Abstract

a twenty-sixth obtaining unit, configured to obtain first sub-record information, where the first sub-record information is record information obtained by splitting the first project application information;
a twenty-seventh obtaining unit, configured to obtain a first association instruction, and associate the first sub-record information with the first project application information;
a twenty-eighth obtaining unit, configured to obtain a third update instruction, configured to update a state of the first project application information.
Further, the system further comprises:
a twenty-ninth obtaining unit to obtain a first synchronization instruction;
and the first synchronization instruction is used for synchronizing the first splitting information to the first fund application task.
Various changes and specific examples of the data management method based on the fund flow in the first embodiment of fig. 1 are also applicable to the data management system based on the fund flow in the present embodiment, and a person skilled in the art can clearly know the data management system based on the fund flow in the present embodiment through the foregoing detailed description of the data management method based on the fund flow, so for the brevity of the description, detailed descriptions are omitted here.
Exemplary electronic device
The electronic device of the embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to fig. 3.
Fig. 3 illustrates a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application.
Based on the inventive concept of a data management method based on a fund flow in the foregoing embodiments, the present invention further provides a data management system based on a fund flow, on which a computer program is stored, which when executed by a processor implements the steps of any one of the foregoing data management methods based on a fund flow.
Where in fig. 3 a bus architecture (represented by bus 300), bus 300 may include any number of interconnected buses and bridges, bus 300 linking together various circuits including one or more processors, represented by processor 302, and memory, represented by memory 304. The bus 300 may also link together various other circuits such as peripherals, voltage regulators, power management circuits, and the like, which are well known in the art, and therefore, will not be described any further herein. A bus interface 305 provides an interface between the bus 300 and the receiver 301 and transmitter 303. The receiver 301 and the transmitter 303 may be the same element, i.e., a transceiver, providing a means for communicating with various other apparatus over a transmission medium.
The processor 302 is responsible for managing the bus 300 and general processing, and the memory 304 may be used for storing data used by the processor 302 in performing operations.
The embodiment of the application provides a data management method based on fund flow, which is applied to a fund management system, wherein the method comprises the following steps: obtaining a first request for payment application task; filling information by a first customer manager according to the first payment application task to obtain first project application information; acquiring a first submission instruction, and submitting the first project application information to a first operation supervisor according to the first submission instruction; obtaining first balance distribution information of the bonus pool; obtaining a first project classification of the first project application information; judging whether the first project application information can be submitted according to the first balance distribution information and the first project classification; if the first project application information can be submitted, the first operation supervisor carries out checking, a second submission instruction is obtained, and the first project application information is submitted to a first fund department for examination and approval; if the first fund part passes the approval, obtaining a first updating instruction for updating the state of the first project application information; and obtaining a first termination instruction, and ending the first request payment application task.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present invention may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present invention may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present invention may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.
The present invention is described with reference to flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams of methods, apparatus (systems) and computer program products according to embodiments of the invention. It will be understood that each flow and/or block of the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, and combinations of flows and/or blocks in the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, can be implemented by computer program instructions. These computer program instructions may be provided to a processor of a general purpose computer, special purpose computer, embedded processor, or other programmable data processing apparatus to produce a machine, such that the instructions, which execute via the processor of the computer or other programmable data processing apparatus, create a system for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
These computer program instructions may also be stored in a computer-readable memory that can direct a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to function in a particular manner, such that the instructions stored in the computer-readable memory produce an article of manufacture including an instruction system which implement the function specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
These computer program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to cause a series of operational steps to be performed on the computer or other programmable apparatus to produce a computer implemented process such that the instructions which execute on the computer or other programmable apparatus provide steps for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks. While preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described, additional variations and modifications in those embodiments may occur to those skilled in the art once they learn of the basic inventive concepts. Therefore, it is intended that the appended claims be interpreted as including preferred embodiments and all such alterations and modifications as fall within the scope of the invention.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to include such modifications and variations.
