Abstract
提供一种消除了伴随温度升高的撕裂难度的包装袋。使用一种易开封性包装袋,其是通过对层叠膜进行热封而密封的包装袋,其特征在于,上述层叠膜具备内层膜、形成有开封引导痕的中间层膜、和包含双轴拉伸膜的外层膜,上述外层膜的分子取向角小于49°。提供一种在维持优异的阻隔性的同时具有易开封性的层叠膜及袋。使用一种层叠膜,其是层叠有(a)外层膜、(b)具有开封引导痕的阻隔层、(c)内层膜的膜,具有覆盖上述阻隔层的开封引导痕的阻隔墨液。
Description
技术领域
本申请的第1发明涉及通过对层叠膜进行热封而密封的、撕裂开封性优异的包装袋。
另外,本申请的第2发明涉及具备阻气性的易开封性层叠膜和袋。
背景技术
在使用了具备双轴拉伸取向膜的层叠膜的包装袋中,为了赋予易开封性,提出了使用具有15°以下的小分子取向角度的双轴拉伸膜(专利文献1)。
此外,在专利文献2中进行了如下的研究,即,在通过掺混特定的聚合物而使撕裂力降低的基础上,使分子取向角为22.5°以下。
另外,层叠膜采用至少将外层膜、阻隔层和内层膜这3个膜重叠而成的结构,由该层叠膜形成袋状的袋。通过在该袋的内部填充食品、医药品、其他想要密闭的物品,然后将填充口密封,从而例如能够长期保存。
在此,在需要长期保存的情况下,具体而言,大多要求对于空气中的氧、水蒸气等气体的阻隔性。因此,在层叠膜中,除了外层膜、内层膜以外,还需要阻气层。
另一方面,在将该袋开封时,为了能够容易地开封而设置开封引导痕(专利文献3)。这是因为,由于通常使用无拉伸聚丙烯等树脂作为袋的内层膜,所以无法用手容易地开封。
因此,在现有技术中,如图4所示,外层膜使用直线截断性优异的材料,并且为了能够容易地开封内层膜,需要从作为中间层的阻隔层到达内层膜的一部分的开封引导痕。

发明内容
发明要解决的课题
但是,在专利文献1和专利文献2的任一情况下,双轴拉伸膜的分子取向角依然要求小的值,为了实现使用了层叠膜的包装袋的易开封性,需要进一步的改良。
另一方面,例如填充有食品的包装袋大多将填充有蒸煮食品的包装袋在开封前通过热水烫(日文原文:湯煎)等对内容物进行加热来使用。
在该情况下,包装袋的易开封性也是重要的,但申请人这次首次发现,由于包装袋的温度差异,易开封性大不相同。即,发现了随着热水烫的温度升高至30℃~98℃,易开封性降低,开封时容易发生层叠膜的分层。
另外,在如上述那样设置开封引导痕的情况下,需要使阻隔层的一部分欠缺,当然在该部分存在阻隔性能降低这样的问题。
因此,本申请的第1发明的课题在于提供一种易开封性包装袋,其使用了具有以往未知的大范围的分子取向角的双轴拉伸膜。
另外,本申请的第1发明的课题在于提供对温度变化具有耐性的易开封性包装袋。
本申请的第2发明的课题在于提供即使在设置有开封引导痕的情况下也不会降低阻隔性能的层叠膜及袋。
用于解决课题的手段
为了解决上述课题,在本申请的第1发明的一个方式中发现,在构成外层的双轴拉伸膜的丝流方向的分子取向角小于49°的情况下,能够得到具有易开封性的包装袋。另外,同时发现能够得到消除了以往未知的伴随温度升高的撕裂难度的包装袋。
即,本申请的第1发明是一种易开封性包装袋,其特征在于,是通过对层叠膜进行热封而密封的包装袋,上述层叠膜包含内层膜、形成有开封引导痕的中间层膜以及包含双轴拉伸膜的外层膜,上述外层膜的分子取向角小于49°。
另外,根据本申请的第2发明,通过在上述外层膜与阻隔层之间具有覆盖阻隔层的开封引导痕的阻隔墨液,能够得到良好的阻隔性能。
即,本发明如下所示。
1.一种层叠膜,其层叠有(a)外层膜、(b)具有开封引导痕的阻隔层、(c)内层膜,所述层叠膜具有覆盖上述阻隔层的开封引导痕的阻隔墨液。
2.根据1.所述的层叠膜,其中,上述外层膜为具有直线截断性的膜。
3.一种袋,其包含1.或2.所述的层叠膜。
发明效果
根据本申请的第1发明,通过使外层膜的分子取向角小于49°,并且在中间层膜设置开封引导痕,从而即便使用具有与以往的分子取向角相比非常大的范围的分子取向角的双轴拉伸膜,也能够得到撕裂开封性优异的包装袋。
另外,根据本申请的第1发明,能够抑制在热水烫、微波炉加热引起的高温时因撕裂开封而产生的内层膜的伸长所导致的外层膜的分层的发生,撕裂开封追随开封引导痕,由此能够得到撕裂开封性优异的包装袋。
根据本申请的第2发明,能够得到维持优异的阻隔性的同时具有易开封性的层叠膜和袋。

具体实施方式
<内层膜>
