The water-soluble potassium is obtained by taking plant straws, ash residues and waste liquid as sources of potassium ions, adsorbing the potassium ions by using a modified self-made potassium ion exchange adsorbent, eluting by using one or more mixtures of ammonium sulfate, ammonium nitrate, monoammonium phosphate and diammonium phosphate as an eluent to obtain a potassium-rich liquid, and performing multiple-effect vacuum evaporation and concentration, multistage phase equilibrium separation, solid-liquid separation, drying and crushing on the potassium-rich liquid.
The water-soluble potassium can be water-soluble potassium extracted from waste mash of alcohol in a sugar refinery.
The pesticide-fertilizer mixture is applied to acid soil.
The preparation method of the pesticide-fertilizer mixture applied to the acid soil comprises the following steps:

(4) adding ethanol into the mixture obtained in the step (3), uniformly mixing, placing in a sealing tank, sealing and storing for 5-8 days;
(5) and (4) unsealing the mixture sealed in the step (4) to obtain the pesticide-fertilizer mixture applied to the acid soil.
In the step (2), the adding mass of the boric acid is 1-2% of the mass of the black liquor.