Claims (9)
1. A data management method based on fund flow is applied to a fund management system, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
obtaining a first request for payment application task;
filling information by a first customer manager according to the first payment application task to obtain first project application information;
acquiring a first submission instruction, and submitting the first project application information to a first operation supervisor according to the first submission instruction;
obtaining first balance distribution information of the bonus pool;
obtaining a first project classification of the first project application information;
judging whether the first project application information can be submitted according to the first balance distribution information and the first project classification;
if the first project application information can be submitted, the first operation supervisor carries out checking, a second submission instruction is obtained, and the first project application information is submitted to a first fund department for examination and approval;
if the first fund part passes the approval, obtaining a first updating instruction for updating the state of the first project application information;
and obtaining a first termination instruction, and ending the first request payment application task.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein a first requisition task is obtained, the method further comprising:
obtaining first working calendar information of the first customer manager;
obtaining first date information;
judging whether the first calendar information is the working day of the first customer manager or not according to the first working calendar information;
and if the first date information is the working day of the first customer manager, automatically generating the first request payment application task by the fund management system.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the information is filled in by the first customer manager in accordance with the first request for payment task, the method further comprising:
acquiring first application template information;
the first customer manager acquires the first project application information by downloading and filling the first application template information;
acquiring a first import instruction, and importing the first project application information into the fund management system according to the first import instruction;
obtaining a first check rule, and checking the first project application information according to the first check rule;
if the verification is passed, first data information of the first project application information is obtained;
and obtaining a second updating instruction for updating the state of the first project application information.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein determining whether the first project application information is submittable is based on the first balance allocation information and the first project classification, the method further comprising:
obtaining a first detail list of the first project application information;
obtaining first state information of the first project application information from the first detail list;
judging whether first state information of the first project application information meets a preset state threshold value or not;
and if so, acquiring a first authority, wherein the first authority is that the first project application information can be submitted and approved.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein after obtaining the first detailed list of the first project application information, the method further comprises:
obtaining first application amount information of the first project application information;
judging whether the first application amount information exceeds a preset amount threshold value or not;
if the first application amount information exceeds the preset amount threshold value, first early warning information is obtained;
and obtaining a first forbidding instruction, wherein the first forbidding instruction is used for forbidding the first item application information to obtain the first authority.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein if the first status information of the first item application information satisfies a predetermined status threshold, the method further comprises:
acquiring a second authority, wherein the second authority is a splitting authority of the first project application information;
acquiring first splitting information, and splitting the first project application information;
acquiring first sub-record information, wherein the first sub-record information is record information obtained by splitting the first project application information;
acquiring a first association instruction, and associating the first sub-record information with the first project application information;
and obtaining a third updating instruction for updating the state of the first project application information.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein a first correlation instruction is obtained, the method further comprising:
obtaining a first synchronization instruction;
and synchronizing the first splitting information to the first fund application task.
8. A data management system based on a flow of funds, wherein the system comprises:
the first obtaining unit is used for obtaining a first request payment application task;
a second obtaining unit, configured to perform information filling by a first customer manager according to the first request payment application task, and obtain first project application information;
a third obtaining unit, configured to obtain a first submission instruction, and submit the first project application information to a first operation supervisor according to the first submission instruction;
a fourth obtaining unit for obtaining first balance allocation information of a bonus pool;
a fifth obtaining unit, wherein the fifth obtaining unit obtains the first item classification of the first item application information;
a first judging unit, configured to judge whether the first item application information can be submitted according to the first balance allocation information and the first item classification;
a sixth obtaining unit, configured to, if the first project application information can be submitted, perform checking by the first operator, obtain a second submission instruction, and submit the first project application information to a first fund department for approval;
a seventh obtaining unit, configured to obtain a first update instruction, if the first fund department passes the approval, and update a state of the first project application information;
and the eighth obtaining unit is used for obtaining a first termination instruction and ending the first request payment application task.
9. A system for fund flow-based data management, comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the program.