作为成为本申请的第1发明的包装袋的最内层的内层膜,可以使用公知的各种材料,例如可以使用具有热封性的聚烯烃。
作为这样的聚烯烃,例如可举出低密度、中密度或高密度的聚乙烯、线状低密度聚乙烯、等规聚丙烯、间规聚丙烯、乙烯-丙烯共聚物、聚丁烯-1、聚4-甲基-1-戊烯、乙烯-丁烯-1共聚物、丙烯-丁烯-1共聚物、乙烯-丙烯-丁烯-1共聚物、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、离子交联烯烃共聚物(离聚物)、乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物等。它们可以单独使用,或者也可以以2种以上的掺混物的形式使用。
特别是从耐热性的观点出发,丙烯系聚合物是适当的,可以使用均聚丙烯、以丙烯为主体的无规共聚物、嵌段共聚物。
<外层膜>
本申请的第1发明中使用的外层膜可以使用公知的各种材料,通过双轴拉伸得到取向角,例如可举出聚酰胺、聚酯等。
作为聚酰胺,例如可举出尼龙6、尼龙66、尼龙46、尼龙69、尼龙610、尼龙612、尼龙11、尼龙12、尼龙MXD6等,从操作容易性出发,优选尼龙6或尼龙66。
作为聚酯,优选聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)等通过来自以芳香族二羧酸或脂肪族二羧酸和二醇作为构成成分的单体的聚合而得到的缩聚物。这些之中,优选PBT、PET,更优选PET。
另外,优选在外层膜形成有阻隔层。阻隔层可以形成于外层膜的外表面侧、或中间层膜侧的任意面,从保护阻隔层不受来自包装袋外部的损伤的方面考虑,优选形成于中间层膜侧。
作为阻隔层,通过利用化学气相沉积(CVD)、真空蒸镀法、溅射法、离子镀法等蒸镀氧化硅等无机物、或氧化铝等陶瓷、碳等而形成。
另外,也可以形成包含阻隔性树脂涂覆剂的涂膜层,所述阻隔性树脂涂覆剂包含聚羧酸系聚合物、偏二氯乙烯或乙烯乙烯醇共聚物等。
<中间层膜>
在本申请的第1发明中,可以在内层膜与外层膜之间设置至少1层中间层。
作为中间层膜,可以使用公知的各种材料,优选使用吸湿性低的聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、它们的掺混物。
特别是,为了使吸湿性低和防止因包装袋落下而导致的破袋,优选使用具有耐冲击性的聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)。
另外,在中间层膜中,优选在相当于包装袋的撕裂开封部位的部位形成开封引导痕。
作为开封引导痕,利用激光加工、旋转刀具形成凹槽、打孔线。
<层叠膜>
本申请的第1发明中使用的层叠膜可以通过使用聚氨酯系粘接剂,利用通常的干层压法将内层膜、中间层膜、外层膜层叠而得到。
<包装袋>
本申请的第1发明的包装袋可以通过使用上述层叠膜,以内层膜彼此相对的方式重叠并进行热封来成形。袋的形态没有特别限定,可举出四方密封袋、自立袋。
<分子取向角>
通常,双轴拉伸膜中,在将膜的丝流方向设为角度0°的情况下,形成分子的取向方向即分子取向角度不同的部分,一般而言,有膜的中央部分的分子取向角度变小、外延部分的分子取向角度变大的趋势。
并且,在本申请的第1发明中,选择分子取向角度小于49°的膜作为包装袋的外层膜使用。
外层膜的分子取向角的详细的测定方法记载于实施例中,但需要求出该外层膜的丝流方向的分子取向角,且其小于49°。在比较例中进行详细说明,但如果分子取向角为49°以上,则有时在撕裂开封时发生层叠膜的分层。
需要说明的是,作为外层膜的分子取向角的下限,没有特别限定,例如可举出超过15°的分子取向角、超过22.5°的分子取向角、进而超过30°的分子取向角等。
参照图5对本申请的第2发明进行说明。
<外层膜(直线截断性膜)>
在图5中,本发明的易开封性层叠膜10使用具有直线截断性的材料作为外层膜(直线截断性膜)12。
在本申请的第2发明中,作为直线截断性膜,可以使用以往的聚酯系直线截断性膜。
作为具有直线截断性的膜,可举出将包含含有聚四亚甲基二醇单元的聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯和聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的掺混物的膜、或者包含聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯和聚酯弹性体且包含聚酯弹性体分散在聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯中而成的掺混物的膜等进行双轴拉伸而成的膜。
