Abstract
The invention relates to a positive and negative rotation dual-purpose silicone oil fan clutch, which comprises a main shaft connected with an output shaft of an engine through a bolt, a main board in interference connection with the main shaft, a driven shell formed by connecting a front cover and a shell assembly through a bolt, an oil outlet channel and an oil return channel, wherein one end of the oil outlet channel and one end of the oil return channel are communicated with an oil storage cavity, an oil outlet is arranged at the position communicated with the oil storage cavity, and a medium in the oil storage cavity is silicone oil; the main shaft and the main plate are driven by an output shaft of the engine to synchronously rotate, and the main plate and the main shaft drive the driven shell to asynchronously rotate through the viscosity of silicon oil when synchronously rotating, so that a rotation speed difference exists between the main plate and the driven shell; the other ends of the oil outlet channel and the oil return channel are connected with the oil scraping pool, and working cavities are additionally arranged at the two ends of the oil outlet channel and the two ends of the oil return channel. when the silicone oil fan clutch operates, the temperature sensor collects the external temperature, then the valve plate is driven to rotate, the oil outlet is gradually opened at the moment, silicone oil flows out of the oil storage cavity 7 and rapidly flows into the working cavity 9 and the oil scraping pool 10 through the oil outlet channel 8 under the action of centrifugal force; because the main board and the shell have a rotation speed difference, the silicone oil swings away from the central force under the pressurization effect in the oil scraping pool and returns to the oil storage cavity 7 through the oil return channel 11.
In the specific process of returning the silicone oil to the oil storage cavity 7 through the oil return channel 11, when the clutch rotates clockwise (forward), the silicone oil returns to the oil storage cavity 7 through the forward oil return channel Z, and at the moment, the reverse oil return channel F is empty; when the clutch rotates anticlockwise (reversely), the silicone oil returns to the oil storage cavity 7 through the reverse oil return channel F, the forward oil return channel Z is empty, and the circulation is repeated and fast so as to meet the functional requirement of the clutch.
