S3,大背胶流程:先将贴背面底料与玻镁板,玻镁板用光面一面,要经过抛光机抛光一下,如果有软木也要再把软木先贴好,最后再贴表面地板,表面地板一定要有温度大约在28℃左右,贴底层料和表面地板多用双组分A、B冷胶,比例:A:B=4:1.8,胶量在110g/㎡±5g,压机压制时间最少要4-6小时;
S4,多边锯流程:大背胶贴好的大张停放24小时后裁切,在裁切过程中把半成品加温到25℃左右再裁切;
S5,开槽、封边;开槽根据样品扣型生产,封边颜色根据客户要求或客户确认的样品生产,按照正常品质要求生产;
S6,包装:包装时每包根据订单要求数量包装。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明中,通过设置的玻镁板使用无机氧化镁材料制作,提供产品防火等级,本方案的固化工艺提高板材耐磨耐刮性能和表面硬度,具有较好的强度和防火等级。

3、购买不同规格的玻镁板,规格根据客户订单要求;
4、面膜下面要加一张中层料4,其配比为1:4.5,具体规格根据客户订单要求,玻镁板6背面需加一张底层料8配比1:1.6,具体规格根据客户订单要求,底层料8要先上热压压制双面用特氟龙垫;
5、产品背面根据客户要求需加软木、IXPE或EVA,具体规格根据客户订单要求;

热压铺料顺序及工艺:特氟龙→中层料→带胶面膜→58g+的耐磨纸→软膜→压纹板/软膜→58g+耐磨纸→带胶面膜→中层料→特氟龙,压机工艺:温度先预热到143-145℃产品再进压机,压力第一段6Mpa、时间600秒,二段7Mpa、时间1200秒,三段8Mpa、时间600秒,第四段冷却压力12Mpa、时间900秒,此工艺仅供参考,具体根据产品质量标准可做适当调整;注意事项:1、因耐磨纸比较脆弱,铺料时铺料工要尽量把耐磨纸卷起来轻拿轻放拿;2、拆料时也要轻拿轻放。更不能有打皱现象;3、因耐磨纸容易氧化必须用薄膜保护好,用多少拿多少;冲切流程及注意事项:此产品热压结束后无需UV、回火可直接冲切四面边框,具体尺寸根据玻镁板的尺寸要求,如果发现此大张太硬、太脆需加温冲切,冲切时必须要轻拿轻放,托盘摆放必须要整齐,冲切好的半成品恒温停放,确保有温度方便下道工序生产,底层料也需冲切,尺寸根据玻镁板的尺寸;大背胶流程及注意事项:先将贴背面底料与玻镁板6,玻镁板6用光面一面,要经过抛光机抛光一下,如果有软木也要再把软木先贴好,最后再贴表面地板,表面地板一定要有温度大约在28℃左右,贴底层料8和表面地板多用双组分A、B冷胶,比例:A:B=4:1.8,胶量在110g/㎡±5g;注意事项:表面地板因易损员工在生产时要轻拿轻放一定要贴整齐经过压辊压一下,贴好的地板必须用平整铁托盘上冷压机压机往下压的面也一定要平整,检查四个角一定要压紧,要让四面、中间必须压紧,压制时间最少要4-6小时,具体参考冷胶技术资料;多边锯流程:大背胶贴好的大张必须停放24小时后方可裁切,在裁切过程中如果发现表面有崩边现象立即停止生产必须把半成品加温到25℃左右再裁切,尽量不能出现崩边现象以免下道工序无法开槽;开槽、封边流程:开槽必须根据样品扣型生产,因玻镁板易碎生产时尽量不要有太大的撞击,以免扣型的边边角角容易损坏造成产品报废,按照品质要求正常生产;封边颜色根据客户要求或客户确认的样品生产,按照正常品质要求生产;包装、小背胶车间:如果客户需要背面贴EVA或IXPE垫,小背胶用TW8203B胶水生产,因玻镁板6易碎在生产过程尽量不要有太大的撞击以免扣型容易损坏造成产品报废,按照正常品质要求生产;包装:包装时地板型号与纸盒型号要对应千万不能包错,每包根据订单要求数量包装,因此产品扣型易碎包装时要轻拿轻放以免盒内产品损坏还不知道,每托根据订单要求放多少包。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (8)

