The invention discloses a firecracker spark cream and a preparation method thereof, and the preparation method of the firecracker spark cream comprises the following steps: soaking, percolating and concentrating the polygonum capitatum flower sequentially by adopting NaOH solution with solute mass fraction of 0.05-0.07% to obtain the polygonum capitatum flower paste. The technical scheme of the invention adopts a cold extraction mode, and uses low-concentration alkali liquor to extract anthocyanin in the polygonum capitatum flower to the maximum extent, so that the content of anthocyanin in the polygonum capitatum flower paste reaches 20-30 mg/g, and the anthocyanin contained in the polygonum capitatum flower is fully utilized. Compared with the traditional water extraction method and the traditional alcohol extraction method, the preparation method has the advantages of simple extraction conditions, low cost and high extraction efficiency.

The main antibacterial component in the fire tier flower is anthocyanin, and at present, the known methods for extracting the anthocyanin comprise the following steps: water extraction, water extraction and alcohol precipitation, dilute alcohol extraction, acid alcohol extraction, degreasing alcohol extraction and ultrasonic extraction. The alcohol extraction method has the disadvantages of higher solvent cost, increased fat-soluble components in the extract, less extraction impurities, high anthocyanin extraction rate, mild extraction temperature and difficult anthocyanin oxidation, especially in an acidic environment.

Based on the above, the invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the polygonum capitatum cream and the preparation method thereof, so that the problems of higher temperature of the water extraction method and higher solvent cost of the alcohol extraction method in the extraction process of the polygonum capitatum are solved.
