Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of herbicides, and particularly relates to a weeding composition containing glyphosate or glufosinate-ammonium, flumioxazin and oxyfluorfen and application thereof.
Background
The glyphosate is a systemic conductive type sterilant herbicide, has good systemic and conductive performance, is mainly absorbed by green parts of weeds and quickly transmitted to each part of plants, and can kill the weeds with roots.
Glufosinate is a phosphonic acid herbicide, is a glutamine synthesis inhibitor, is a non-selective contact herbicide with partial systemic action, ammonium metabolism in plants is disturbed within a short time after application, and a cell poison ammonium ion is accumulated in plants, so that photosynthesis is seriously inhibited, and the aim of weeding is fulfilled; has better control effect on non-cultivated land weeds
Flumioxazin is a contact-type selective herbicide researched and developed by Sumitomo chemical Co., Ltd, can be absorbed by the sprouts and leaves of plants, and can effectively prevent and kill annual broadleaf weeds and annual gramineous weeds.
The oxyfluorfen is a diphenyl ether contact herbicide and plays a role in killing weeds under the condition of light; enters the plant body mainly through a coleoptile and a mesocotyl, is absorbed less by roots, and is transported upwards to leaves slightly through the roots; the pre-emergence and post-emergence application effects are best, the weeding spectrum for the germination of the seeds is wide, and the weeding composition has excellent control effects on broad-leaved weeds, sedges and barnyard grass, monochoria vaginalis, mirabilis jalapa and sedges with abnormal shapes.
After the herbicides are mixed for use, three different combined actions of synergism, addition and antagonism occur, the weeding composition with synergism can effectively reduce the using dosage of active ingredients, slow down the generation of drug resistance of weeds and reduce environmental pollution, and a plurality of domestic pesticide enterprises pay attention to the compounding of medicaments to screen out the weeding composition with excellent synergism for registration. The previous research finds that no report is provided in the prior art about the use of glyphosate or glufosinate-ammonium, flumioxazin and oxyfluorfen in a compounding way.
Disclosure of Invention

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the composition of the invention has obvious synergistic effect: the synergistic effect is shown when the mass ratio of the glyphosate or the glufosinate-ammonium, the flumioxazin and the oxyfluorfen is 7.0:1.5:0.5, and 30.5:1.5: 1.0; the synergistic effect is shown when the mass ratio of the glufosinate to the flumioxazin to the oxyfluorfen is 22.5:1.5:1.0, and the mass ratio of the glufosinate to the flumioxazin to the oxyfluorfen is 35.0:3.0: 1.5.
2. The composition of the invention can effectively reduce the dosage of active ingredients, slow down the generation of drug resistance of weeds and reduce environmental pollution.
Detailed Description
Example 1: indoor bioassay of barnyard grass by using compound medicament
Testing weeds: barnyard grass.
The test method comprises the following steps: a greenhouse potting method is adopted. The test soil is special soil for the test, and no medicament is applied to the collected soil plots. Filling soil special for the test into a flowerpot; the flowerpot is placed in a basin for containing water, and soil is kept moist by adopting an infiltrating irrigation mode at the bottom of the basin. Sowing 35 barnyard grass seeds in a flowerpot, covering soil of 0.5cm after sowing, and carrying out seedling and plant setting in a 2-leaf period, wherein 20 barnyard grass with consistent growth potential are reserved in each pot, and treating when the barnyard grass grows to a 3-leaf period. Preparing series of single agents with different concentrations and different mixture ratios, and spraying stem and leaf with a potter spraying device, wherein the treatment is repeated for 4 times. After treatment, the barnyard grass is placed in a greenhouse for normal management, the growth condition of the barnyard grass is regularly observed, the fresh weight of the overground part of the barnyard grass is weighed after 21 days, and the fresh weight inhibition rate is calculated. The combined effect of the herbicidal compositions was evaluated using the Gowing method.