1.一种防火高耐磨耐刮氧化镁饰面板,包括饰面板主体(1),其特征在于:所述饰面板主体(1)包括耐磨层(2)、带胶面膜(3)、中层料(4)、上层AB双组分冷胶(5)、玻镁板(6)、下层AB双组分冷胶(7)、底层料(8)、第一下垫层(9)和第二下垫层(10),所述第二下垫层(10)的上侧设置有第一下垫层(9),所述第一下垫层(9)的上侧设置有底层料(8),所述底层料(8)的上侧设置有下层AB双组分冷胶(7),所述下层AB双组分冷胶(7)的上侧设置有玻镁板(6),所述玻镁板(6)的上侧设置有上层AB双组分冷胶(5),所述上层AB双组分冷胶(5)的上侧设置有中层料(4),所述中层料(4)的上侧设置有带胶面膜(3),所述带胶面膜(3)的上侧设置有耐磨层(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火高耐磨耐刮氧化镁饰面板,其特征在于:所述耐磨层(2)采用58g+的耐磨纸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火高耐磨耐刮氧化镁饰面板,其特征在于:所述带胶面膜(3)上面的专用胶水型号:HLLS-A,且每平方使用6-7g胶水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火高耐磨耐刮氧化镁饰面板,其特征在于:所述中层料(4)采用PVC:100kg、DOTP:30kg、稳定剂:2.5kg、石粉:450kg,厚度:0.85mm,其配比为1:4.5。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火高耐磨耐刮氧化镁饰面板,其特征在于:所述底层料(8)采用PVC:100kg、DOTP:30kg、稳定剂:3kg、石粉:160kg、厚度:0.95-1.0mm,其配比1:1.6。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火高耐磨耐刮氧化镁饰面板,其特征在于:所述上层AB双组分冷胶(5)和下层AB双组分冷胶(7)采用双组分A、B冷胶,比例:A:B=4:1.8,胶量在110g/㎡±5g。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火高耐磨耐刮氧化镁饰面板,其特征在于:所述第一下垫层(9)选用PUR热熔胶软木、TW8203B、EVA/IXPE静音垫中的一种;所述第二下垫层(10)选用软木、EVA或IXPE静音垫中的一种,所述玻镁板(6)采用无机氧化镁材料制作。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火高耐磨耐刮氧化镁饰面板,其特征在于:包括以下工艺流程:
S1,热压铺料顺序:特氟龙→中层料→带胶面膜→58g+的耐磨纸→软膜→压纹板/软膜→58g+耐磨纸→带胶面膜→中层料→特氟龙,压机温度先预热到143-145℃产品再进压机,压力第一段6Mpa、时间600秒,二段7Mpa、时间1200秒,三段8Mpa、时间600秒,第四段冷却压力12Mpa、时间900秒;
S2,冲切;
S3,大背胶流程:先将贴背面底料与玻镁板(1),玻镁板(1)用光面一面,要经过抛光机抛光一下,如果有软木也要再把软木先贴好,最后再贴表面地板,表面地板一定要有温度大约在28℃左右,贴底层料(8)和表面地板多用双组分A、B冷胶,比例:A:B=4:1.8,胶量在110g/㎡±5g,压机压制时间最少要4-6小时;
S4,多边锯流程:大背胶贴好的大张停放24小时后裁切,在裁切过程中把半成品加温到25℃左右再裁切;
S5,开槽、封边;开槽根据样品扣型生产,封边颜色根据客户要求或客户确认的样品生产,按照正常品质要求生产;
S6,包装:包装时每包根据订单要求数量包装。
