowing the konjac flour to enter a second recovery area in the lower frame through the second sieve hole, and simultaneously sucking part of the konjac flour into a circulating pipe by a suction pipe;
and step seven, stopping rotating the first stirrer and the second stirrer, moving the lower frame to enable the covering plate to cover the lower end opening of the upper frame and expose the upper end opening of the lower frame, taking out the crushed slag from the first recovery area of the lower frame, and taking out the konjac powder from the second recovery area of the lower frame.
8. The integrated production method of konjak flour of claim 7, wherein the upper frame and the lower frame form a vacuum chamber, and the process of forming the crushed konjak and the konjak flour is performed in a vacuum environment.
