The invention provides a weeding composition containing metamifop, halosulfuron-methyl and butachlor, wherein the active ingredients comprise the metamifop, the halosulfuron-methyl and butachlor, and the mass ratio of the metamifop, the halosulfuron-methyl and the butachlor is 5-25:1-20: 1-60. The weeding composition can be used for preventing and removing annual weeds in the paddy field and has obvious synergistic effect.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of herbicides, and particularly relates to a weeding composition containing metamifop, halosulfuron-methyl and butachlor and application thereof.
Background
Metamifop belongs to aryloxy phenoxy propionate herbicides, has an action mechanism of an acetyl coenzyme A carboxylase (ACCase) inhibitor, can inhibit the synthesis of plant fatty acid, and is used for preventing and killing various gramineous weeds such as large crabgrass, moleplant seeds, large crabgrass and the like in the stem and leaf treatment of a paddy field. Halosulfuron-methyl is a sulfonylurea herbicide, is an inhibitor of acetolactate synthase (ALS enzyme), and the effective components can diffuse rapidly in water, and are absorbed and transferred to the root and leaf of weeds, so as to hinder the biosynthesis of amino acid, lysine and isoleucine and prevent the division and growth of cells. The growth function of the sensitive weeds is hindered, young tissues are yellowed early to inhibit the growth of leaves, and the growth and necrosis of roots are hindered, so that the sensitive weeds are mainly used for preventing and killing broad leaf weeds and cyperaceae weeds. Butachlor is an amide selective preemergence herbicide and can be absorbed by the sprouts and the roots of weeds. Is used for preventing and killing large crabgrass, part of broadleaf weeds, boehmeria, monochoria vaginalis and annual grassy weeds in paddy fields.
Pesticide registration number PD20190187 discloses a 20% oxazolylamine-chloropyrimido dispersible oil suspending agent, and the two can be used in a mixed manner to effectively prevent and kill annual weeds in paddy fields (direct seeding).
CN201910163758 discloses a herbicidal composition, the active component of which is composed of a component a and a component B, wherein the component a is halosulfuron-methyl, and the component B is butachlor; wherein the weight ratio of the component A to the component B is 1:1-1: 100.
CN201510780057 discloses a herbicidal composition, the active components of which are composed of halosulfuron-methyl and metamifop; the weight ratio of the halosulfuron-methyl to the metamifop is 100:1-1: 100.
According to the previous investigation of the prior art, no related literature report of compounding metamifop, halosulfuron-methyl and butachlor exists in the prior art. In addition, as known in the art, the single use of the composition for a long time easily causes the drug resistance of weeds, pollutes the environment, and the research and development of a synergistic composition which can improve the weeding effect and reduce the application dosage of active ingredients is the key point of the research and development of a plurality of pesticide companies in China.
Disclosure of Invention
The weeding composition containing metamifop, halosulfuron-methyl and butachlor and the application thereof have a remarkable synergistic effect. The specific technical scheme is as follows:
a weeding composition containing metamifop, halosulfuron-methyl and butachlor is characterized in that the mass ratio of the metamifop, the halosulfuron-methyl and the butachlor is 5-25:1-20: 1-60. The preferable mass ratio of the metamifop, the halosulfuron-methyl and the butachlor is 10:3: 20-40; preferably 10:3: 30.
The weeding composition disclosed by the invention comprises 1-85% of active ingredients in percentage by mass. The preferable mass percentage of the active ingredients is 20-60%.
The weeding composition is mixed with common auxiliary materials on pesticides to prepare any preparation suitable for agriculture. The preferable preparation is dispersible oil suspending agent, missible oil, water dispersible granule, wettable powder and suspending agent.
The weeding composition provided by the invention is used for preventing and removing weeds in paddy fields. Preferably the weeds are annual grassy, broadleaf and sedge weeds.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the compound composition of metamifop, halosulfuron-methyl and butachlor has different combined effects on crab grass. When the mass ratio of the metamifop to the halosulfuron-methyl to the butachlor is 10:3:20-40, the synergistic effect is shown, and the other ratios are shown as additive effects.
The metamifop, the halosulfuron-methyl and the butachlor are compounded to have different combined effects on the monochoria vaginalis. When the mass ratio of the metamifop, the halosulfuron-methyl and the butachlor is 10:3:10 and 10:3:30, the synergistic effect is shown.
The metamifop, halosulfuron-methyl and butachlor compound composition has good control effect on weeds such as barnyard grass, large crabgrass, monochoria vaginalis and sedge heterotropoides in rice fields
Detailed Description
The invention will be better understood from the following examples. However, those skilled in the art will readily appreciate that the description of the embodiments is illustrative only and should not be taken as limiting the invention as described in detail in the claims
Example 1: indoor determination of metamifop, halosulfuron-methyl and butachlor in compounded paired large crabgrass
The tested weeds: collecting mature seeds in the field of the digitaria sanguinalis, carrying out laboratory culture, and preserving after desensitization treatment.
Reagent to be tested: metamifop, halosulfuron-methyl and butachlor; is commercially available.
The test method comprises the following steps: accurately weighing the test medicament, and dissolving a small amount of acetone to prepare high-concentration mother liquor. When in application, Tween-80 aqueous solution with mass fraction of 0.1% is respectively diluted into the required dosage for test, and Tween-80 aqueous solution with mass fraction of 0.1% without medicament is used as blank control.
A greenhouse potting method is adopted. The soil for the test is special soil for the test collected from the land without medicine. Filling soil special for the test into a flowerpot; the flowerpot is placed in a basin for containing water, and soil is kept moist by adopting an infiltrating irrigation mode at the bottom of the basin. Sowing a certain amount of crabgrass seeds in a flowerpot, and covering soil for 1cm after sowing. And (4) seedling and plant setting are carried out in the 2-leaf stage, 25 crabgrass with consistent growth vigor are reserved in each pot, and the crabgrass is treated when the crabgrass grows to 3-4 leaf stages. Preparing a series of single agents with different concentrations and mixtures with different proportions. The stem and leaf spray treatment was carried out using a potter spray apparatus (liquid spray amount: 45mL/m2), and the treatment was repeated 4 times. And after treatment, placing the treated crabgrass in a greenhouse for normal management, regularly observing the growth condition of the crabgrass, weighing the fresh weight of the overground part of the crabgrass after 14 days, calculating the fresh weight inhibition rate, solving a linear regression equation and ED50 with different combinations according to the relationship between the fresh weight inhibition rate and the medicament concentration, and evaluating the combined action type of the crabgrass after the three are mixed.
And (4) analyzing results: the compound composition of metamifop, halosulfuron-methyl and butachlor has different combined effects on crab grass. When the mass ratio of the metamifop to the halosulfuron-methyl to the butachlor is 10:3:20-40, the synergistic effect is shown, and the other ratios are shown as additive effects.