<阻隔层>
在本申请的第2发明中,阻隔层13位于外层膜(直线截断性膜)12与内层膜14的中间。并且,阻隔层13可以与内层膜14直接接触,或者夹持其他层而进行层叠。在此,在阻隔层13设置有开封引导痕5,该开封引导痕15到达内层膜14的一部分。
在此,作为阻隔层的材料,例如只要是用于在制成袋时防止内容物劣化的材料,就没有特别限制。
例如可举出乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)、聚偏二氯乙烯树脂(PVDC树脂)、聚己二酰间苯二甲胺(MXD6)或聚乙烯醇(PVA)等树脂和它们的组合。
另外,作为阻隔层,可举出通过化学气相沉积(CVD法)、真空蒸镀法、溅射法、离子镀法等蒸镀了氧化硅等无机物、或氧化铝等陶瓷、碳等的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜、聚丁二烯膜。
<阻隔墨液>
在外层膜(直线截断性膜)12的与阻隔层13接触的一侧印刷或涂布有阻隔墨液16。阻隔墨液16可以遍及外层膜12的整体地印刷或涂布,但也可以印刷或涂布为覆盖开封引导痕5的大小、或者比开封引导痕15大5~10%。
另外,可以在阻隔层13与内层膜14之间在覆盖开封引导痕15的位置设置阻隔墨液16,但从能够通过在外层膜12印刷文字、图案、标志等设计的凹版印刷工序来印刷阻隔墨液16的方面考虑,优选设置于外层膜12的与阻隔层13接触的一侧。
需要说明的是,在图5中,为了说明,方便起见,在外层膜12与阻隔层13之间空出间隔地示出,但通过沿箭头17所示的方向使外层膜12与阻隔层13压接,能够得到本申请的第2发明的易开封性层叠膜20。
作为阻隔墨液的材料,只要是减少作为目标的阻隔层的性能降低的材料,就没有特别限制,例如可举出乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)、聚乙烯醇(PVA)等树脂、和云母状无机材料、四乙氧基硅烷等金属醇盐的组合。
<层叠膜的制造>
在内层膜14上重叠层叠阻隔层13后,例如通过对阻隔层13照射激光等,能够形成开封引导痕15。另外,也可以在内层膜14层叠了阻隔层13而成的层叠膜从阻隔层13侧用旋转刀具形成开封引导痕15。
然后,利用印刷或涂布有阻隔墨液的外层膜(直线截断性膜)12的阻隔墨液部,以覆盖阻隔层13的开封引导痕15的方式进行层叠,由此能够制造本发明的易开封性层叠膜。
<袋的制造>
使用本申请的第2发明的易开封性层叠膜,可以制作公知形状的自立袋、扁平袋,通过在填充内容物后将填充口热封,能够得到包含阻隔性能优异的层叠膜的易开封袋。
实施例
以下,示出实施例来说明本申请的第1发明,但本申请的第1发明不限于实施例。
(实施例1~8、比较例1~8)
<外层膜的分子取向角的测定>
使用王子计测机器公司制的相位差测定装置(KOBRA-21ADH),从膜宽度方向中央部以宽度方向5.0cm×丝流方向4.0cm切出外层膜(双轴拉伸聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜)。以膜丝流方向成为本测定装置中定义的角度0°的方式设置于装置,将其绝对值作为测定结果。
<层叠膜的制作>
在第一层叠工序中,使用聚氨酯系粘接剂,通过干式层压将作为中间层膜的厚度15μm的聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯膜和作为内层膜的厚度70μm的聚丙烯膜制成层叠膜。
在开封引导痕的形成工序中,使用旋转刀具,从在第一层叠工序中制作的层叠膜的聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯膜侧以半切割的方式形成开封引导痕。
在第二层叠工序中,在形成有开封引导痕的层叠膜的聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯膜面上,使用聚氨酯系粘接剂,通过干式层压来层叠蒸镀有氧化铝的双轴拉伸聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜,制作层叠膜。
<袋的制作>
