Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in an alternative embodiment, the clamping jaw 22 further includes a material pushing plate 225 and a material pushing driving member 226, the material pushing driving member 226 is mounted on each of the first clamping plate 221 and the second clamping plate 222, a power output end of the material pushing driving member 226 is connected to the material pushing plate 225, and the material pushing plate 225 can push out the paper boxes adsorbed on the first suction attachment 224. That is, a first gap is formed between the first clamping plate 221 and the first suction member 224, a second gap is formed between the second clamping plate 222 and the first suction member 224, a material pushing plate 225 is disposed in each of the first gap and the second gap, the material pushing plate 225 in the first gap is mounted on the first clamping plate 221, and the material pushing plate 225 in the second gap is mounted on the second clamping plate 222. The pusher plate 225 is attached to the first clamping plate 221, and the other is the same. The first clamping plate 221 is disposed in a zigzag shape along the vertical direction, and the included angle of the zigzag shape is a right angle. Due to the arrangement, the first clamping plate 221 has an installation table surface, the pushing driving member 226 is installed on the installation table surface, and the power output end of the pushing driving member 226 penetrates through the installation table surface to extend into the first gap and is connected with the pushing plate 225, so that the pushing driving member 226 drives the pushing plate 225 to move up and down along the vertical direction.
In practical use, when the first mechanical arm 21 drives the clamping jaw 22 to move to the position where the carton is located, the clamping driving member 223 can drive the first clamping plate 221 and the second clamping plate 222 to move away from each other, so that the carton can be located in the clamping range of the first clamping plate 221 and the second clamping plate 222, then the carton is sucked by using the vacuum suction force applied by the first suction member 224, and then the clamping driving member 223 drives the first clamping plate 221 and the second clamping plate 222 to approach to clamp the carton. When the first robot arm 21 moves the clamping jaws 22 to the position of the carton, the clamping driving member 223 drives the first clamping plate 221 and the second clamping plate 222 away from each other, and the carton loses the clamping force applied by the first clamping plate 221 and the second clamping plate 222 and only bears the suction force provided by the first suction attachment 224. Then, the pushing driving member 226 is activated to drive the pushing plate 225 to move downward in the vertical direction, so as to push the carton adsorbed on the first absorbing member 224 down into the carton, thereby realizing carton packing operation. The pusher drive 226 then drives the pusher plate 225 upward in the vertical direction for the next carton packing operation.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (10)

1. A collection box filler, characterized in that it comprises:
the paper box clamping mechanism (20) comprises a first mechanical arm (21) and a clamping jaw (22) mounted on the first mechanical arm (21), and the clamping jaw (22) is used for clamping a paper box;
the carton arraying mechanism (30) is provided with a conveying channel for conveying cartons, and when the cartons are placed on the conveying channel, the first mechanical arm (21) can drive the clamping jaws (22) to load the cartons into the cartons.
2. A collecting and boxing machine according to claim 1, wherein the clamping jaws (22) comprise a first clamping plate (221), a second clamping plate (222) and a clamping drive (223) connected to the first clamping plate (221) and the second clamping plate (222) brackets;
the clamping drive (223) is connected to the first robot arm (21); the first clamping plate (221) and the second clamping plate (222) are arranged oppositely and at intervals, and the power output end of the clamping driving piece (223) is connected to the first clamping plate (221) and/or the second clamping plate (222);
said first clamping plate (221) and said second clamping plate (222) being movable towards each other for clamping said carton, said first clamping plate (221) and said second clamping plate (222) being movable away from each other for releasing said carton.

A collecting and boxing machine according to claim 2, wherein the clamping jaws (22) further comprise first suction attachments (224), the first suction attachments (224) are mounted to the first mechanical arm (21), and the first suction attachments (224) are arranged between the first clamping plate (221) and the second clamping plate (222), the first suction attachments (224) are used for sucking the cartons.
4. A collection boxing machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein the jaws (22) further comprise a pusher plate (225) and a pusher drive (226);
at least one of the first clamping plate (221) and the second clamping plate (222) is provided with the pushing driving piece (226), the power output end of the pushing driving piece (226) is connected to the pushing plate (225), and the pushing plate (225) can push out the paper boxes adsorbed on the first adsorption piece (224).

A collection case packer as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the carton clamping mechanism (20) further comprises a mounting seat (23) and a tooling flange (24), the tooling flange (24) being connected between the first mechanical arm (21) and the mounting seat (23), the mounting seat (23) being for connection of the clamping jaw (22).

A collection boxing machine according to claim 5, wherein the mounting seat (23) comprises a fixing frame (231) and a connecting plate frame (232), one end of the connecting plate frame (232) is connected to the tooling flange (24), the other end of the connecting plate frame (232) is connected to the fixing frame (231), and the fixing frame (231) is used for connecting the clamping jaws (22).
7. A collecting and boxing machine according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the collecting and boxing machine further comprises a paper separation adsorption mechanism (10);
the paper separation adsorption mechanism (10) comprises a second mechanical arm (11) and a second adsorption piece (12) installed on the second mechanical arm (11), the second adsorption piece (12) is used for absorbing the paper separation, and the second mechanical arm (11) can drive the second adsorption piece (12) to place the paper separation in the carton.

A collecting and boxing machine according to claim 7, wherein the second suction member (12) comprises a suction frame (121) and a plurality of suction cups (122), the plurality of suction cups (122) are arranged at intervals on the suction frame (121), and the suction frame (121) is connected with the second mechanical arm (11).

A collection boxing machine as claimed in claim 8, wherein the second suction member (12) further comprises a rotary drive member (124); the power output end of the rotary driving piece (124) is connected to the adsorption frame (121), and the rotary driving piece (124) can drive the adsorption frame (121) to rotate around a connection point of the rotary driving piece (124).

A collecting and box-filling machine as claimed in claim 7, characterized in that said paper separation adsorption mechanism (10) further comprises a frame (13) and a paper separation box (14), said paper separation box (14) and said second mechanical arm (11) are both mounted on said frame (13), said second mechanical arm (11) can drive said second adsorption member (12) to suck the separation paper in said paper separation box (14).