由上述第二层叠工序中制作的层叠膜,以层叠膜的丝流方向成为开封方向的方式进行热封,由此制作高度170mm、宽度130mm的扁平袋。
<通过热水烫进行的袋的加热>
在Yamato公司制高温水槽(BF600)中,将袋放入设定为规定温度的热水中,进行20分钟加热。需要说明的是,作为内容物,加入180ml的水,通过热封将袋的上部密闭。
<袋的开封时的分层的测定>
对通过上述热水烫进行了加热的各袋进行易开封性试验,通过目视观察撕裂开封的切断部分。将沿着开封引导痕开封的情况判定为○标记,将外层膜的一部分从开封引导痕脱离的情况判定为△标记,将外层膜从开封引导痕完全脱离的情况判定为×标记。
将结果汇总示于表1和2。

由表1和2可知,即使外层膜的分子取向角仅从46°稍微变化至49°,袋的易开封性也大幅变差。
此外,根据表2的比较例1和4,由本研究首次可知,易开封性受到热水烫温度大幅影响。
并且,可知如果在热水烫为30~98℃的温度范围内外层膜的分子取向角小于49°,则能够确保易开封性。
以下,示出实施例说明本申请的第2发明,但本申请的第2发明不限于以下的实施例。
(实施例9)
在第一层叠工序中,使用聚氨酯系粘接剂,通过干式层压将作为阻隔层13的厚度12μm的蒸镀有氧化铝的双轴拉伸聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜和作为内层膜14的厚度70μm的聚丙烯膜制成层叠膜。
在开封引导痕的形成工序中,使用旋转刀具从在第一层叠工序中制作的层叠膜的蒸镀有氧化铝的双轴拉伸聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜侧形成开封引导痕15。
在阻隔墨液涂布工序中,通过凹版印刷,如图5所示,在成为外层膜12的厚度12μm的具有直线截断性的双轴拉伸聚酯膜局部地涂布混合有四乙氧基硅烷和聚乙烯醇的阻隔墨液16后,进行干燥。
在第二层叠工序中,对于形成了开封引导痕15的层叠膜,在阻隔墨液涂布工序中制作的具有直线截断性的双轴拉伸聚酯膜上层叠第一层叠工序中制作的层叠膜,使用聚氨酯系粘接剂通过干式层压制作层叠膜。此时,如图5所示,以阻隔墨液16覆盖开封引导痕15的方式制作层叠膜。
由该层叠膜制作公知的扁平袋。
(实施例10)
除了将阻隔墨液16变更为将云母状无机材料和乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物混合而成的墨液以外,制作与实施例9相同的层叠膜。
由层叠膜制作公知的扁平袋。
(比较例9)
除了不涂布阻隔墨液16、不形成开封引导痕15以外,制作与实施例9相同的层叠膜。
由该层叠膜制作公知的扁平袋。
(比较例10)
除了不涂布阻隔墨液16以外,制作了与实施例1相同的层叠膜。
使用该层叠膜制作公知的扁平袋。
<透氧度的测定>
从各实施例、比较例中制作的袋中切出测定片,通过MOCON法,在温度23℃、相对湿度60%条件下,测定透氧度(cc/m2·day·atm)。将结果示于表3。

根据表3可知,本发明的易开封性阻隔层叠膜具有良好的氧阻隔性。另外,实施例9、实施例10的袋得到了良好的开封性。
产业上的可利用性
根据本申请的第1发明,能够得到使用了具有比以往的分子取向角大的范围的分子取向角的双轴拉伸膜的易开封性包装袋。
另外,能够得到消除了以往未知的伴随温度升高的撕裂难度的包装袋。
根据本申请的第2发明,能够得到在维持优异的阻隔性的同时具有易开封性的层叠膜和袋。

Claims (6)
1.一种易开封性包装袋,其特征在于,其是通过对层叠膜进行热封而密封的包装袋,
所述层叠膜具备内层膜、形成有开封引导痕的中间层膜、和包含双轴拉伸膜的外层膜,
所述外层膜的分子取向角小于49°。
2.根据权利要求1所述的易开封性包装袋,其中,外层膜为聚酰胺或聚酯或聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的易开封性包装袋,其中,中间层膜为聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯。
4.一种层叠膜,其层叠有:
(a)外层膜、
(b)具有开封引导痕的阻隔层、
(c)内层膜,
所述层叠膜具有覆盖所述阻隔层的开封引导痕的阻隔墨液。
5.根据权利要求4所述的层叠膜,其中,所述外层膜为具有直线截断性的膜。
6.一种袋,其包含权利要求4或5所述的层叠膜。
